"No big deal, just some minor injuries; no need to worry. But what's with you—TSK—you only call when you need something, so why are you calling me today? I heard from your instructor that you went to Yiling, right? Out with it, what trouble have you gotten yourself into this time? You'd better brace yourself so you don't get so shocked you fall flat on your face." Prompted by Liu Yi, Zhang Beixing remembered the purpose of his call and said cheerfully.

Liu Yi scoffed, "Fall flat on my face? You really underestimate my composure and mental fortitude, kid... OUCH, OUCH, OUCH! Gentle, sis-in-law, please! Anyway, Zhang Beixing, keep talking. How has your Martial Arts Training been going? Don't tell me that in just these ten short days, you've actually cultivated the Astral Wind my brother told you about recently?"

Knowing Zhang Beixing, and given his terrifying speed in Martial Arts Training, he might have actually done it. Never mind that even his own brother, Liu Pan, took several years to cultivate the Astral Wind. It's not like others are different; didn't it take him, Liu Yi, seven or eight years to master Hidden Force? And what happened? That brat Zhang Beixing surpassed him in just half a month! Hearing Liu Yi's voice turn noticeably more serious, Zhang Beixing couldn't help but straighten his posture. Holding the phone, he declared with a resonant voice, "The crucial part is that I, Zhang Beixing, have mastered releasing Vital Energy today! And I used that Vital Energy to subdue a tiger! I have now stepped into the Grandmaster Realm of Transforming Force!"

As soon as Zhang Beixing said this, the other end of the line went silent. Liu Yi was completely dumbfounded. Wait a minute, what was all that? Releasing Vital Energy, a tiger, and a Grandmaster?

"What in the world are you talking about, kid?" Liu Yi asked, utterly bewildered. "Why does it sound so jumbled?" He felt like Zhang Beixing's words were making his head spin.

Releasing Vital Energy and becoming a Grandmaster—those he could understand. After all, the two were connected. The key to becoming a Grandmaster was mastering the release of Vital Energy and proficiency in both internal and external martial arts styles. But a tiger? How on earth did a tiger get dragged into this? It seemed completely unrelated, not even by a long shot!

Hearing this, Zhang Beixing patiently explained, "What's so jumbled about it? I'm just telling you the literal truth. After I mastered releasing Vital Energy, I encountered a tiger that had been attracted by my Tiger Leopard Thunder Sound. It tried to attack me, so I subdued it with a couple of slaps using Transforming Force. If you don't believe me, I can get it to roar for you a couple of times."

Saying this, Zhang Beixing patted the cage and called out to the tiger inside, "Hey, stop playing dead! Give us a couple of roars!"

The tiger was utterly bewildered and filled with terror. As a wild beast, it couldn't understand Zhang Beixing's words. But seeing Zhang Beixing's hand patting the cage, it knew this two-legged creature was terrifying.
