"Alright, a billion it is," Rean said.

Roan ignored that. "Let’s check the next level and what it does."

They opened the list once more, and sure enough, the next level appeared there. However, there was a change this time. It didn’t say Soul Connection Range Level 10, instead...

"Level max?" Rean looked at Roan. "So the highest level of the upgrades is ten?"

It quickly grew beyond the Universe, then out of the Werdlem Empire, all the way to the ends of the Great Void, if you could call it that. However, it only lasted a few seconds, and then, everything disappeared. Was that an illusion? Hard to say.

"That was weird as fuck..." Rean said. "I think I’ve even seen our Lisan Universe just now."

Roan thought the same. "Indeed. Too bad it was too fast for us to tell where it was. In any case, that was likely just the way of the system showing just how broad the range has become. Instead, let me check something else now."

The save point was very similar to the relay node the twins used now, but a fruit of the old Soul Gem System. If they could teleport to any relay node in the Great Void... could they teleport straight back to the Lisan Universe? Was the save point the same as the relay node? That’s what Roan wanted to know.
