The moment Divine stabbed the Clown with the colossal golden sword, a whirlwind of flames spun inside the Clowns's body.

The winds were extremely sharp, and every rotation of the fiery winds sliced apart the Clown's body from the inside. Flames erupted inside his body, and his body began emitting a golden hue from the countless holes and cuts that had appeared on his body.

"AAAARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!"

The Clown released a terrifying scream of pain, a scream none of them thought would ever hear from the mad man called the Clown.

Corey stared at this scene with slightly wide eyes and a calculating glint, and then the Clown's body began splitting into hundreds of smaller pieces.

Many had golden flames on them, while a few were free from the golden flames. These few were two dozen pieces, and mouths appeared on these random pieces.

They roared at the same time.

"DIVINE!!!"

The pieces moved, and then the Clown's spiral black and white eyes appeared on the two dozen pieces.

"DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE!!!!"

Spiral beams of black and white were fired from the two dozen pieces, and Divine scoffed.

He snapped his fingers, and two dozen arrows made out of golden flames appeared around him. They vanished and reappeared in front of the spiral beams of light, and then both the golden flaming arrows and the spiral beams of light collided, causing powerful shockwaves to resound across the realm.

Meanwhile, the two dozen pieces moved in separate directions, and then they began to change at a rapid pace.

A few moments later, the pieces changed to two dozen normal looking Clowns.

Divine saw this, and then he laughed out loud. "Don't think you're escaping you bastard."

He looked down and called out. "Rosa."

Rosa nodded, and then her eyes glowed with a blood-red light. She made a hand sign, and then she slowly brought her hands together.

As she did this, the two dozen Clowns stopped moving, and then they stiffly turned and faced Rosa.

"You! Who do you think you are to control my blood?!"

The world trembled as the Clown roared in fury and attempted to break free from Rosa's control, but Rosa merely smiled even when her eyes and nose bled.

"You're nothing compared to me."

Just as Rosa said these words, Divine moved and attacked.

"Nice one, Rosa."

Golden flames shot out of his body, and then a golden phoenix made out of golden flames appeared in the sky.

Kreeeee!!!

The sound of a phoenix cry echoed in the world tree's realm and beyond it, and then the phoenix moved at an extremely fast speed.

It swallowed the pieces of the Clown, and despite the Clown's attempt to dodge or attack the Phoenix, the Clown could not move because of Rosa who was controlling his blood.

Although Rosa was powerful and a talented Tier 6 Blood Manipulator, she should not have the power to manipulate his blood because he was a Tier 7 and because he had also fused with the Book of Death, albeit in a rough manner.

Even for him who was extremely proficient in manipulating blood, manipulating another person's blood inside their body from afar was extremely difficult for him, unless the person was extremely weaker than he was.

There were other factors he had to consider like bloodline, unique physiques and constitutions, and so on and so forth, the crux of the matter was that Rosa should not be able to manipulate his blood so easily.

'So how?'

The Clown and the few surviving clones observed their body, and then one of them noticed a foreign substance inside their bodies. It was very well hidden, and if not for the fact that this foreign substance was being used at the moment, they would have never realized that their bodies had been defiled by this foreign substance.

"Her blood? But when?"

Just as the Clown said this out loud, his pupils shook when he saw Divine appearing in front of him on a phoenix made out of golden flames.

The Clown looked at the golden flames with a tinge of wariness and fear, and then he looked all around him.

His clones were in flames, burning eternally. Their bodies had already turned to ash, but with his talent of immortality, even his clones could not die.

However, Divine's flames were also immortal, and they could not be put out. Because of this, his clones were stuck in a cycle of constant painful and hellish death where not even a drop of blood could be regenerated.

To the Clown, Divine's golden flames was the bane of existence, and he hated the flames more than any other thing in this world.

Aside from Divine though.

"Let me guess, you're thinking of how much you hate me and my flames. And you're also wondering when her blood entered your body, right?"

Divine gave a mocking smile to the Clown, and the Clown frowned deeply. He was the one that always gave mocking smiles, but receiving it from somebody he hates the most pissed him off more than he could imagine.

The Clown did not respond, and Divine chuckled.

"I was not planning on telling you though."

The Clown's eyes flashed with anger, and Divine grabbed the Clown's neck with burning madness and hatred in his eyes.

"How many is it now? I think this is the sixth one I've killed? So that means you only have six more true clones for me to kill, right?"

Rage and extreme coldness flashed in the Clown's eyes once again when Divine said these words, and immense killing intent permeated the world from the Clown.

"I will fucking kill you and everything that you love and cherish." The Clown said coldly, and Divine smiled.

"Oh boy. I'm so scared. I'll be waiting for you, and I also promise you. I'll destroy every single game and plan you have."

Divine pulled the Clown closer to him and whispered in his ears.

"And I'll also find your true body and make you experience what you truly fear... Death."

After saying that, the Clown's body ignited in golden flames and his screams of pain and fury echoed across the realm and beyond it as he burned to ashes.

"DIVINE!!!!! YOU WILL KNEEL AND WEEP IN THE BLOOD OF THOSE YOU LOVE!!!!"
