He was trying his best to conserve his strength but these demonic beast's just kept coming and coming. His magical power had already been depleted to half because of he had to deal with these stray stragglers while also putting up a front as if he was contributing in this battle.

He then took a deep breath, before releasing a formidable dragon roar that stunned everyone in the area.

Su Ping followed up by expending a great deal of strength to use his Dark Dragon Eyes on a large number of the enemy force's.

The next moment, hundreds of the demonic beasts began attacking their counterparts. The sight caused the attacking demonic beasts to be confused and thrown into chaos.

" Don't just stand there! Hurry up and finish them off now!" Su Ping urged the demons on. Just maintaining these illusions on that many demonic beasts was like a hole in his magic power reserves, rapidly sucking away at his strength.

' I could just rewrite their minds by placing them in permanent illusions, but doing that would use up almost all of my remaining magic power.' Su Ping thought to himself, while watching as the turned demonic beasts continued to attack their counterparts.

The demons quickly snapped out of their stupor and rushed into the Frey once more. With Su Ping continuously taking over more and more demonic beasts to replenish their force's, The battle of attrition was soon becoming a productive war where their side was slowly advancing deeper into the swamp demon rulers domain.

RUMBLE....

The ground suddenly started to rumble as ripples emerged on the muddy swamp waters. All the surviving demon soldiers became vigilant. Glancing around as if looking for the origin of the rumbling sounds.

"...This, there's no way." Su Pings pupils dilated, unlike the others, his hearing was far superior and right now he had heard several sounds he never thought was possible.

" Everyone get ready! We're about to be swarmed!" Su Ping suddenly warned.

The demons rulers began to feel unsettled as the rumbling grew closer and closer, the closer it got, the more louder it became.

" This can't be, their coming from all sides!" Su Ping felt his heart skip a beat. ' How's that even possible? I didn't notice any other demons after landing, so how come I'm sensing this many all at once.'

Su Ping was at a loss, right now, his mind was a mess as he heard thousands of thumping feet that raced through the marsh, all seemingly forming a shrinking enclosure that was aiming for them who were in it's center.

At the same time. Su Ping saw the sky begin to turn crimson, at first, he wondered if night was already approaching but he then realized that it was a large dome that stretched for miles, that was slowly taking shape above them.

' F*ck! Are they trying to lock us in?!' Su Ping instantly realized what was happening. This was all a trap from the very beginning.

The demonic beasts they had been dealing with, wasn't the swamp demon rulers army but a diversion, aimed to draw them deeper into his domain so as to spring his trap on them. The shrinking dome made Su Ping realize that whosoever was behind this, must've been aiming for Su Ping from the very beginning, after all. He was the only one here who could actually fly.

" Fei Wang! Yu Wang! Come here, were leaving!" Su Ping didn't hesitate to call for the both of them. He didn't even think twice about abandoning the remaining demons, not after knowing that the main target of this trap was himself.

His Magical power was almost depleted, staying here to meet the mastermind behind all of this would definitely not end well no matter how much he looked at it.

Fei Wang and Yu Wang quickly returned to his side under the gazes of the panic stricken demons.

" Where do the three of you think your going!"

" Are you trying to run away?!"

" Get back here! If you leave, how are we supposed to deal with this."

The demons were completely frightened, by now they could hear and grasp the magnitude of the approaching army. Non of the demon rulers had expected the enemy to amass this terrifying force, They obviously felt horror and fear at the moment, after all, non of them wished to die here.

Seeing Su Ping gearing to run away, the demons naturally became even more anxious. If Su Ping left, wouldn't that mean that their chances of survival would drop considerably.

Su Pings expression darkened at the sight of the multiple demons rushing towards him to stop him from leaving. To think they were so afraid of death that they were willing to drag down someone who had helped them time and time again.

" Stop! You can't leave without us!" said the monkey demon ruler.

" At least take the 3 of us with you!" Screamed the rat demon ruler.

" Master! You can't leave me behind!" Qingwa Yi who's face was clouded with desperation, bolted towards Su Ping like a frightened lamb.

' Damnit! These bastards!' Su Ping glared at the demons rulers and Qingwa Yi who all pounced on him at once. A few of them even overtaking the approaching Fei Wang and Yu Wang.

" Get away from me!" Su Ping snarled before transforming into his Dark Wyvern form, at the same time, he realized a wave of magical power in the form of darkness.
