The Most Powerful Wealth System

Chapter 91: 91. Teenager behavior

Riki and the two teenagers who were arguing made various types of snacks and cakes. Among them were pumpkin cupcakes, banana cakes, taro muffins, chocolate banana brownies, and banana and taro ice cream using an ice cream machine.

Speaking of the ice cream machine, because Riki liked it so much, he collaborated with one of the largest electronics stores and sold it. Although the machine was expensive, there was a lot of demand for it. Because the ice cream maker did not require much electricity and was very easy to use and foolproof, many people were interested in buying it, whether for home use or to start a business.

Almost every day, Riki makes ice cream, as if he were selling it. Especially on hot days, eating ice cream is a must.

After all the cakes were almost finished, Riki glanced at Sofie and Nicho, who were still arguing, even though they were silent and didn't say much.

"Since we're done, let's take all these cakes upstairs. You can also take some cakes for yourselves to eat, or you can eat with the others," said Riki.

The two teenagers just remained silent and lifted a large tray of cakes each. They immediately went upstairs without responding to Riki.

Riki just smiled slightly at their actions.

[You have successfully completed your mission and your reward is three million dollars]

Riki just snorted, then went upstairs, carrying two trays at once. When a maid saw Riki, she helped him carry one tray.

When Riki reached the top floor, he saw Evan and his team still arranging the garden on the balcony.

As he placed the tray on the table at the edge of the balcony, Riki realized that Nicho and Sofie were sitting together eating pumpkin cupcakes, without saying anything to each other.

Riki approached the two of them, then deliberately sat between them.

"Are you two not fighting anymore?" asked Riki, taking a piece of brownie.

"No," they replied in unison, making Riki chuckle.

"Can you explain why you were fighting? Whoever can explain it will go with me tomorrow," said Riki, trying to get them to talk.

Both of them seemed interested in what Riki said. However, Nicho spoke first.

"Actually, she and I were playing a game, she lost and then said something rude to me. I got angry and responded, but she played the victim. So we ended up fighting," said Nicho.

Hearing this, Sofie fell silent, afraid that Riki would be angry with her. But instead of getting angry, Riki laughed out loud.

"Hahaha—you guys got into a fight just because of that? Gosh, teenagers like you are so easily emotional because you are still unstable. But I don't like you guys fighting. Sofie, do you know what you did wrong?" asked Riki.

Sofie looked away, but she replied, "I said something rude, I'm sorry, Nicho."

"I'm sorry for saying something rude to you too," replied Nicho.

Riki just laughed at that moment, because the two teenagers were silent and looked very awkward.

"Riki! Look at this!" Evan shouted suddenly.

Riki stood up and approached Evan. Meanwhile, Nicho and Sofie became even more awkward.

"I'll go with Mr. Riki tomorrow."

Sofie clicked her tongue in annoyance, regretting not explaining sooner. If she had, she could have asked Riki to go where she wanted.

"I'm really sorry for insulting you for not having parents earlier," said Sofie.

"I'm also sorry for insulting you for being cheap. I really didn't mean any harm," replied Nicho.

Sofie shook her head, "No, I think I was the one who was wrong first. You were just responding to me. Besides, I was cheap back then because I was willing to be the mistress of a married man."

Although the atmosphere was still awkward, they were able to laugh together.

Riki, who saw the two of them, was also happy.

"Why are they like that?" asked Evan.

Riki shrugged, "I don't know, teenagers are like that, right? We used to fight a lot too, then apologize to each other and go back to normal."

"Actually, when I think back on my teenage years, it were really fun, but if I were asked to go back, I wouldn't want to."

Riki nodded in agreement with Evan's words, "You're right, those days were fun, but there were also many difficulties. I don't want to go back. In fact, even if I were given the choice to go back to when I was a child, when my family was still intact, I wouldn't want to. Because no matter how hard we try to change destiny, what has been written will remain the same. I don't want to see my family fall apart for the umpteenth time."

Evan smiled bitterly at Riki's words, because he himself had witnessed how difficult Riki's life had been after his family fell apart.

After the balcony garden was finished, Riki invited Evan and his team to taste the cakes he had made with Sofie and Nicho.

"Riki! I'm posting a video of us cooking together on my account, okay?" asked Sofie, who was actively posting her daily activities on a social media account that was popular among young people.

Riki nodded, "Yeah, sure, but isn't it a problem that it will be obvious that you and Nicho are fighting?"

"It's okay, I'm sure it will attract people's attention and my video will get a lot of views," said Sofie, then the girl immediately ran down from the second floor.

"She's so excited," said Evan.

Riki nodded, "Yeah, I think her personality has improved a lot since she moved here."

"I think she'll be sad because her parents are in prison."

Riki was silent for a moment, he had the same thought. Not only Sofie, but Anton too. However, neither of them showed any signs of sadness. When Riki asked them, they just said they were fine. But were they really fine, or were they just pretending to be fine?

Riki didn't know.

***

There was no end to the busyness, so when there was an opportunity for a vacation, Riki immediately took one.

Actually, it was just something Riki said in the afternoon. After seeing Zeno and Kaivan, who had finished their work while eating the cakes Riki had made, Riki approached them and said.

"Suddenly I want to go somewhere quiet and far from the crowds, but I want to stay somewhere with complete facilities," said Riki.

Kaivan immediately mentioned a place that still belonged to his family.

It was called Natura Cottage and Glamping. Located on the outskirts of a small town, it was near a forest where people could hunt, close to a large lake, and also a waterfall.

Riki was immediately interested and invited them to go. Only Riki, Zeno, Kaivan, and Nicho went. Sofie didn't want to go because there were only men there, and Sean and Selene weren't going either, so she preferred to stay at the mansion with them.

They rode in Riki's campervan and traveled for about 10 hours without stopping. They just took turns driving.

They arrived at Natura around four in the morning, still dark.

The place Kaivan booked was quite unique, as the cottage he booked also had a treehouse next to it.

When they entered, the facilities inside were very complete. Even the kitchen was fully equipped with a kitchen set and a two-door refrigerator.

Not only that, but in the living room of the cottage, there was a kotatsu, or a table with a heater inside.

There are three rooms, two in the cottage and one in the tree house.

Natura also has other facilities there, such as a farm, a strawberry and grape garden, and a hot spring.

When they arrived, they immediately went to sleep in the rooms in the cottage. Except for Riki, who still had enough energy to look around the cottage facilities.

After making breakfast for himself, Riki went to the tree house, sat on the porch of the tree house while waiting for the sunrise, which was still a long way off.

He ate slightly spicy and warm curry-flavored instant noodles and warm coffee. Riki enjoyed the view in front of him.

It was really relaxing.

"Master!!"

Suddenly, a fairy flew in front of Riki's face, looking very upset.

"What's wrong?"

"Master suddenly came here and didn't invite me?"

Riki raised an eyebrow, "You said you would be busy with Jake today, right?"

"Master should have invited us on vacation here too! We work hard for you master!"

Riki scratched the back of his neck, feeling guilty and awkward. But Riki had already asked Jake, Jean, Irene, and the others several times to take a vacation. However, their answer was that they didn't need one yet.

Riki felt confused.

"Do you want some instant noodles, Twaila?" asked Riki, hoping that it would distract the fairy. And sure enough, she immediately nodded enthusiastically.

"I want some!"

Then she turned into a larger figure and sat down on the chair next to Riki.

Riki took a cup of instant noodles, the same as his, brewed it with hot water, and asked Twaila to wait until it was ready.

"It's not that I don't allow them to take vacations, it's just that they always refuse my invitations."

"Then make a vacation plan for the whole office, Master! Or, divide them into two or three groups, so they can take turns going on vacation, and you pay for the accommodation. Because vacationing with coworkers is definitely fun. It would be even more fun if you paid for the vacations of married employees and their families. They would definitely like that."

After saying all that, Twaila happily ate her instant noodles. Meanwhile, Riki thought Twaila's idea was good too.

Riki grabbed his smartphone and called Jake.

However, even after calling several times, Jake didn't answer. So, Riki didn't feel suspicious; he just thought that Jake was probably still fast asleep.
