Miracle Farmer with Special Abilities

Chapter 0360 Death Countdown _1

Zhang Bin, his two companions, and Xiao Jin knew with crystal clarity that this Mechanical Warrior was a war machine, terrifying to the extreme. They all grew incredibly tense.

Fearing an immediate attack, Zhang Bin put on a harmless smile and spoke in a friendly tone, "May I ask, what planet are you from? What brings you to our Earth?"

He was absolutely certain of one thing. Since this Cosmic Battleship had crashed on Earth many years ago, it must have an ability like Tutu's. It had surely mastered the languages of Earth.

His words were far from simple; they held a hidden edge. The implication was that this was their planet, so they naturally had the right to explore anywhere on it. The newcomers had no reason to attack them.

His words proved effective. The Mechanical Warrior, who had already raised his Giant Sword, now lowered it, merely bellowing angrily, "You ants dare to disturb my master's slumber! Unforgivable! Tell me, how do you wish to die?"

He spoke perfect Chinese, but his voice was chillingly cold and devoid of any emotion.

Evidently, this was truly a Mechanical Warrior, not some Extraterrestrial.

"Damn, the master of this Cosmic Battleship is a fellow countryman? This guy is incredible!" Ma Rufei murmured, his face a mask of shock.

"Could our country really have such an amazing person?" Chen Chaoyue was so stunned she almost went blank.

Zhang Bin, however, felt a chill creep into his heart. He knew with absolute certainty that this was a genuine extraterrestrial warship. For some unknown reason, it had crashed on Earth. A Cosmic Battleship capable of traversing the stars… he couldn't even begin to estimate how terrifying it must be. He knew how formidable the warships built by the Xuanwu Star People were, but their ships couldn't exceed the speed of light and would have great difficulty reaching Earth. They were clearly inferior to this one. The appearance of such a vessel could spell an epic disaster for the planet. The impact of an alien civilization could lead directly to Earth's destruction. Even more terrifying, this mechanical monster had called them ants. It clearly held them in contempt, showed no friendliness, and intended to kill them.

As these thoughts flashed through his mind, Zhang Bin spoke without being servile or overbearing, "This is our planet, our land. You are the ones who have disturbed the peace of us Earthlings, not the other way around."

The Mechanical Warrior sneered. "I don't care what this place is. All I know is that any place we Black Prison Star People go becomes ours. Therefore, this planet has belonged to us for three thousand years. You are merely slaves of the Black Prison Star People. Slaves who disturb their master's slumber can only be executed."

Zhang Bin, his two companions, and Xiao Jin stared back, their faces filled with anger and shock.

Now they understood. This Cosmic Battleship had crashed on Earth three thousand years ago. Frighteningly, it came from Black Prison Star, a planet whose intelligent beings were evil and highly aggressive. Fortunately, the Black Prison Star People aboard the ship were all dead; otherwise, the consequences would be unimaginable.

Even so, the three of them and the dragon were now in extreme danger.

"We disturbed you by accident! You can't be so unreasonable," Chen Chaoyue said angrily.

"That's right, we didn't do it on purpose. If you let us go, we promise to never come back and disturb you again," Ma Rufei quickly chimed in.

The excitement of treasure hunting had long since evaporated; now, they were simply struggling to save their lives.

"Slaves who disturb the master shall be killed without mercy. Commit suicide now. It will spare me the trouble. Otherwise, your deaths will be utterly miserable," the Mechanical Warrior said with a sinister smile.

Damn it! It's treating us like slaves and telling us to kill ourselves!

The group was filled with rage, each one steeling themselves for a desperate fight.

Nevertheless, Zhang Bin tried to probe further. "Can you let your master come out and speak with us? Perhaps your master doesn't necessarily want to kill us."

"Right! We're your master's only slaves, how can you just execute us?" Ma Rufei said shamelessly.

"If the slaves are dead, who will serve your master? Who will warm your master's bed?" Chen Chaoyue added, equally shameless.

To save their own lives, they probably would have been willing to offer up anything, including their dignity.

"Our master is slumbering and does not require your service. And since you disturbed the master's slumber, you must be executed," the mechanical monster stated irrationally. "You have one minute to commit suicide. If you do not, then I will have to take action."

As soon as he finished speaking, a countdown began to resound throughout the battleship, "60… 59… 58…"

Clearly, once the minute was up, the battleship would launch an attack and exterminate them.

Zhang Bin's blood ran cold. An overwhelming, suffocating aura of death washed over him from all directions. "Wait!" he cried out urgently. "How can we avoid being killed?"

"How can you avoid being killed?" The mechanical monster paused for a moment, then answered, "Simple. Only useful slaves are spared. If you are strong enough to defeat me, then I will spare your lives."

"Fine, I challenge you," Zhang Bin said quickly, as the countdown was still ringing out.

"An ant dares to challenge me?" the mechanical monster roared. He raised his hand, and the countdown stopped.

Zhang Bin and the others let out a collective, silent sigh of relief. They were drenched in sweat, feeling as if they had just passed through the Ghost Gate.

Only then did Zhang Bin have a moment to ask Tutu in his mind, "Tutu, how's the reconnaissance? Is this really a Cosmic Battleship? Is it advanced? Can we hack into its system?"

If I could take control of this Cosmic Battleship's system, it would be mine. What a wonderful thought!

"Master, this is indeed a very advanced Cosmic Battleship. Its materials have extremely powerful shielding properties, so I can't detect what's inside," Tutu said nervously. "However, it might be possible to hack into the AI core of this Mechanical Warrior. It's not a guaranteed success. If we fail, the Mechanical Warrior will likely order an attack, and we'll undoubtedly be doomed."

Hack it! We have to hack into this Mechanical Warrior and take control of it! Zhang Bin shouted excitedly in his mind. He knew with perfect clarity that something must have happened to the Cosmic Battleship; the Black Prison Star People were already dead. This Mechanical Warrior was now in charge. Controlling it meant controlling the entire ship!

"Then, Master, you must create a diversion for me," Tutu said, his voice still tense. "Fight him to buy me some time."
