Lin Yi was observing the magic type armor.

When activated, it provided +8 magic power and increased magic value recovery speed by 50%, but the charged core could only last three.

These excellent pendants were only three!

Then, Lin Yi discovered some mysterious scrolls, realizing they were schematics.

The skill upgrade rule is—below level 5, you cannot upgrade a skill to level 2. Similarly, below level 9, you cannot upgrade a skill to level 3, and so on.
