Chapter 169: Interrogation

'He shot his cum inside of me…' Sally pulled her underwear back up, catching some of the sperm leaking out of her.

'it's so much…' she thought, glancing at Yohan as he also dressed properly.

'He didn't even kiss me…' Her eyes fell on his pretty pink lips. 'How could he fuck me without even having the decency to kiss me… like I'm some whore'

"What?" Yohan caught her staring.

She turned away nervously, "N-Nothing," she mumbled.

At the same time her heart began to beat faster, 'Why can't I say anything to him…?'

Yohan pulled her in from behind, with his arms resting around her waist.

"Sally, you have an amazing body," he murmured, leaning closer.

"T-thank you," she said softly, her voice trembling as a rosy blush spread across her face.

"How about I pay you for it?"

"Pay me?" She immediately stepped back, putting space between them. Her expression hardened — the blush vanished as offense slowly took over.

"Yes," Yohan said calmly. "You do what I want from now on, and I'll make sure you're well compensated."

For a moment, Sally just stared at him, speechless. The audacity of it hit her like a slap. She couldn't tell if he was serious or just trying to provoke her — but the way he looked at her left no doubt.

"Are you serious?"

"Before you get angry, you should know—it was just an offer. You can turn it down if you want," Yohan said, his tone almost too casual.

"You scumbag!" She snapped, taking a step closer "What kind of offer is that, do you think I'm some kind of prostitute?!"

"I'm not asking you to sell your body," Yohan said, rubbing the back of his head with a sigh. "I'm just saying—if you're going to have a good time, why not get paid for it? It's a win-win, if you think about it that way."

"I only offered because I like you," he said with a shrug, turning toward the door. "You can just say no if you don't want."

Sally just stood there, stunned. She couldn't even process his so-called reasoning — all she could think about was the insult behind it. He'd just slept with her… and now he wanted to pay her for it.

"That jerk!" she hissed, storming after him, her heels striking the floor as fury overtook embarrassment. She wasn't letting him walk away without hearing exactly what she thought of him.

When Yohan stepped out, by some cruel coincidence or fate Helen was just walking by.

"Yohan? What are you doing in there?"

'Shit!... I should have looked to see if the coast was clear'

"Hey, Helen…"

He casually closed the door, trying to think of something to say, but then Sally busted out right after.

"You asshole…" she was about to go on before her eyes fell on Helen.

The two of them stood beside each other, guilt written all over their faces.

Helen gave a knowing smirk, "Seems like you were both in the mood for some early morning work out,"

Yohan chuckled awkwardly but Sally remained quiet.

"Don't you have some work to do?" Helen shifted her gaze to Sally, speaking more sternly.

"I-I'm sorry…" she mumbled before rushing off.

Now it was just him and her. Her reaction was way calmer than anything Yohan would have expected.

Sex in a police station? You really don't have any limits, do you?" she said with a half-smile, shaking her head. "Let's move before they come for him."

"What?" His brow went up slightly.

"Roman, didn't you say you were here to meet him or did just come to fuck one of my officers?"

"Right… can't believe I almost forgot about that," Yohan could only chuckle sheepishly.

Helen simply shook her head before leading the way.

After they arrived at an interrogation room with Roman seated at the other side of a small iron table.

"I'll be back in ten minutes so try to finish up before then," she shut the door leaving the two of them alone.

"You!" Roman shouted as he recognized Yohan, "You better hand over my money if you don't want to fucking die!"

"Calm down… it's not like you can actually do anything," he shrugged.

"You think that you are safe simply because I'm in handcuffs, don't be fooled, I can easily get to you and family from inside here,"

Yohan shot him a cold threatening glare, "Have you forgotten who put you inside here in the first place?"

"You can try if you want, but then you'll have another reason to fear for your life and I don't know about Hatoru but I'll make sure you feel a lot of pain before I end it,"

Yohan's words stuck fear right into his heart.

"D-Don't try to act tough kid, you can't do anything to me…"

"Is that what you think?" He let out a small chuckle, "If I wanted I can reach you, even in whatever prison you are in,"

"W-who exactly are you?" Roman's voice trembled with fear,

Yohan could see it in his wide eyes that he was believing his every word. This was the kind of reaction he was hoping for.

Yohan watched him for a long, slow breath. "Let's just say I'm someone you don't want to cross. I didn't kill you before because I thought you might be useful. I can always change my mind." He let the last sentence hang, casual as a verdict.

"Do you understand me?" His gaze was cold, freezing every atom of blood in the Roman's body.

Roman stared at the man across the table. The way Yohan spoke — calm, certain — made it clear he wasn't bluffing. But the real reason Roman believed him was what he already knew.

Yohan had single-handedly dismantled his entire operation. That alone was enough to mark him as dangerous, but now, sitting face to face, Roman's mind began to spiral. He started imagining possible stories about who Yohan really was — each one darker, each one making the man before him seem even more terrifying.

Roman swallowed hard. "I—I understand." His voice scraped like someone clearing a throat he didn't have.

"Good." Yohan's voice was calm, the kind of calm that made the air feel colder. "Now I'm going to ask you a question, and I advise you to think very hard before answering,"

"Tell me everything you can about your boss, Hatoru,"

"I'm afraid I don't know who you are speaking of," Roman responded with a straight face.

Yohan clicked his tongue, 'so I couldn't scare him into talking'

Even with all his big talk Roman wasn't ready to say anything.

'He's already in custody so I can't force it out of him… I have to think of something'

On the surface the two men were caught in an intense staring contest, it was as if the moment he mentioned Hatoru's name Roman's demeanor changed.

"Are you with the police?" Roman asked.

Yohan weighed it. Maybe this was the angle. "Yes," he said, slow and deliberate. "I'm working undercover to take down Hatoru. If you tell—"

"I'm not saying anything to the police," Roman cut in, voice firm.

'Shit… that's not going to work either' he cursed as he continued to rack his brain.

Gunjoo said that Roman was the only one that could help him take down Hatoru, and that meeting him in this position was the only opportunity they would get.

'I can't let it go down the drain, I have to do something'

"So that's how you can fight so well, because you were trained… How did a kid like you even end up joining the police?" Roman asked, he wasn't sounding doubtful, instead he sounded genuinely curious.

"Because I'm not just a kid. I'm someone that can get you out of here if I wanted. Not just that, I also still have your money,"

"If you cooperate with me, I'll pull some strings to get you out of here and handover half of the money," he was just desperately saying anything that came to his mind.

Roman hesitated this time, weighing the offer. Yohan saw the change — the tiny crack he'd been looking for — and smiled inwardly. This was the nail. Now he just had to drive it in.

"Think about it, I know Hatoru is coming to for you and there's no reasonable explanation you can give him for the money,"

"That's not true, he knows we were attacked…" Roman countered,

"By who? Two guys? And one just happens to be a kid,"

Roman gritted his teeth, "I'll tell him you are a cop, he'll believe me then,"

"So you'll try to convince him the kid who stole his money is also a cop?" Yohan's incredulous voice cut the air. "How believable does that sound?"

Roman froze, the question landing like ice. Yohan was right — the story was ridiculous. Hatoru wouldn't just disbelieve it; he'd be insulted.

Yohan leaned back and folded his hands as if closing a deal. "Okay. Let me make it better. I'll give you everything. I haven't touched the cash yet — you said it was $6.5 million, right?" His tone was casual, but the promise had weight.

Roman blinked. His pulse quickened. "With that amount," Yohan went on, "you could vanish. New country, new name. I'll arrange it all."

For the first time since the interrogation began, Roman's mask faltered. He looked less like a man who'd rehearsed answers and more like one sizing whether a lifeline was real or just a trap.

"You're asking me to trust you," Roman said slowly. "You're offering me the moon and asking me to hand over what I know. Why would I believe you won't take the money and walk?"

Yohan's smile was thin. "Because I want Hatoru gone, I'll do whatever it takes" he answered.

"You're the key. Help me, and you'll never see him again — or this city, if you prefer. Refuse, and… well." He let the sentence hang.

Roman's fingers found the edge of the table again. Somewhere behind his eyes, doubt warred with survival.

"Fine, what do you want to know?"
