Urban's Fury: The War Dragon God

Chapter 1030: Robbing Their Own Bank

Wang Qian got into a car, and the driver took Wang Qian directly to a nightclub.

"Mr. Qian."

A person in charge of the nightclub hurriedly nodded and bowed when he saw Wang Qian. This Mr. Qian was as much of a big shot as their own boss, Mr. Xing, one of the four major figures of the money house, renowned and illustrious.

"Your boss, Mr. Xing, should have called you."

"Yes, Mr. Qian, Mr. Xing called. The money is ready, but why did you come personally, Mr. Qian? Couldn't someone else have come?"

"Cut the crap and take me to see it."

"Yes, Mr. Qian."

The person in charge had no doubts upon seeing Wang Qian and led him to a private room in the nightclub. Then, he walked to a wall, activated a mechanism, and the wall moved to reveal a door.

"Please, Mr. Qian."

The person in charge turned aside and gestured invitingly. Wang Qian unceremoniously stepped through the door, which led to a corridor. At the end of the corridor, the person swiped a card, and an elevator opened.

They took the elevator directly to the underground.

The nightclub's underground surprisingly concealed another world—a casino unfolded as the elevator doors opened.

There were quite a few people inside the casino. Just from their attire, it was clear that those who came here to enjoy themselves were wealthy, and the bunny girls and maids mingling with guests were all sexy and beautiful.

Where there's a casino, there's bound to be a money house. After all, a casino is a money pit, and there will always be those who lose everything and want to borrow money.

Furthermore, the casino itself was an asset under Wang Xing's name, and funds within the casino were stored in one place.

They came to an office inside the casino.

"Where's the money?"

"In the vault, Mr. Qian, just a moment, I'll get it now," said the person in charge to Wang Qian.

"Hmm, you two go help carry it. A few billion in cash isn't light."

Wang Qian sat on a sofa, waving two subordinates to follow. The person in charge didn't question it, considering them insiders.

Without much thought, they walked into the inner office, opened a hidden door inside the office, revealing a safe vault.

The person in charge took out a key, entered a password, and opened the vault door.

Of course, this vault couldn't be compared to a bank's, but it was quite large—at least twenty square meters—and the shelves along the four walls were stacked with bundles of cash.

"Move this entire side out."

Five billion approximately covered one wall. One billion was roughly 1.15 tons, so five billion was more than six tons.

Carrying all this money would require immense effort if done alone.

Fortunately, there were hand trucks outside, and even cardboard boxes specifically for transporting money, with each box able to hold about five million.

Immediately, the group began moving, loading, and even transporting it out.

Luckily, a freight elevator designed near the regular elevator could go directly to the parking lot above, making transportation easy.

After about half an hour.

The person in charge approached Wang Qian: "Mr. Qian, per Mr. Xing's instructions, take five billion from here. Could you write a note for me, so I can reconcile with Mr. Xing later?"

"How much is left in the vault?"

"Uh, about six to seven billion."

Before the person in charge could answer, a burly man nearby spoke up.

"Pack everything."

"Mr. Qian, Mr. Xing only instructed to take five billion. The remaining money is still needed for the casino's business, all can't be taken."

Wang Qian looked up at the person in charge: "You're so verbose. When I say pack, just pack. No more nonsense."

"Mr. Qian, I must report to Mr. Xing...!"

The cellphone of the person in charge hadn't been taken out yet when a bodyguard standing behind him knocked him out with a karate chop, leaving others in the room from the casino dumbfounded.

What's going on?

Before they could understand, the people who had been helping move the money turned on them and knocked them out.

"Pack up all the money in the vault, not a penny less, hurry."

Wang Qian brought seven or eight people, quickly boxing and moving the money. Fortunately, no one doubted it, and everything proceeded methodically.

"Mr. Qian, there's a total of twelve billion seven hundred million, plus some mortgaged real estate, stocks, luxury watches, and so on."

"Take everything."

"Yes!"

These were bodyguards trained by Bai He. Though wealth stirred desires, they knew this money wasn't easy to take, so they could only swallow their saliva as they transferred the huge wealth.

Another half-hour passed.

"Mr. Qian, it's all transported to the garage, loaded into two container trucks."

Wang Qian responded with a hum and rose from the sofa: "Now that it's all moved, let's go." Wang Qian left with his men, leaving the knocked-out person in charge and casino thugs in the office.

Wang Qian left in his car, and outside, it was already dusk, the night descending on Huacheng.

Ding dong, ding dong.

Once out of the underground, Wang Qian's phone immediately chimed with message notifications. He opened them, and they were all messages indicating task completion.

Wang Qian sent a direct instruction for the money to be sent away, then made another call to Li Feng.

"Feng, it's been done. Wang Xing's vault has been almost cleaned out, and the villas Wang Xing privately kept outside have also been emptied. There's about one hundred twenty-three billion in cash and some other valuables, presumably worth tens of billions more."

"Though this isn't all Wang Xing's assets, it should be around sixty or seventy percent. The rest is probably out in loans and may not be recoverable in the short term."

Wang Qian said.

"Alright, what about those outsiders?"

Li Feng asked.

"It's about dark now, so they're probably about to make a move too."

Wang Qian estimated.

As he spoke, Wang Qian's gaze swept past the window, immediately telling the driver: "Pull over to the side."

The car stopped nearby.

Wang Qian turned to look outside. He saw seven or eight business-type vans suddenly appear outside the nightclub. As soon as the doors opened, some burly men rushed into the nightclub.

"Feng, the other side seems to have started acting."

"You should come back first."

Li Feng ended the call.

"Where's the manager?"

"The manager seems to have gone to the casino."

"Quickly contact the casino, someone is causing trouble, hurry."

In the casino office, a subordinate pushed open the door and saw the nightclub person in charge knocked out on the floor.

"Manager, manager, wake up."

The manager slowly regained consciousness, holding the back of his head, still a bit dazed, but once he realized, he suddenly jumped up, turned around, and ran into the room behind. Upon seeing the vault nearly emptied, his eyelids twitched.

"Finished."

He was a bit bewildered; why would Mr. Qian "loot" their own vault? Weren't the four major money houses supposed to be united?

"Manager, someone's causing trouble upstairs at the nightclub, our people can't hold them back."

Hearing this, the manager gritted his teeth, wondering what exactly was happening.

"Leave this place first."

There's no cellphone signal in the casino. Just as the manager led people to leave, the elevator connecting the nightclub and casino suddenly opened with a ding.

A large group of Ge Family's world experts poured into the casino.

Leng Feng followed them into the casino, scanning his eyes around, the corners of his mouth curling into a sneer: "Smash it for me."
