Chapter 666: Chapter 35: Fran
The three wizards from the Tower of Order transformed into streams of light, disappearing into the depths of the lead-gray sea of clouds, carrying with them an overwhelming sense of humiliation and hatred. The suffocating oppressive force finally dissipated completely.
Lynch let out a long breath, his taut nerves slowly relaxing, and only then did he feel the sharp pain from his various wounds and the intense weakness brought on by the excessive consumption of spiritual power. He sheathed Ifrid’s Sword, and the triple domain brilliance circulating around him gradually faded.
He adjusted his breath, drove his somewhat sluggish body, and flew towards Abbas and the other two. Messiah silently followed by his side, his holy aura reined in, yet still maintaining vigilance. The Destruction Automaton faithfully guarded the rear.
“Dean Abbas,” Lynch approached, solemnly performing a wizard’s salute to the elderly man at the forefront, his tone sincere, “Thank you, sir, for your timely assistance. This kindness, Lynch will remember at heart.”
Kong also flew over, her face still slightly pale, but her eyes had regained their calm as she too greeted Abbas: “Master Dean.”
Abbas’s face restored to that faint indifferent smile, he waved his hand and looked at Lynch with gentle eyes: “No need for formalities, Wizard Lynch. Since you are a guest invited by Fran, ensuring your safety is Fran’s responsibility. Should anything happen to you on the way to the meeting, that would indeed be Fran’s failure.”
He paused, his tone taking on a slight chill: “As for that ’Fire Sword’ Ragnar… to think a mere rogue wizard outside the council system would dare to publicly attack a registered member of the Supreme Council, truly lawless.”
“Rest assured, Fran will immediately issue a highest-level warrant for him, and the council’s tribunal will pursue him concurrently. He will pay for his actions.”
These words served both to appease and to reiterate Fran’s stance and strength to Lynch.
Then, Abbas turned slightly, gently introducing the companions by his side to Lynch: “Wizard Lynch, these two are also pillars of Fran. This is Master Ithala, the Star Weaver, adept in prophecy and star magic.”
Ithala nodded slightly toward Lynch, the starlight threads entwined at his fingertips danced gently like living creatures, exuding a mysterious and friendly aura.
“This is Scholar Roland Ster, who has profound knowledge in space laws and planar studies,” Abbas pointed to another scholar.
The crystal ball in front of Roland gently rotated, he adjusted his glasses, revealing a scholar’s slightly inquisitive yet friendly smile to Lynch: “Pleased to meet you, Wizard Lynch. Your application in the space domain is impressive.”
Lynch dared not be neglectful, greeting and saluting the two powerful domain wizards in turn.
“Haha, I suppose we shouldn’t continue this conversation in the sky, let’s find somewhere to sit,” Abbas laughed cheerfully after brief pleasantries.
“Let’s return to the Cloud Whale.”
Everyone returned together to the battered “Cloud Whale.”
With the “escort” of the three powerful figures from Fran, the subsequent journey became exceptionally peaceful.
After all, the arrival of Abbas and the others signified Fran’s stance had been made public, openly declaring Fran’s attitude.
At this point, if anyone still foolishly tried to target them, it would undoubtedly mean openly opposing Fran.
Currently, in the entire Wizard World, only the other three supreme domains possess such capabilities alongside Fran.
But bear in mind, Fran is currently under the banner of the Supreme Council, and to go against Fran now would mean opposing the entire Supreme Council from a rightful standpoint.
Such power…
Even the Land of Freedom likely cannot possess it…
In any case, what followed was uneventful, a smooth journey. The flying aircraft sailed steadily along its predetermined route, heading towards the core airspace of Fran.
Several days later.

“We’ve arrived.” Kong’s voice emanated through the sound transmission array, carrying a barely perceptible sense of relief.
Lynch and the others gathered on the deck.
The flying aircraft descended slowly, penetrating a layer of extraordinarily stable, shimmering seven-colored auras of energy flow. As the craft fully passed through this magnificent barrier, the scene ahead became clear, causing even the well-traveled Lynch to hold his breath in awe, his eyes filled with shock!
Below, the dense sea of clouds was no more.
In its place was an indescribably spectacular super metropolis built upon magic!
Countless towering structures rose like a forest, not a cold iron jungle, but structures built from luminous crystals, carved eternal runes on white giant stones, metals flowing with liquid energy, and some mysterious material akin to living plants.
In architectural style, you could vaguely discern features of medieval castles, such as spires, pointed windows, and flying buttresses. Yet their scale, precision, and magical power had long surpassed the concept of a “castle,” reaching an unfathomable height!
There were no streets between towers, but instead, countless three-dimensional transportation networks composed of solidified light tracks, transparent energy conduits, and floating slabs.
Various types of magic-powered conveyances—from ornate private shuttles to large public transport platforms—glided silently and swiftly along these light tracks like fish in a stream, in perfect order without the slightest chaos.
Further away, enormous floating islands hovered like mountains above the city, waterfalls cascading from them, yet instead of water, they flowed with starlight and arcane energy. Some islands harbored even grander temples or academies, emitting profoundly powerful ripples that stirred the heart.
The city’s energy sources were clearly visible—numerous colossal arcane cores, akin to man-made suns, floated at the core of different city regions, gently and massively emitting energy, distributing it through the magical veins spread across the entire airspace into every building and array.
Here, there are no chimneys, no polluted air, only pure magical energy so dense it seems almost tangible, invigorating the spirit with every breath.
The illumination does not originate from a single sun but from the city itself—buildings, roads, vehicles, and even occasionally passing magic creatures all emit a soft, suitable radiance, bathing the entire space in daylight without causing any glare.
Order, prosperity, grandeur, mystery!
This is a miracle city that has developed magical civilization to its utmost! Its prosperity and advancement do not pale in comparison to any modern metropolis on Earth in Lynch’s memory, and in some respects, it far surpasses them!
This is a truly wizard-owned, living, breathing magical spectacle!
Lynch stood at the bow, his gray eyes reflecting the boundless, brilliantly lit magical metropolis below, and he couldn’t help but feel a surge of awe in his heart.
Fran, this is Fran!
