Clan Cultivation: Starting from Beast Taming

Chapter 666: An Easy Kill

Such a mere Fourth-Grade Low-Level Monster Beast, how could it possibly be a match for Zhou Chun's incarnation.

He concealed his aura and approached the Thunder Dragon Crocodile's dwelling. When it sensed something was amiss and noticed his presence, it was already too late.

The One-Horned White Snake opened its mouth and silently spat out nine Formless Ice Needles, piercing through the Thunder Dragon Crocodile's eyes and heart, effortlessly inflicting heavy damage on this Fourth-Grade Low-Level Monster Beast.

Without even giving it the chance to self-destruct its Demon Core, the One-Horned White Snake ejected a stream of pure cold air, instantly freezing it into an ice sculpture.

After easily killing the Thunder Dragon Crocodile, the One-Horned White Snake retrieved the nine Formless Ice Needles and stored the Thunder Dragon Crocodile's carcass into its Storage Pouch.

Then its form suddenly expanded and morphed into a White-Scaled Giant Python, stretching dozens of meters long.

This giant python burst out from the Thunder Dragon Crocodile's lair, swiftly traversing half of Thunder-Lizard Island. It "casually" turned two reappearing Third Order Thunder Dragon Lizards on the island into ice sculptures and took their Demon Cores.

Afterward, it swaggered into Dragon Abyss Marsh and soon disappeared without a trace.

The Thunder Lizard Beasts and the remaining Thunder Dragon Lizard on the island could only tremble as they watched the giant python leave, not daring to make a sound.

To elaborate, the Thunder Lizard Beast tribe on the island had been unlucky since encountering Zhou Family Cultivators.

First, the Foundation Establishment Fruit tree, beneficial for the growth of their offspring, was stolen. Later, their leader was killed by Zhou Chun, who stole many beast eggs.

After painstakingly recuperating for over a hundred years and regaining some Essence Energy, their newly grown leader was killed by Zhou Chun again, truly an unfortunate turn of events!

On the other side, Zhou Chun's incarnation, the White-Scaled Giant Python, departed from Thunder-Lizard Island and immediately shrunk its form, becoming only several meters long, as it swam toward the shore without concealing its aura too much.

Due to the powerful aura of this incarnation, it was almost the strongest within the outer areas of Dragon Abyss Marsh, so its return was unchallenged.

On the way, a Fourth-Order Medium Fish Demon found his aura unfamiliar and dared to approach him in its territory to confront him, only to be instantly frozen by an icy breath, almost losing half its life.

Once it barely unleashed the Demon Core's power to break free from the ice, the Fish Demon swiftly fled without uttering a word, never daring to appear in his sight again.

Zhou Chun intended to portray the role of a powerful force across the marsh, so he naturally did not pursue the Fish Demon.

All the way, he charged recklessly, attacking any obstacles. Those who survived managed to evade his single strike; those who didn't left behind prominent clues for those tracking him.

So, as he neared the shore, he sensed the aura of a Fourth-Order High-Level Thunder Flood Dragon.

Over the past hundred years, the aura of this Fourth-Order High-Level Thunder Flood Dragon had also improved significantly, now reaching the stage of potentially inciting a Heavenly Thunder Tribulation.

However, unlike Baibai, it obviously lacked the confidence to attempt crossing the tribulation before full preparation.

Discovering this, Zhou Chun felt delighted rather than alarmed.

As long as the Thunder Flood Dragon had not exceeded a major realm in cultivation level, its advancement in cultivation would benefit him rather than harm him.

A quarter of an hour later, the furious Thunder Flood Dragon caught up with Zhou Chun's incarnation, the One-Horned White Snake.

Boom!

Accompanied by a thunderous roar, a massive silver lightning bolt descended from the sky, straight toward the One-Horned White Snake in the water.

The One-Horned White Snake, meanwhile, was enveloped in shimmering white ice light, instantaneously freezing the water into ice, forming layers of solid ice around its body to fend off the lightning strike.

After shattering several thick layers of ice, the silver lightning's power was exhausted and could no longer threaten the One-Horned White Snake inside.

Since the Thunder Flood Dragon had initiated the attack, it would not stop at just one strike.

Soon, a massive lightning pillar as thick as a barrel followed, giving the One-Horned White Snake no chance to catch its breath.

Unfortunately, the Thunder Flood Dragon didn't realize that its opponent was deeply familiar with the abilities of the Thunder Flood Dragon Clan, having already prepared various defenses long ago.

As the lightning pillar struck, the One-Horned White Snake instantly transformed its body into solid ice, encasing itself in a thick layer of ice.

Although the lightning pillar fragmented the large ice block with countless cracks, ultimately it fell short of ensuring complete success.

Having blocked the opponent's three-pronged attack, the One-Horned White Snake quickly retaliated by spitting out a white ice beam toward the Thunder Flood Dragon.

Naturally, this attack was easily dodged by the Thunder Flood Dragon's Thunder Escape Technique.

Taking advantage of the Thunder Flood Dragon dodging its attack, the One-Horned White Snake accelerated suddenly, transforming into a white streak shooting rapidly toward the nearby land.

Seeing this, the Thunder Flood Dragon could not let it go unchallenged and immediately employed its swifter Thunder Escape Technique to commence pursuit of the One-Horned White Snake.

The Flood Dragon and the snake, one in chase and one in flight, engaged in combat all the way, causing a considerable disturbance in the Wasteland Territory.

Yet, given the presence of a Fourth-Order High-Level Thunder Flood Dragon, any Fourth Order Magical Beast encountering this situation along the way quietly pretended not to see, having no intention to join the chaos.

These beasts of the Wasteland Territory, it must be said, are but vassals of the Flood Dragon Clan; if they encountered other beasts bullying a Flood Dragon, they might intervene immediately to help.
