Chapter 1445: How the True Devil God met his End

The blue hair enchanting young maiden that the True Devil God had first met in the Great Beyond Realm was actually the future Great Beyond Goddess.

For an unknown reason, the True Devil God was drawn to her and he also acted as her protector as she cultivated as an immortal cultivator.

Slowly, he began to learn about the Six Immortal Realms and the hundreds of thousands of lower worlds below the Immortal Realms.

He found the Great Beyond Realm a fascinating realm and that the people here did not exert their strength to be superiors over the others.

One day, the future Great Beyond Goddess asked him shyly. "Do you know what is love? And do you know what it meant to be a dao cultivation partner?"

The True Devil God was stunned for he did not know what love really meant, for his kind did not understand any other emotions except for violence.

To conquer and to dominate was quite the instinct for him.

There was something in him that wanted to tell the future Great Beyond Goddess that he loved her but he was not sure if that was the right emotion.

Eventually one day, he said to her. "I must explore the other five immortal realms. One day, I will be back. If you are still willing to wait for me, maybe we can be dao cultivation partner one day."

The future Great Beyond Goddess was stunned that he was leaving, "When will you be back?"

He replied, "I don’t know. Maybe a thousand years. Maybe 10 000 years. Maybe 100 000 years. Maybe I may even perish elsewhere."

The future Great Beyond Goddess asked him with great sorrows, "Why must you leave? We have been together for a thousand years already. Is it because you do not love me? Did you leave because I’ve asked you that question? I don’t mind that you are from the Great Void..."

The True Devil God shook his head, "It isn’t that. I just feel so different from your kind. I wish that I am the same kind as you. I don’t know what is love and therefore I must find an answer elsewhere. But I will promise you that I won’t kill discriminatingly."

When he had said that, he had taken off to explore the other five immortal realms and leaving behind a heart broken future Great Beyond Goddess.

Time passed and the True Devil God had explored the other five immortal realms and even the lower worlds.

In his adventures, he had many guises and names. He was even an Abyssal True Divinity in the Abyssal Immortal Realm and he took the guise of a fearsome and ugly Abyssal.

In all the worlds that he had visited, he was always the most powerful being and there were many legends associated with the names and forms that he had used.

There were some worlds that he liked more than others. One such world was the Spirit Divine Realm of the Spiritas Race and he was regarded as a God of the Spiritas Race.

In that place, he had met an interesting immortal goddess named Destiny. However, she was not of the Spiritas Race but from the Chaos Race of the immortal Entropy Realm. She had come visiting the lower realm and she was able to tell that the True Devil God was from the upper realm too.

But eventually he left her too because he got bored of the place and he wanted to explore the other worlds.

One day, the Six Immortal Realms were rocked by an earthquaking event; the void creatures led by the Void Sovereigns from the Great Void had started to invade the Six Immortal Realms!

There was fierce fighting in the Immortal Universe and eventually the immortal races were able to drive the void creatures back to the Ancient Battleground of the Fallen Gods and it was there where the fighting had been the heaviest.

Joining the immortal races incognito, was of course the True Devil God himself and he played a huge part in defeating the hordes of void creatures.

And it was then that he had once again met with the future Great Beyond Goddess once again.

It was also at this time that his identity as a void creature was discovered and they had trapped him in the Ancient Battleground of the Fallen Gods.

Tens of thousands of immortal gods were now hunting him down as well as the other void creatures in the Ancient Battleground of the Fallen Gods.

The True Devil God was saddened that the immortal gods were hunting him down even though he had explained that he was on their side. No other immortals except for the future Great Beyond Goddess and Destiny were willing to believe him.

In his rage, he slaughtered the tens of thousands of immortals as well as the void creatures from the Ancient Battleground of the Fallen Gods. The battle with so many opponents had mortally wounded him and as he lay dying, he began to entrust the future Great Beyond Goddess to protect the Six Immortal Realms from the Great Void.

And he said to the future Great Beyond Goddess, "I think after so many years, I can finally give you the answer that you’ve wanted. I love you and I hope that I can be reincarnate as a being from your immortal race. If I can be given a second chance, I will surely love you again. But maybe, you won’t even remember me..."

The future Great Beyond Goddess interrupted him with great sorrows, "I will wait for you. No matter who you are in the future, I will surely wait for you and I will surely find your soul."

The True Devil God looked comforted but he was also sighing softly, "Maybe I will return to the Great Void and you will never find my soul. Maybe I won’t even remember who you are. Maybe I won’t love you in my new life..."

Then he smiled to say to her, "I have used up all my life energies to reseal the Great Void from my Eden Rock. Some of the life energies I’ve channeled to you. In this way, you will be the most powerful immortal goddess of the Great Beyond. I’ve remembered that you’ve always wanted to change the Great Beyond and the Six Immortal Realms to a nature that you like. All these, one day, will surely come to fruition. This will be my last gift for my... beloved..."

He did not have the chance to finish his words because his spirit had departed from him forever.

The future Great Beyond Goddess cried woefully, "We will surely meet once again. I will weave all of my cultivation into the great destiny to find you... your golden body and your divine sword, one day, your new self will be able to claim them once again..."
