"Thank you for saving my life." The man said.

"It’s nothing." Yu Qi said. "But why are you falling down?"

"I was doing my work, taking the measurements for the wiring that we need to be installed later. But out of the sudden, I could feel someone pushing me from behind." The man explained.

"What? Are you sure about that?" Joshua Powler frowned.

"Yes. Two hands were pushing me down. And I am not imagining things. I know what I feel." The man stated. "Mr Powler, I suspect someone wants to sabotage this project. I believe you know about this."

"Mr Powler, what does this mean?" Yu Qi turned to Joshua Powler.

"Actually, for these two weeks, there were already 2 incidents similar to this." Joshua Powler stated.

"Why didn’t you mention those earlier?" Yu Qi wanted the explanation.

"I am sorry, Miss Tang. I thought I could handle it quietly. I never expected they would strike when you were here." Joshua Powler had no excuse.

"Are those workers still working?" Yu Qi asked.

"Not anymore. Both of them asked to quit because they became afraid to work on this construction site." Joshua Powler stated.

"Are they injured?" Yu Qi asked.

"Yes. One broke his arm, and another one broke his leg. We paid their medical expenses and covered the salary until they healed." Joshua Powler said.

"Give me their names." Yu Qi narrowed her eyes.

"Is there something wrong?" Joshua Powler asked.

"Well, I would like to check them." Yu Qi said.

Joshua Powler gave their name to Yu Qi.

"Tell everyone to be careful. If possible, don’t work alone. Work in partnership. Keep those recorded." Yu Qi ordered.

The man who was saved by Long Hui earlier took out a business card and gave it to Long Hui. Long Hui took it.

"If you want my help, please tell me. I will help if I can. You are my saviour, after all." The man said.

Long Hui just nodded. Yu Qi took a look at the card. Michael Winston, wireman at Windsor Electrical and Wiring. Well, it was not wrong to make the acquaintance.

Yu Qi excused themselves and left the construction site.

"Chairwoman Tang, is someone really trying to sabotage the project?" Lei Wong asked.

"Well, we should take it as a note." Yu Qi stated.

"Their objective is probably to make the workers feel scared whenever they work at the construction site." Lei Yingtai started to analyse.

"The project would be put on hold if we don’t have workers." Lei Wong said.

"We will start investigating the injured workers." Lei Yingtai said.

"No need. I will have someone else to handle this matter. We will move after we get the information about the injured workers." Yu Qi said.

"I understand." Lei Yingtai and Lei Wong nodded.

She messaged Neko-chan to investigate the two workers from their lives to their bank statements.

They returned to the hotel. Yu Qi thought about her enemy in this place. The one that she could think of was the Lee Family. Even though the Lee Family was shaken due to the last incident, it still managed to maintain its position.

Seeing Angelica Lee’s reaction last night, Yu Qi could tell that she was really pissed off. She might be the mastermind of this conspiracy.

"You are a superhero today." Yu Qi commented when they were alone.

The first one was called Jack Anderson. He was 44 years old and married to a woman. They had 2 sons together. Everyone looked normal until she read his bank statement.

The second man was Tim William. He was 37 years old, married and had 1 daughter. He also received the same amount as Jack Anderson.

It seemed they would have to be in Continent M for a while.

"Brother Yu Hi will be coming back soon." Yu Qi said.

"Miss Tang, you need to be careful. Since they are targeting our project, it might be possible that they are also targeting you." Lei Wong reminded Yu Qi.
