Meanwhile Dian could still hear the sound of his pounding heart!

He could still feel the coldness of his blood! And how his mind and soul trembled with his traumatic thoughts.

Thinking such! Dian finally opened his eyes!

They shot open instantaneously. However what He saw before him had his eyes go wide immediately.

He was completely fine and hadn't lost his life but what made him stupefied was the shimmering translucent circular-barrier before him.

The realization that he was still alive and was not dead because of the light-purple hued barrier had his whole body shuddering in confusion!

Than his head turned from side to side as he surveyed his surrounding! He could see that almost half of his Domain was completely obliterated!

The sight gave him nothing but goosebumps as Dian remembered that horror! That dark crimson-voilet ball of flames which spun like a yin-yang.

Nevertheless the dark-orb of grotesque shadows was still present hovering behind him albeit in a very bad condition with half of its lustrous surface cracked!

This dark-orb was never ment for defense but it still held on pretty well! Considering as an assassin Dian's Domain was more inclined towards instant kills and was not good in defense regardless he still used it!

All because it was the best ability he had that would've given him even a slim chance of survival against the Calamity's attack.

Than again all that was for naught since his plan never worked!

The Calamity saw through him and his Domain both and she did that quiet easily in fact.

Furthermore the main reason for Dian's shock and confusion was the fluctuations of the magical energy coming from the translucent barrier.

They had the same signature he felt from the Calamity's looming aura and the horrifying attack she launched at him.

Dian looked at the Vampire with a complicated gaze! He indeed felt utterly grateful to her for sparing his life! For not killing him but why was she doing this.

Why was she playing with him! If she didn't want to kill him than why did she have to make him feel so pathetic and worthless!

Or was it that she wanted to toy with him before killing him! That she wanted to fulfill her sadistic and vampirec desires by breaking him.

Were her words of sparing his siblings life also fake!

Dian felt helpless and frustrated because of his own weakness! He could only express his anger on the being who was the reason for his current predicament!

'If I ever got my hands on the m**fucker who had asked me to kill this Calamity's disciple! The Progenitor.. than I swear by the cosmos I'll fucking rip his heart out just than and there.'

But for that to happen he had to survive first.

Dian saw the translucent barrier dispersing into thin air! His gaze matched with the Calamity's!

He looked at her without saying anything for a whole minute..

"W.. W-Why.. "

Meanwhile Evelynn watched him with a calm expression.

"Why? Don't you want to live shadow? Now.. You can live. As you successfully survived my attack! Therefore as promised I won't kill you! Aren't you happy?"

"Why are you playing these games with me! My Lady? Why did you save me and didn't kill me? I know and you know there was no way for me to survive that attack! If it weren't for this barrier! Why are you toying with me?"

He voiced in an emotionless tone.

"Mhm." Evelynn hummed. Examining him!

Did she go over board with her attack! She didn't think so considering that attack was like 10 percent of her destructive power and she only used one percent of her energy to launch it too.

She did not use her aura to suppress him and hadn't even used an ability! That fire ball was nothing but a simple usage of her Primordial Law!

Than there was also her Domain- Ah. She couldn't use that on him either otherwise he would be disintegrated within microseconds.

Anyways she decided to explain as it would be quiet a pity if she ended up breaking him in the name of showing her strength.

"First of all let me be clear! I'm not toying with you alright. As for why I haven't killed you It is rather simply actually!~ "

"I just feel like killing you is a huge waste of my resources! I mean since you had already exchanged your life with your siblings! So your life dose not belong to you anymore! If I say you live, than you live and if I say you die, than you die. It's as simple as that!~ "

"Therefore I'm thinking of putting you to some work!~ "

Dian looked at this Calamity in speechlessness. "So basically you mean now I'm your slave."

"Hm."

Evelynn blinked at the fitting word! Than she nodded without any shame.

"Exactly! You're absolutely correct! My slave number one. However you don't have to worry I won't be calling you that since as a Divine I know that even you have your pride hence I'll be addressing you as my subordinate number one!~ "

Dian couldn't help but lament and cry inwardly for successfully becoming a slave within just a couple of hours of meeting the Calamity. 'Hahaha.. Haha.. Ha.. congrats me on successfully surviving The Calamity! I guess.'

However than it happened!

The whole of the separate realm trembled!

The skies once grayish-black turned dark crimson! The space rumbled as though just movement away from being torn apart.

All the rank seven members within the realm bursted into a pool of blood while the rest of the mortal fell to the ground in unconsciousness!

There eyes rolled back with there skin cracked and blood gushing out of there unmoving bodies pooling the black-land.

Meanwhile the pseudo-divine's were also ashen! Trembling in terror! As blood poured out of there seven orifices!

They looked at the Calamity with there gazes quivering and hearts palpatating in trepidation.

Emma teleported at a safe distance! Her figure covered in Divine blood! Both hers and Eian and Sia's.

"Lady Evelynn!~ "

She whispered! Her tone confused and worried but her body still trembled upon feeling the amethyst-crimson aura of Evelynn.

*Rumble!~* *Rumble!~*

The separate realm was literally crying and it was unknown for how much longer it would be able to hold onto its dear life.

No one could understand why the Calamity had suddenly erupted! Neither Emma nor Dian could tell what was the reason for Evelynn's sudden wrath.

Even though Dian had also teleported away the moment he felt the chance in the air but he was still injured rather badly just from the sudden eruption of the aura alone.

Soon both Eian and Sia also appeared beside Dian but they were also in a very terrible conditions.

"Brother let's go get out of here.. while that bitch isn't paying attention?"

"Yeah! We should leave this breaking realm and hide somewhere else! As this disaster seems to have gone mad Brother! ~ " Sia grimaced in pain.

Dian completely ignored his two siblings and simply observed the on going happenings with a grim expression.

Evelynn uttered word by word! Her amethyst gaze clouded in an unimaginable anger! Her deep voice sending a chill down everyone's spine within the realm! Including the Divine's.

"Y-Yes! My Lady!~ " Emma shivered in fright! Feeling the dense aura brushing past her figure!

Heavy — was the only word that came to Emma's mind on feeling the aura of the Ruinous Calamity.

And what was even more frightening for her was the fact that she knew that it still wasn't her hundred percent.

Regardless the experience and the shiver only made her smile widely, proudly and cruelly.

"Come with me!~ "

Than Evelynn's gaze narrowed at her first subordinate.

Dian's heart shook as a chill coursed through his vain's! He gulped subconsciously when subjected to her gaze.

"You're also coming!~ "

He immediately nodded like a pecking hen. "Yes! M-My Lady."

Afterwards Evelynn had all there of them teleported to the City of Greenwood.
