Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon

Chapter 1148: 1145: Over Twenty Gods?

Everybody, the world, and the universe itself went silent as they all watched Corey fall from the sky and the Heavenly Executor who was trapped and being devoured inside a glassy armor.

Although the skies of New Earth was filled with thick and extremely dark Tribulation Clouds, showing that the Tribulation was not over, everybody had this feeling that the Tribulation was over.

They had this feeling that Corey had won.

For those who had no idea of the significance of this feat, they were just awed and stunned by the battle and destruction that shook the entire planet.

But for those who knew of the significance of Corey's actions, they were rooted to the spot. It felt like they were dreaming because it should not just be possible.

A mortal defeating Heaven's Will turned Flesh?

A mortal defeating an entity that could kill True Gods?

How was such a thing possible?

It should just not be possible.

The battle between Corey and the Heavenly Executor had not just drawn the attention of the eleven gods who descended on New Earth through their incarnations, it had also drawn the attention of many other gods of the universe.

Even some True Gods began to look for the location of New Earth, and those that found it watched the battle between Corey and the Heavenly Executor.

The appearance of the Heavenly Executor was a significant event that could draw the attention of every God in the universe because the Heavenly Executor only appeared when somebody or something was extremely dangerous to the universe.

Because of this, many of them expected the location of the Heavenly Executor to be in one of the core areas of the universe, but imagine their surprise when they realized that Heaven's Will was in an ascending world.

How could an ascending world cause Heaven's Will to descend?

What was the cause?

What was going on?

Many of the gods' attention was on New Earth, and some tried to enter with their spirit or even their true bodies, but they were fiercely warned by the Universal System.

It was after this they realized that New Earth was a Blessed World. A Blessed World was more protected by the Universal System than any other world.

Many gods decided to negotiate with the Universal System in order to be able to gain access to New Earth.

What many of them had to pay caused them to grimace, but to them, it was worth it to know why the Heavenly Executor had descended on a mere ascending world.

The gods thought they couldn't be anymore baffled and shocked.

But when they saw that it was a mortal who was the reason behind the descent of the Heavenly Executor, they were extremely shocked and baffled.

With a single act of his, Corey had gained the attention of nearly every single powerhouse of the universe.

And every single one of them watched as Corey fell from the sky while unconscious.

They wanted to act. They were itching to grab not only Corey, but Primus and Prima.

Unfortunately for them, they could not because the Tribulation was still present.

Although the Heavenly Executor was sealed and being devoured by Primus and Prima, it had not been fully destroyed, so the Tribulation was still present.

If any of the gods entered the range of the Tribulation, they would face another Tribulation that would be on par or even more terrifying than the Heavenly Executor.

All they could do was bite their nails in anxiety, restlessness, and anticipation.

Meanwhile, as Corey was about to crash into the ground, a figure quickly caught him.

Bang!

Cracks spiderwebbed across the ground as the figure transferred the force from Corey's fall to the ground through her feet and runes.

"You really are a mad and infuriating man, Corey." Pamela shook her head as she looked at Corey's unconscious face.

She placed her hand on Corey's chest, and a few seconds later, her frown deepened.

"You better not die. You're the only person that can help me to break this universe's limits, damn it."

Six golden-white runic circles came into existence around her arm, and Pamela began to heal Corey.

"You better not die." Pamela mumbled with a determined gaze, then the sky rumbled.

RUMBLE!

RUMBLE!

RUMBLE!

Pamela looked up, and she saw that the Tribulation Clouds were beginning to thin out.

She looked at Primus and Prima, and she saw that both of them had golden arcs of lightning streaking across their surface.

"Is it over?"

A few seconds after Pamela mumbled these words, the Tribulation Clouds began to vanish until the skies became clear once again.

"It's finally over." Pamela released a sigh of relief when the pressure of the Tribulation that engulfed the world was no more.

Although she had been in the Forge throughout, she has been aware of what had been going on.

At first, she had been engrossed with the task Corey gave her, but the commotion of Corey's Tribulation had disturbed her.

Luckily for both her and Corey, it was not when she was at a crucial point in understanding what Corey had given her.

Despite the fact that the Temple was heavily damaged and nearly destroyed, the Forge still stood strong and the disturbance she felt from both Tribulations was just a mere fraction of what it should have been.

She could not help but wonder how Corey had crafted such a thing.

She looked at him and shook her head once again. "What a crazy guy."

She was about to stand and carry Corey to the Forge so that she could heal him in a safer space, but she froze and her expression became extremely solemn.

Twenty auras suddenly appeared in the Divine Kingdom, and when she looked up, she saw twenty individuals surrounding Primus and Prima.

She could feel the consciousness of these twenty individuals and even six more individuals observing her and Corey especially, and the power behind the consciousnesses made her face pale.

"Over twenty Gods?"
