Thank you for popping in to read this note.

Writing is a hobby of mine, and one I have a lot of passion for. But it isn't how I pay the bills and take care of my family. As I've noted before, I'm currently extremely busy at work - it's been taking up a lot of my time and will continue to be at a brutal pace through month-end. My full-time job is demanding, but typically I can carve-out time during the weekends to do my writing for the week. Unfortunately, September and October has included a packed social calendar (exacerbated by cramming additional work into most weekends as well).

I tried getting some writing done this morning before the sunrise, but I wasn't happy with the words that came out. This was largely because I felt rushed.

I didn't want to ghost you all (you guys are amazing). But wanted to drop a note that there won't be a new chapter this week. Will write when I can, and I expect to have a lot of time this next weekend for writing too! So, will be back with the Return to Undead World after this short break. I'll likely delete this Note and send an alert when Chapter drops.

In related news: last week I submitted a revised manuscript incorporating the editor's changes and comments to Aethon! So, we're one step closer to the official publication. Really looking forward to next steps in the publication process. For those of you who do audiobooks (like I do a lot of), who would be your ideal voice for Joseph?
