The Heaven and Earth Banner joyfully said: "Now my cultivation has yielded results. Tomorrow I will be reborn and achieve the status of an Arhat. Could you all stay one more day to witness my rebirth?"

"Of course."

Everyone nodded.

The Heaven and Earth Banner arranged rooms for them, and everyone stayed inside the palace.

Here, as everyone's desires were fulfilled, they did not leave their rooms once they entered.

Sun Wukong arrived beside a treasure pond.

This was the Seven Treasures Pool, named after the seven treasures it comprised of: gold, silver, lapis lazuli, crystal, giant clam, red pearls, and agate.

The Seven Treasures Pool was immensely vast, like an ocean, lined with golden sands, filled with Eight Merits Water. Above this Eight Merits Water, countless lotuses floated.

These lotuses were nascent blooms of the beyond; whoever in the Pure Land believed and chanted the Buddha, the Seven Treasures Pool would sprout a lotus bearing their name, and upon passing, they would be reborn from this very lotus.

Heaven and Earth Banner, too, would reincarnate as an Arhat and be born from a lotus in the Seven Treasures Pool.
