Reincarnated with a lucky draw system

Chapter 222: BLACK SPHERE

"You must be from his powerful clan he was talking about," Aaron inquired, a faint smile tugging at his lips, unfazed by the threat, his crimson eyes glinting with defiance.

"I will find you. And when I do, I will make sure to wipe that arrogant look from your face and gut you alive," the titan threatened, its voice shaking the isolated space like a cosmic quake.

"You are getting it wrong," Aaron replied, his expression moving from playful to serious. "You won't be the one to find me. I will be the one to find you. And when I do, you all will be joining your heir soon enough." He crushed the projection with a flick of his hand, the mark shattering like glass, the void swallowing the remnants as Aaron dismissed further death threats with cold disdain.

Reverting from his nether warlock form, Aaron's body shimmered, the runes fading as he donned his usual cloak, its crimson and black folds rippling like liquid shadow. He decided to return to Buis to finish what he had started, his crimson eyes gleaming with purpose, his aura a crimson tide that demanded submission.

"Now the rest of you, decide," Aaron's voice reverberated across Planet Buis, echoing through its crystalline spires, directed at the leaders who determined the loyalty of the masses. "Will you serve me or not?" His presence was a cosmic storm, his aura warping the air with searing intensity, commanding absolute allegiance.

With their king dead and Aaron returning in one piece after fighting Havoc, the leaders knew it was in their best interests to submit loyally. They bowed, their loyalty sealed by fear and awe, a pragmatic surrender to the Night Father's dominance. "Wise choice," Aaron smiled, devouring Planet Buis, its crystalline essence absorbed into his sanctuary, its beauty preserved within his realm, a testament to his godlike power.

With Planet Buis devoured, Aaron made his way to the last strongest planet in the solar system, Planet Bask, home to the basilisks. With one step, utilizing his time-step together with his void-step, he appeared before the planet, its surface shimmering with reptilian menace, the air thick with the scent of ancient scales. Planet Bask was already conquered on arriving there by Michael and Isobel, saving Aaron the stress of dealing with the arrogant frogs in the well. He devoured the planet as well, its power fueling the sanctuary's growth, its essence merging with his own, the void trembling under his will.

With the strongest planets devoured, devouring the rest twenty was easy. Aaron consumed every planet, the loyal ones ending in the sanctuary within the new planet formed for them, while the disloyal ones found themselves dead, reduced to cosmic dust, their defiance crushed beneath Aaron's heel. His power swelled, his dominion absolute, the stars seeming to bow to his might.

With every planet devoured within the solar system, it left just one celestial body: the sun of the system. Aaron felt pretty hyped for it, his crimson eyes alight with anticipation. Devouring a sun—that was the first time he was going to do it. With one casual step, he appeared before the large ball of burning gas, the heat inconsequential to his godlike form. He flew toward the sun, the blazing core drawing him closer in a fascinating moment, the void's darkness parting like a curtain.

[It can feel the energy of the planet within you, hence the mutual attraction you are getting from it. Had you tried to devour it first, it will have been much harder,] the system noted, its tone analytical.

"Of course I still would have been able to," Aaron replied confidently, beginning the process of siphoning the core. With the use of time dilation, he drained the core in less than an hour. The solar system disappeared completely from the universe, causing the void to fill up the empty space caused by him, a testament to his cosmic appetite.

Within the sanctuary, a different phenomenon took place. Unlike the usual creation of planets, a star was replicated for the first time, removing the need for artificial light created by Aaron. The once-stationary planets began revolving around the sun and rotating around their axes, creating a magnificent sight. The boundary of the sanctuary also increased, giving more area for outer space exploration for those interested, a monument to Aaron's power.

Aaron, the cause of the change, was having a different feeling of euphoria. After consuming the star, he felt his strength becoming more refined and stronger, a new star appearing within his eternal rank, making him a four-star eternal rank—the qualitative strength of four solar systems. His stats glowed in his mind:

[Aaron Highborn]

Race: NIGHT

Rank: ETERNAL (★★★★)

Stamina: ∞

Mana: ∞

Luck: ★★★★★

Soul Strength: ★★★★

"Not bad," Aaron commented on his stats, his smirk widening, his eyes gleaming with satisfaction.

"How many DP do I have by the way?" he asked, his voice brimming with anticipation.

[30. 20 for conquering 20 planets and 10 for conquering a star,] the system replied, its tone matter-of-fact.

"Nice. Let's get it to a thousand and then get some sweet rewards," Aaron smiled, rubbing his palms together. "Speaking of rewards, I should have two rewards from those two side quests I completed. And I haven't taken a spin today. So let's go with that spin first," he said, his smile a predator's grin, the thrill of conquest fueling his hunger for what lay ahead, the void pulsing with his ambition.

[Congratulations! You have earned the growth-type reward - Black Sphere]

Black Sphere

Status: Bound to Host

Evolution Potential: Limitless

When the first star perished, its radiant light refused to fade, collapsing inward to devour all it once illuminated in a silent, ravenous abyss. From that cosmic death, a will was born—curious, hungry, and aware, a sentient spark that forged itself into existence. The Black Sphere, a relic of the void, emerged as a self-created fragment of a devoured cosmos, embodying the primal forces of creation and destruction. Its surface, smooth and utterly lightless, absorbed all radiance and matter, a shard of living night that pulsed with malevolent intent, casting an eerie chill across the starlit void. Within its depths lurked a consciousness older than galaxies, watching, learning, and remembering, its presence a haunting whisper of ancient power that made the cosmos tremble with unease.

The Black Sphere mirrored its host's growth, evolving through their experiences and emotions, its bond a reflection of their resolve rather than servitude. The stronger the host's will, the deeper the synchronization, forging a partnership of unparalleled power. Yet its loyalty was fragile—if the host's conviction wavered or their heart turned corrupt, the Sphere could turn, devouring their soul with the same hunger it unleashed on others, its power a double-edged blade. Legends claimed it arose from a nameless who sought to weaponize darkness itself, only to vanish into the silence from which the Sphere birthed itself, their fates etched in the stars as warnings of its perilous might.
