Urban Soldier Young Master

Chapter 70: Supreme VIP Room

"Young Master Chu, you're invited upstairs."

Facing Chu Ge's casual gaze, the lobby manager slightly bowed and made a "please" gesture with his body.

When the lobby manager addressed Chu Ge as "Young Master Chu," Ji Songtao and the others were once again deeply shaken. After all, the title "Young Master" isn't something just anyone can bear, especially when it's being used by the lobby manager of Roman Holiday. The weight of that recognition is significantly high.

In contrast to others' astonishment, Chu Ge felt utterly speechless. What is all this nonsense?

However, Chu Ge didn't bother to fuss over the title with the lobby manager and asked, "Which floor is our private room on? What's the room number?"

"Young Master Chu, your private room is in the Supreme VIP Room on the top floor. I'll take you up right away."

If the lobby manager's earlier "Young Master Chu" left everyone in disbelief, then when these words reached their ears, each person felt their legs weaken, and their hearts gave a series of sharp throbs.

Especially Ji Songtao, he felt like he must be dreaming, but this dream seemed unbelievably real, didn't it?

Perhaps others didn't know what the Supreme VIP Room signifies, they just knew it sounded impressive; however, he was a department head and socialized with others of similar status, and had been to Roman Holiday for engagements more than once or twice.

Yet, precisely because of this, he felt even more astonished.

After all, even he had never been to the Supreme VIP Room on the top floor. It's not that he didn't want to go, but because he couldn't afford it.

The place requires a minimum expense of 18,888; even if you did nothing, nearly 20,000 would be gone, not to mention the stupefyingly expensive drinks inside.

Those who can stroll in the Supreme VIP Room are invariably people of great wealth and high power, or rather, it's simply a symbol of status and position!

Ji Songtao never thought that he would ever have the chance to relax in the Supreme VIP Room of Roman Holiday, especially being accompanied by the lobby manager personally. How much more face could one get?

He feared that even if he told the whole world, no one would believe him, right?

Looking at Chu Ge before him, Ji Songtao swallowed hard. Although they were less than a meter apart, he felt an infinitely distant gap separating them.

From Shangpin Barbecue to Roman Holiday, Ji Songtao had never parted from Chu Ge; he had clearly seen Chu Ge several times express that he didn't know Young Master Jiang at all. Yet, even so, the lobby managers at both places exhibited such deferential attitudes; this was something worthy of his contemplation.

This Chu Ge... what on earth is his true identity?

With somewhat mechanical steps, Ji Songtao followed Chu Ge into the elevator and, for the first time, arrived at the top floor of Roman Holiday, standing at the entrance of a Supreme VIP private room.

As the lobby manager pushed open a gleaming gold door for Chu Ge, the scene inside the room instantly emanated a strong visual and sensory shock to everyone present.

Everyone finally understood why this room at Roman Holiday could be called a Supreme VIP Room.

On the ground lay a champagne-colored long-haired carpet embroidered with gold thread. Above was a crystal chandelier so elaborate that it was dizzying. Diagonally opposite the door was a grand aquarium, filled with ornamental fish of varied hues that they had never seen before.

In the corner on the right was a refined crystal bar counter, behind which stood a red-brown wine cabinet of an unknown material, filled with a dazzling array of drinks, gleaming with lavish hues under the warm lights.

Apart from what was in sight, there were several suites in the room, but from the entrance angle, they weren't visible yet.

However, just seeing such a scene gave everyone, including Ji Songtao, a surreal feeling, making their steps instinctively halt, as if worried about dirtying the obviously valuable long-haired carpet on the ground.

Conversely, Chu Ge, wearing the most inexpensive sandals among everyone, walked in nonchalantly, casually glanced around, then turned back to the lobby manager with a smile that seemed somewhat ingratiating. He remarked, "Not bad."

Just from Chu Ge's casual attitude, Ji Songtao and the others could only feel huge beads of sweat forming on their foreheads. Is this "not bad" to him? What kind of room could possibly catch Chu Ge's eye?

The lobby manager's heart also skipped a beat, secretly thinking, "Wow, people really can't be judged by their appearance, but this Young Master Chu's taste in clothes is also pretty unique, huh?"

"Young Master Chu, is there anything else you would like to order?"

"Has Young Master Jiang already paid for our expenses?"

"Yes, Young Master Chu, you can enjoy yourself today. Your happiness is our honor."

Chu Ge waved his hand casually, "Alright, I'll call if I need anything, you can go ahead and get busy."

"Oh, sure, Young Master Chu, feel free to enjoy, I'll have the fruit plate sent over to you right away." The lobby manager bowed slightly to Chu Ge and then turned to leave.

Looking back at the group still in a daze, Chu Ge smiled and waved, "Minister Ji? Feifei? We're in the right place, what are you still doing at the door?"

Ji Songtao hesitated for a moment before finally stepping into the room. The others exchanged glances, seemingly making a big decision, and gradually followed him in.

Even though no one wanted to appear inexperienced, once they entered the room, they couldn't help but look around in awe, their faces filled with amazement.

Aside from what they saw at the door, they quickly noticed that in this top-tier VIP room, there was a large-screen LCD TV, imported brand sound equipment, indoor golf, two billiard tables, various gaming devices, and even an oversized waterbed that could accommodate five or six people at the same time.

However, what surprised everyone the most wasn't these facilities, but the fact that in this enormous top-tier VIP room, Jiang Shao still hadn't shown up.

Although Chu Ge was quite curious about where that 'Young Master Jiang' had gone, he maintained a laid-back attitude and smiled at Ji Songtao, saying, "Minister Ji, shall we sing a song for now?"

"Sure, sure, Chu... Ge, it's up to you."

Ji Songtao was stunned for a few seconds before responding. He initially wanted to call him Brother Chu, but at that moment, he couldn't bring himself to say it. He subconsciously felt that it would be inappropriate to call Chu Ge like that.

As Chu Ge and the others turned on the sound equipment, in another private room, an anxious Liu Weijiang finally saw the lobby manager pushing the door open and walking in.

"How is it? Is Chu Ge satisfied with that private room? Does he have any other needs? Did he come alone, or did he bring someone? How many people in total?"

As soon as the lobby manager entered, Liu Weijiang jumped up from the sofa and started asking a barrage of questions.

"Young Master Jiang, Young Master Chu said it's not bad. He brought some people with him, more girls than boys, about ten people in total." The lobby manager hurriedly responded respectfully.

Upon hearing this, Liu Weijiang's eyebrows furrowed tightly. He tapped his forehead and muttered to himself, "Not bad? So, he's not very satisfied?"

Muttering to himself, Liu Weijiang suddenly looked up again, "What else did he say?"

"He also asked me if you, Young Master Jiang, had paid for him."

"What did you say?" Liu Weijiang nervously asked again.

"I said you had already paid. As long as Young Master Chu enjoys his time here, it would be our honor. If there's anything he needs, just give us a call anytime."

Liu Weijiang let out a deep breath and nodded, "Well said. Remember to have the best fruits, flown in from overseas, sent to them. Also, bring over a few packs of Huanghelou 1916 cigarettes. Basically, treat them like royalty, and if anything goes wrong, don't blame me for turning against you."

Initially, the lobby manager thought he was paying enough attention to Chu Ge, but after hearing Liu Weijiang's words, he realized he had underestimated Chu Ge's significance to Liu Weijiang. He quickly nodded like a pecking hen.

"Rest assured, Young Master Jiang, I understand what you mean."

Liu Weijiang frowned again, deliberating but unable to think of anything else to instruct, he waved his hand irritably, "Alright, you can leave now."

After the lobby manager left the room, Liu Weijiang sat on the sofa, pinching his temples for a while. The usual comfort of the leather sofa instead made him feel like he was on pins and needles, so he paced around the room again, looking like an ant on a hot pan. With every step he took, anxiety and unease filled his heart.

He had considered welcoming Chu Ge personally at the entrance of Roman Holiday, but after much thought, he found it hard to bring himself to do so.

After all, he was, at least, the son of the director of the City Industrial and Commerce Bureau. In Lidu City, especially in a place like Roman Holiday, too many people knew him.

If he really waited at the entrance of Roman Holiday and someone saw him, asking, "What are you doing here?", he felt he wouldn't know how to answer.

But now, after hearing the lobby manager's words, he somewhat regretted not doing so, feeling a sense of indescribable anxiety.

After all, he hadn't seen Chu Ge's expressions in person and couldn't judge from those three words 'not bad' whether Chu Ge was satisfied or not.

What frustrated him even more was that Chu Ge evidently still didn't know that all of this was specially arranged by him!

After wandering around the room for who knows how many laps, until he felt dizzy, Liu Weijiang finally sat back down on the sofa and smoked several cigarettes in a row. The more he smoked, the more he felt a headache, the more tangled he became, wondering whether he should go to Chu Ge's top-tier VIP room and formally apologize in person.
