The snake moved a little back and the disciple who was getting attacked moved away while another disciple who was behind came forward.

The beast immediately turned and started slithering towards him.

Pei Lingxi felt relieved seeing this, this was a perfect way to stay safe and it was working perfectly. They could easily attack and kill the beast slowly.

Their attacks didn't do much but they still could use their strongest attack, which would be enough to give lethal damage to this beast.

Lin Feng on the other hand noticed that this beast wasn't healing as fast as the cloud leopard, it was a little obvious though because with its scale it would be impossible for any early-stage cultivator to even think of defeating it.
