Chen Che beamed at Robbie and said, "What can I do, Councilor Robbie? I genuinely don't want to stand out, but who can prevent that among a bunch of short people, even when I crouch down, I'm still prominently tall; among fools, even when I'm absurdly foolish, I'm brilliantly smart."

"I didn't intend to be so dazzling, but who knew events would turn so unpredictably, with idiots jealous of me, sending gangs to assassinate me."

"I almost died by their hands; I'm now constantly sending my men to investigate who the mastermind is behind it."

"If we can't find them, I can only send people to clear those gangs trying to kill me."

"Rationally speaking, though my subordinates have caused a bit of a stir, they shouldn't have troubled you all, right?"

"After all, I'm merely avenging my enemies without harming a single civilian, nor have I caused turmoil in the Ninth Special Zone. On the contrary, the Upper City's law and order is improving."

Hearing this, many present were refreshed by Chen Che's audacity.
