Dominance Evolution System: Sweat, Sex, and Streetball

Chapter 135: Authority

Rei cleared her throat, regaining control of the situation.

"Alright, that was... spirited. Bottle's up."

She spun it again, the glass whirling with a gritty rasp, the sound dragging out, slowing... slowing... landing dead on Drex.

Drex instantly straightened, his eyes lighting up like he'd just hit a jackpot.

"Dare!!! I chose dare!!!"

Rei hesitated for a split second, not really enjoying that he was so happy about it. She thought about giving him a little punishment, and soon, she got an idea.

She glanced at Jinzo, who flinched, his scowl deepening like he'd caught her dark intentions.

She opened her mouth, voice smooth as silk.

"Dare then. Massage..."

Mac cut her off sharply, leaning forward with a scowl, his stocky frame puffing up.

"Wait a minute, why's she the only one deciding? Every time it lands on anyone, you pick! That's bullshit. Others should get a say, group vote or something. Fair's fair, right?"

The room tensed, chatter dipping as heads turned. Drex nodded furiously, emboldened.

"Yeah! My dare, my call, who says you get to boss it?"

Hina pouted from her spot, crossing her arms under her voluptuous chest, making her boobs bounce.

"Aw, c'mon, it's more fun when Rei's in charge, she's got the best ideas!"

Kai chuckled low, rubbing her thigh where the traces from her own dare still lingered.

"Nah, he's got a point. If it's a group game, everyone should pick the dare. Otherwise, it's rigged for the pretty ones."

Nia rolled her eyes, but her smirk said she was enjoying the spark.

"Boys always cry when they're up. Fine, vote, make it quick." Alicia huffed, arms crossed.

"Whatever, as long as it's not a rim job."

Jaz shifted uncomfortably, her massive boobs heaving with a deep breath.

Come on... Just spin and get to the good stuff...

Jinzo jumped in, bitter edge sharpening.

"Yeah, vote! Tired of the same shit, always favoring him."

His glare shot to Nash, fists clenching.

Rei held up a hand, calm but annoyed, her noble poise cracking just a hair.

"It's my spin, my call, keeps it flowing."

Mac shook his head stubbornly.

"No, group vote, or game's dead."

The argument dragged, voices overlapping, Hina whining, Kai laughing, Nia siding with Mac, and Alicia groaning.

Miko sighed.

"This is why I hate games."

It went back and forth, Mac pushing hardest, the girls rolling their eyes but conceding for "fun." Finally, Rei relented with a sigh,

"Fine, group picks the dare. Majority rules."

Mac pumped a fist, triumphant.

"Told ya! Alright, Drex, your call."

Drex's eyes lit up like fireworks, that thin body vibrating with glee, ready to explode. The girls groaned openly. It was almost certain that they would use it to have a happy time.

Mac leaned in, grimace twisting into a petty grin. He had won, no, he was about to win. He just needed the finishing touch, something to make the night perfect.

A good old sweet revenge.

"Kiss Sarra."

The room went dead silent, tension slamming down like a guillotine. For a few long seconds, nobody breathed.

The air felt thick, only the noise of the AC could be heard. Eyes darted between Mac, Drex, and Sarra. Then came the first gasps.

Rei sighed. She had expected chaos, but not this kind of stupid.

Sarra's eyes went wide, her whole body tensing against Nash. For a moment, she couldn't even speak.

Then it hit, her voice cracking out.

"What? No! absolutely not!"

She recoiled, then shrank closer to Nash, almost hugging his side for protection. Her hand fisted his shirt tight, skin pale, pressing her soft chest against his arm.

Around them, the mix of gasps and whispers filled the room again, the atmosphere charged and uneasy.

Jinzo lit up, happy for once, pushing hard.

"Rules say no refusal! Come on, Sarra, it's the game! Fair's fair, right?"

He was finally going to have fun, Nash was definitely closer to her than what she pretended earlier, just the way she was clinging to him could confirm it.

It was time he tasted his own medicine and watched his girlfriend getting taken in front of him.

Drex approached slowly, triumphantly.

"C'mon, Sarra... it's just a kiss. Rules are rules."

But he paused mid-step, freezing under a silent death threat.

All eyes were fixed on him, maybe to make him look like an aggressor. Normally, he wouldn't give a fuck, but there was a specific burning gaze that promised doom if he stepped further: Nash's.

Those green eyes fixed on him like death, the room's air turning thick. Nash's Aura Presence II was having a different effect than usual, overwhelming, changing the atmosphere for Drex, making his steps falter, cock shrinking a bit in fear.

Shit... he's scary when he stares like that.

Sarra shook her head firmly, voice sharp.

"No! I said no, get away!" She pressed tighter to Nash, her warmth a delicious wall, boobs squashing against him, but for once, maybe the first time, Nash didn't feel aroused by it.

He, who had suffered of learning his girlfriend cheated on him the worse way, wasn't going to let a similar situation happen, especially with how Sarra was seeking for his help.

He didn't care whether it was a game, a teammate, or even justified or not. It wasn't going to happen.

Drex and Mac quickly understood that things wouldn't go their way, Mac standing now.

"C'mon, it's the dare! Can't back out... rules!"

But Nash's voice cut through, his passives weaving in, Charisma Pulse II making it resonate, Command Flow II steadying the group like a cool hand on fevered skin.

"Enough. The game's fun with consent, keep pushing, and it's not worth playing anymore. No one's forcing anything here, or the night's over."

The words landed smoothly, naturally, easing the spike like oil on water, his tone low and even, carrying that alpha weight without yelling, making Drex step back, Mac deflate.

The room exhaled.

Sarra relaxed against him, her hand finding his, squeezing gratefully. This was the man she loved, the man who decided to take care of her. He had stepped and talked for her, making sure that no one else than him would touch her.

She couldn't help but smile, her face gaining colors.

Everyone else seemed relieved by this outcome, Rei tilting her head approvingly. She lifted her glass with a faint smile.

"Not that much of a bastard after all," Rei murmured, half to herself.

Miko pushed her glasses up, muttering.

"Fine... points for that," still pretending she wasn't impressed.

The other girls echoed in agreement, Hina with a cheerful, "My, my, there's a possessive man here..." Nia leaning back with a teasing smirk. Kai raised her drink in respect.

For a few moments, the tension dissolved, the atmosphere softened; even the air seemed lighter.

But in the back, Jinzo was frozen. His jaw tightened, eyes dark. It hit him like a stab, the contrast too sharp to ignore.

Sarra had refused, and Nash had defended her instantly, without hesitation. When Jaz had faced her dare, though, no one had stepped in for him.

No one cared that she'd gone through with it.

His mind spiraled

Why? Why couldn't I stop it? Why didn't she say no for me?

He remembered that scene too vividly: Jaz laughing nervously, avoiding his gaze, and getting too daring in her dare.

The memory twisted deep, souring into pain. His gaze flicked to her now across the room.

Jaz avoided looking at him, pretending interest in the table, but he caught it, the faint, guilty way her eyes darted toward Sarra and Nash.

And suddenly, Jinzo understood. It wasn't just about games or rules. It was envy. Pure, simple envy.

The way Jaz looked at Sarra wasn't resentment; it was longing because Nash and Sarra had something different.

They moved like they belonged to each other. Jaz had followed the dare, gone along with it, not for fun, but because she could feel that connection slipping away from her own life.

In fact, all her situations involving Nash were the consequences of this longing for something he couldn't give to her in their relationship due to his horrible kinks.

He clenched his fists. Nash's single act of protection had done what Jinzo could never manage: make a girl feel truly his.

The realization burned, bitter and sharp. He stood abruptly, chair scraping loud.

"Need air," he muttered, voice tight, and strode out without looking back.

The door slammed shut behind him, leaving a heavy silence. Jaz flinched, staring after him, expression conflicted. She knew she was the cause, and she didn't know how to fix it.

Rei sighed, rubbing her temples.

"Alright, the mood's down. Game's paused. Who wants another drink?"

The group murmured in agreement, shifting awkwardly. Sarra stayed close to Nash, her hand still gripping his. She looked up at him, eyes soft with gratitude and something warmer behind those glasses.

"Thank you," she whispered.

Nash squeezed her hand back.

"No problem."
