The throne wasn't in this room.
This was the lounge area, the place where they all hung out, argued, lazed around, and the like.
There were only demon-themed couches here. They had no unique properties other than their flair. Interestingly, none of the girls showed signs of not liking their new home.
Kaiden was worried the shift would be difficult, considering it was an extremely dramatic one - there wasn't even internet access here, and everything had abyss or demon themes.
But it seemed as though they were having a great time, at least for now. Kaiden hoped that the girls could get what made them even more comfortable from the outside world, but that would have to wait.
Anyhow. The actual Abyssal Lord's Throne sat in the main hall, deeper in the palace, raised on a dais like some dramatic endgame fight arena.
He pushed off the couch and started to stand. "Alright. I should get to the throne room and-"
A sharp chime cut through his skull.
[The Successor need not traverse his domain.]
[Ask, and I shall answer.]
Kaiden froze mid-step. "Huh?"
Before he could ask anything, the interface expanded on its own, flooding his sight with fresh lines of text.
[The Successor sought information regarding the Abyssal Lord's Throne.]
[Providing data…]
A black-and-blue window unfurled, crisp and game-like, the font carrying that clean look all his system messages shared.

Kaiden let out a slow exhale and smirked. "Who knew you could be so useful, system? You used to be so mute… Devouring this dungeon system or whatever has done you good."
He was ignored.
So… yes. This made one thing clear.
He wasn't just the dungeon owner.
He was the last boss.
Final bosses were always more powerful than their levels indicated. Bastet, for example, was only 2 levels higher than her royal guards, but the difficulty of her combat could not be compared, and she was alone while they faced two guards together.
Humanity had many theories about it, some saying the boss monsters were simply unique creations, while others thought they were higher forms of their natural counterparts, the other, more common monsters.
Perhaps the answer stood right before him. They had to be seated.
[That is not the case. Boss monsters don't need to be seated at combat start. Monsters are empowered by default, fueled by the universe itself. Dungeon Masters, however, are different.]
"I see… So wait, you can now answer my questions? I'm not on ignore mode?"
[The Demonic Pornstar System has been freed from its restraints regarding dungeon management, including the ability to share certain knowledge. That does not mean it can freely relay any information stored inside.]
"… Because the Heavenly Demon wants me to discover the answers myself?"
[Precisely. He believes that one must earn the right to acquire knowledge. Giving it to the Successor might help in the short term, but will impede his long-term growth because he will not know how to find answers on his own. Even the Heavenly Demon was a person of limited knowledge.]
Kaiden remained quiet for a short time, gathering his thoughts. Then, he nodded. "I understand."
[Observation of invaders within the dungeon is possible. Proceed?]
His eyebrows lifted. That was new.
Before he could ask how it worked, another prompt unfolded in clean lines.
[Full Sensory Projection: The Successor may view any location inside the domain through a direct system link. Establishing a thread requires intention. Connection can be held indefinitely.]
Kaiden's eyes sharpened with interest. He didn't try to hide it. "Full Sensory Projection, huh…? That was one of the benefits that came from you devouring my dungeon system, wasn't it?"
[Affirmative.]
A pull tugged at the back of his mind, almost like someone nudging him forward. He followed it.
Two views snapped into place.
One feed showed the first squad of twenty-five men and women, robed and masked, advancing through the left path. They were bogged down, an archer and a ranger doing their best to locate the traps.
The second squad moved through the right corridor with the same caution, though finding no traps. Their weapons raised and scanning every alcove.
He didn't even need to blink to switch between angles. The feedback was clean, crisp, and responsive.
"Girls," Kaiden called. "You need to see this."
He dropped onto the main couch between the two monster girls.
They happily obliged, giving him just enough space to sit between them. Calypso then slid in on his right without hesitation, completely violating his personal space. Bastet followed on his left with the same motions. Just like this, the two monster girls practically secured their man between them, locking him down with their own bodies.
Kaiden, of course, did not mind the needy gesture. He settled between them and let his arms drape over their shoulders, enjoying their closeness.
Their skin struck him every time.
Bastet's warm, sun-burnished tone.
Calypso's striking red, soft as heated velvet.
Different textures, different temperatures, equally addictive under his hands.
Both women leaned in, pleased at the attention. Bastet's tail brushed his lower back. Calypso's tail was doing the same, just on his front…
"Girls," Kaiden called while keeping one arm snug around each of them. "You need to see this."
The four humans gathered quickly.
Aria came around the couch, ponytail bouncing, but her gaze flicked immediately to Bastet draped against Kaiden's left side. A jealous twitch tightened her jaw.
Alice eased in from the other direction with arms folded, eyes narrowing at how comfortable Calypso looked leaning on Kaiden.
Seeing that he had something to show them, Bastet was the first to lean in. Nyx and the others shuffled closer.
Kaiden willed the projection outward instead of keeping it inside his head.
