Meanwhile, in a quiet corner of the bar there are several undercover police officers who were nursing their drinks and keeping a careful watch on the crowd.
"Officer Singh, according to our investigation these days the suspect typically operates around this time of night," one of the many officers reported quietly into his radio. "He uses some kind of drug to paralysed his victims."
They were talking about a criminal whom they they were tracking past two weeks, they had been tracking a dangerous individual who had been drugging people at various night clubs around the city.
Four separate incidents had been reported to the police, and the police department was taking the situation very seriously this time.
These officers had been conducting regular surveillance at the Queen Bar for several days, now they were hoping to catch this criminal in the act today due to clue given by their informant today.
"Keep your eyes open and stay alert," Officer Singh responded on the mic. "If any of you notice anything suspicious or unusual, report it to me immediately at once."
The officers continued their careful observation of the bar's guests, unaware that their evening was about to become much more eventful than they had anticipated.

Meanwhile on Alex's side:
"Huh?"
"What's going on with you two?
You both seem really awkward since I got back from the bathroom.
Why are not you talking to each other?"
Said Riya as she came from restroom to her seat and immediately picked up on the strange tension between Alex and Khushi.
The silence between them was so thick you could practically cut it with a knife, and both of them looked like they would rather be anywhere else in the world instead of together.
What exactly had happened while she was gone?
Khushi forced a bitter smile onto her face, trying to play off the situation as casually as possible. "What could we possibly do? We were just having a lovely conversation earlier, and now that you are back, we figured we should give it a rest."
Alex nodded with an innocent expression, though there was a hint of mischief in his eyes. "We definitely talked about a lot of different topics just now. Really had quite an enlightening exchange of ideas."
Khushi: "..."
Enlightening?
What was enlightening about completely ignoring her, and every single one of her attempts at seduction?
She was normally an incredibly confident and charismatic person!
She would never had trouble getting male attention before in her entire life!
If it wasn't for wanting to expose his true perverted nature, how could she have possibly acted so desperately just now?
The things she had done for Riya's sake were beyond embarrassing to say the least.
Khushi outwardly maintained her fake smile, but internally she was cursing Alex coming eighteen generations with every creative insult she could think of.
At this point, she had been so thoroughly defeated by Alex's complete immunity to her charms that she was genuinely starting to question her own attractiveness and appeal to opposite sex.
Because throughout their entire interaction, although Alex had shown absolutely zero interest in her as a woman but that's not all, he had not treated her like a normal person having a casual conversation either!
He had acted like she was some kind of medical patient who needed constant health care!
This made Khushi feel deeply frustrated and confused.
Looking back over the past twenty years of her life, she couldn't think of a single social situation where she had not been the center of attention.
Men always noticed her presence, they always tried to impress her, always competed for her interest first.
However, this Alex had shown absolutely no romantic or physical interest in her whatsoever!
It seems like Riya is beyond saving at this point.
Either this man is truly innocent which is very unlikely or this man is complete scumbag through and through.
This has been the most depressing evening of my entire life.
Khushi who was feeling completely devastated by her spectacular failures today, finally started to accept defeat and calm down.
But just as the three of them were settling back into their drinks and conversation, someone new entered the picture.
Not far from the bar area, a different kind of predator had set his sights on their seats, particularly focusing on the two attractive women sitting there.
At that moment, a guy with an expensive hairstyle with curls and dressed in coloured clothes approached their table.
He was wearing the kind of designer outfit that screamed "look at me look how much money I spent on this look," and his entire demeanor radiated smugness and overconfidence.
"Hey there, beautiful ladies," he said with a cocky grin, directing his attention primarily toward Riya and Khushi while barely acknowledging Alex's existence.
"I just lost a game of truth or dare with my buddies over there, and they dared me to buy a drink for the most attractive women in the bar tonight.
I did not even have to look around as it is obviously you two gorgeously dressed beautiful ladies.
Would you mind helping me out with this dare and letting me buy you both a round of deink?"
The guy's tone was incredibly smooth and practiced, like he had delivered this exact same line dozens of times before in various bars across the city.
Of course, the whole "truth or dare" story was clearly just a convenient excuse to approach attractive women.
It was probably the oldest pickup line in his book that playboys like to keep in their free time, refined through countless nights of bar-hopping and hitting on unsuspecting targets.
There is nothing wrong with that, every man should have some tricks under their sleeves to impress girls.
But what made this situation particularly bold and disrespectful was the fact that Riya had been obviously affectionate with Alex throughout the evening.
They were even holding onto his arm while they had been drinking and talking through out the night.
And this man had clearly observed their dynamic and noticed that Riya was there with her boyfriend.
Yet he was still making his move, completely ignoring Alex's presence and treating him like he was invisible or irrelevant.
It was obvious that this guy had no respect for their relationship and was essentially trying to steal Alex's girlfriend right in front of his face.
"Come on, just do me this one favor once," the guy in a stylish haircut said with a laugh extending a wine glass toward the women with practiced confidence that say it was his daily routine.
The truth was, he had been watching Khushi and Riya from the moment they had walked into the bar.
They had immediately caught his attention, and he had been planning how to approach them ever since.
These two were absolutely stunning in their in their one ways.
If he has to rank their beauty it must be a top-tier in his list, this kind of beauty was rare; even in high end places like this.
Whether you looked at their faces or at their figures, they are clearly one in a million material who stood out from everyone else in the entire bar.
As for Alex sitting right next to them?
He didn't consider him any kind of threat at all.
Earlier, he had watched how Alex had arrived at the bar on the public electric bike in his obvious security guard clothes.
And when he had seen Riya throw herself into this guy's arms, he had been completely shocked.
He couldn't understand how a mere security guard could get such a gorgeous woman to be so in love with him.
Why?
Such a beautiful woman, and yet I had never even gotten a chance to approach someone like that till now.
So what capabilities does this Alex had that she is throwing herself into the arms of someone who was obviously just working as a security guard?
Is she that easy to woo, if so than I think I can surely get a taste or two of her.
That's when he had decided to make his move.
This man happened to be the son of the Queen's bar owner.
Running a bar in the most exclusive commercial district took serious money and connections.
It wasn't the kind of business just anyone could afford to open everyday.
But unfortunately for him, he'd picked the wrong targets this time.
Both Riya and Khushi came from extremely wealthy families. Their fathers were billionaire tycoons with serious influence.
Not to mention our Alex.
He had tens of billions at his disposal, though nobody at the bar had any idea about his real financial status except Riya.
Khushi who was still furious from her earlier failures with Alex, so she had zero patience for dealing with this obnoxious guy.
Riya was equally annoyed too, frowningly she watched this stranger approach their table.
She could tell immediately that this guy had bad intentions. Even though she was obviously there with her boyfriend, he was still shamelessly pushing forward and trying to get them to drink with him.
You could tell just by looking at him that he wasn't a decent person.
