A Three Calamities Realm woman, shrouded entirely in a freezing mist that obscured her true appearance, shot a piercing glare at him.

The Big Black Dog gave a few sniffs and scoffed, "They came prepared!"

Jiang Fan’s gaze fell on the other two Three Calamities Realm experts, who were also enveloped in the same peculiar freezing mist. To prevent their identities from being exposed and risking being locked onto by the Tai Chu Prison Sky Gourd, the three newcomers had made thorough preparations. Even with the Big Black Dog present, it was impossible to figure out who they were.

Bone Struggle Sage stood with his hands behind his back, a trace of greed flickering in his eyes. "That gourd of yours no longer holds any deterrent power."

Jiang Fan’s lips curled into a slight smirk, though the smile didn’t reach his eyes. "Aren’t you afraid I’ll drag you down with me?"

He took out the gourd and activated it. Wisps of faint yellow light began to spill from its mouth.

Bone Struggle Sage remained completely composed. "You won’t. Because I have made an agreement with these three Daoist friends. If I perish completely, they will head to Central Earth during the chaotic times and slaughter one hundred million living beings to bury alongside me."

Heh! To actually use the safety of Central Earth to threaten him! This was simply courting death!

Jiang Fan retrieved the Nine Dragon Demon Tripod, his voice turning icy. "Who told you the Tai Chu Prison Sky Gourd was all I had?"

Bone Struggle Sage looked at the Nine Dragon Demon Tripod, faintly sensing a trace of a threat. His gaze grew chilling. "You certainly have quite a few tricks up your sleeve!" He shot a meaningful glance at the other three Sages. "Strike now, lest undue delay brings trouble!"

The three Three Calamities Realm experts looked down, sweeping their gazes over the Nine Dragon Demon Tripod, and vaguely sensed the latent danger as well. Amidst the buzzing, they swarmed into the group of four. Discovering living beings, one of the Fire Bees flew toward the woman holding the sphere of light. BZZZ!

"A mere bee?" The woman’s face twisted in disgust as she swatted at the air.

The bee instantly burst into mangled flesh on the spot. Wisps of flames splattered outward from its shattered body, and a single tiny ember landed squarely on the back of the woman’s hand.

Given the physical resilience of a Three Calamities Realm expert, even the Power of Laws would struggle to cause damage, let alone ordinary fire. Yet, the woman suddenly let out a shrill scream of pain. Looking down, she saw that a needle-sized hole had actually been melted into her hand. Moreover, the flames continued to burn inside the wound, relentlessly expanding it. In the span of just three breaths, the hole had grown to the size of a pen tip.

This scene caused the pupils of Bone Struggle Sage and the other two Sages to shrink violently. Were these Fire Bees truly this terrifying? What made their scalps tingle with numbness was the dense, practically endless swarm of Fire Bees hovering right before them! Worse yet, swatting that single Fire Bee to death had thoroughly enraged the rest of the hive! The furious fluttering of their wings escalated into a frantic drone as they surged toward the four Sages in massive droves.

"Attack, quickly!" Bone Struggle Sage barked urgently.

How could they dare hold anything back now? They immediately summoned the Power of Laws, unleashing their full might to obliterate the incoming Fire Bees. No matter how tough the Fire Bees’ bodies were, they couldn’t withstand the devastating attacks of the Three Calamities Realm. As ripples of light swept through the air, the Fire Bees died and fell in droves.

But there were simply too many of them! They blotted out the sky and covered the earth. Destroy the ones in front, and the ones behind charged forward. Defend against the ones behind, and the ones above dive-bombed them. The four Sages quickly plunged into a frantic scramble. Riddled with holes from the relentless stings, they erupted into a chorus of miserable howls.

"Get out of the illuminated area!" Bone Struggle Sage yelled. Covered in blood, he abandoned any thought of searching for Jiang Fan. Instead, he locked onto a random direction in the darkness and plunged straight in.

The other three followed suit. As long as they dove into the darkness, the swarm of Fire Bees wouldn’t be able to see their positions, rendering them safe.

But to their absolute infuriation, Jiang Fan had taken "special care" of them. The four halos of light remained firmly locked onto their bodies. Wherever they used Instantaneous Movement to flee, the Fire Bees could pinpoint their locations from afar and immediately swarm over.

Bone Struggle Sage was both terrified and furious. "Jiang Fan! You play dirty!"
