An adult, energized by a full meal, can move a total mass far exceeding their own strength, let alone the weight of the meal they consumed. Of course, the transformation of Energy isn't a simple comparison like that. The concentration of Energy requires more than just a full meal.

So, in the transformation process of the Five Elements' generative and overcoming cycles, could other methods be used to make the power transform with greater magnitude?
