Appearing before Leo Ray was an extremely distinctive and magnificent giant building.
The walls of the giant building were composed of sky-reaching trees standing closely together, each tree lush and thriving, yet independent of one another.
Upon close observation, every tree's abundant leaves and branches were distinctly visible, yet at a glance, the trees formed a singular entity, with a faint shadow in the overlapping parts.
"Lord, this is a special space folding technology."
Jasper Richardson's surprised voice quickly sounded in Leo Ray's ear, explaining, "These trees weren't originally standing in rows, but through space folding, the distances between them were shortened, ultimately forming the building's outline, creating this wondrous phenomenon."
"In other words, the foliage of these trees is within the barrier area, while the trunks are in real space? As expected of the Outer Region's forces, this is far more complex than the space folding of the Alchemy Tower."
Yonir's aged eyes were filled with wonder, nodding thoughtfully.
"Indeed, it's a magical palace."
Leo Ray's eyes also flashed with a touch of wonder, marveling aloud.
This tree palace resembled an ancient temple, with the trunks forming the walls, and the abundant branches and leaves forming the canopy, an astounding natural creation.
More precisely, this is a transformation of the original forest into a palace-type building through spatial magic, the effort involved is unimaginable, as space folding requires completion inch by inch.
"Your Majesty of the Humans, you overpraise us. Compared to other forces, we Treants have a considerable abundance of time, these are merely trivial tricks."
The leading old Shuert smiled faintly and continued to lead at the front of the group.
As the group got closer to the Treant Palace, Leo Ray further noticed.
At the palace entrance, there stood some guards almost integrated with the palace behind them.
These guards were not as tall as Shuert and others, only as tall as normal humans.
What surprised Leo Ray even more was that although the guards had human forms, their brown skin and armor also had a pronounced wooden texture, like intricately carved human-shaped tree sculptures.
"Your Majesty of the Humans, this is another form of the Treants."
Beside him, Konet tiptoed, leaning close to Leo Ray's ear, "Treants can switch between the tree form of the Forest Guards and the human form, adapting to various circumstances."
"It somewhat resembles the Snow Wolf Clan."
Leo Ray nodded slightly, continuing his observation.
Around the palace was also a vast, endless forest, but one could clearly see, at times large shadows loomed in the woods, evidently other tree forms of Treants were walking.
Thus it is clear that this indeed is the core area of the Treants.
Being incarnations of trees, not fearing wind or rain, Treants naturally do not need to establish residences, the forest itself is the common home of the Treants, and this magnificent palace is more of a symbol of power.
After all, from the introduction by the Administrator and Konet, it is known, Treants are also a highly intelligent race.
Though their power structure is not a monarchy, instead more primitive like a tribal system, for Treants who spend most of their time meditating and absorbing nutrients, a complex societal relationship is unneeded.
As Leo Ray thought of this, along with the emanating special energy waves, Shuert, who was leading ahead, along with other accompanying Treant Guards, transformed into human form.
Shuert was evidently a Magic System powerhouse, though his aged face remained unchanged, a special robe made of vines and leaves appeared on his body, holding a long wooden magic wand, exuding an ethereal aura.
Seeing this scene, Leo Ray pondered and nodded.
With the ability to self-transform armor and weapons, Treants do not require extra equipment, nor the need for refining magic medicine, hence there are no Blacksmiths, Magic Craftsmen, Alchemists, and need not worry about these occupations.
The majority of physical-type Treants only need to absorb nutrients in a prescribed manner, while the few who can use magic require more systematic cultivation and learning, to maximize their power.
As for the Treants' strength, they start from Tier 3 during the seedling phase, with some exceptionally gifted Treants reaching Tier 6, especially thriving in forested terrains.
"Additionally, Shuert mentioned earlier, the unique life force in this Vast Tree Ocean not only helps Treants restore vitality, heal injuries, but also significantly augments their power."
"In other words, in this Treant's home, ordinary forces indeed have difficulty defeating Treants, thus their pride is understandable."
"However, when faced with soaring Red Dragons, adept at wielding fierce flames, not only do these Red Dragons absolutely counter Treants in attributes, but their high-altitude flight also exceeds the attack range of most Treants, thus it is not surprising for Treants to suffer a crushing defeat in such a double disadvantage."
Leo Ray thought as he continued heading toward the Treant Palace.
From the currently known situation, it is evident that Treants are rather reliant on terrain, able to fully exert their power only in their home territory.
