[Voco's Mansion.]
"It is good to have you, Mr. Xanor." Voco said with a slimy smile, sitting opposite Sunny across a massive mahogany desk. The mansion was gaudy, smelling faintly of perfume and stale ambition.
"I don't like wasting my time," Sunny said, his expression serious, projecting the air of an impatient, astronomically wealthy man. "I bought a planet, and I needed both helpers and slaves... I want to know if you have more, especially those rare beauties I saw."
'Bought a planet?! He is truly wealthy! I caught a big client today,' Voco thought greedily, his eyes gleaming. He quickly nodded:
"Of course! I know all the houses where you can find slaves, from small-scale operations to interstellar rings. Just tell them Voco sent you." He brought out a thin, encrypted data-scroll and smirked at Sunny.
"You know how this goes, right? Information isn't free." he asked, expecting a negotiation.
Sunny snapped his fingers. A heavy, leather suitcase filled with glittering Galaxy Crystals instantly materialized on the table between them, overflowing with wealth.
"Ten million Galaxy Crystals, just for the directions. I don't have time for a drawn-out negotiation," Sunny said flatly.
"Hahaha!! I like you!" Voco roared, tossing the data-scroll to Sunny. He grabbed the suitcase and buried his face in the glittering crystals, inhaling their scent. "I am so rich."
Sunny unrolled the data-scroll. It contained an extensive list of all the major slave traders' base locations, their known routes, and all the planets under their control within this sector:
'This fool will do anything for money. And in his greed, he has just handed me the key to dismantle a galactic trafficking network,' Sunny thought with cold satisfaction.
He folded the scroll and looked up at Voco. "Mr. Voco. That grand prize of yours—the Elf, Ericka—is very stubborn and irritating." His tone suddenly dropped several degrees, becoming icy.
Voco looked up in surprise. "What happened, Mr. Xanor? Did she refuse to cooperate?" he asked with a slight frown.
"Yes. She said she will only let me touch her if I have her little brother. She claims you know where he is. So, I want to acquire the boy as well."
Voco's practiced smile flickered, replaced by a momentary flash of fear and calculation. Sunny instantly registered the hint of terror.
"Mr. Voco," Sunny continued, leaning in. "I always value my peace of mind, so I will give you ten billion Galaxy Crystals if you simply tell me where the boy is. You don't have to trouble yourself with getting him."
"Ten billion for just that kid?" Voco was speechless. He fixed his suspicious gaze on Sunny. "Do you perhaps know that girl?"
"If I knew her, you would be dead by now," Sunny answered back, the truth cutting deep.
Voco slowly nodded, accepting the brutal logic. 'With those Mercenaries, I would indeed be dead by now.' He stared at Sunny for a moment, then sighed.
"Sorry, I can't tell you that. There are some things that I can't even get myself entangled with. Money can't fix that problem," he admitted, a surprising layer of fear showing through.
"Really?" Sunny smirked. "What about I increase it to one hundred billion Galaxy Crystals, and you will have them both." He gestured to the door.
Two stunning women—Star and Jinx—walked inside, both disguised in long, flowing white dresses that emphasized their beauty and allure.
"Wow... A Dragoness and an Elf," Voco whispered, slowly standing up, his eyes devouring their forms. He swallowed hard, his lust overriding his caution.
"Wow, Sir... I have never spent the night with a Dragoness and elf together. I didn't know you have such beauties with you!" Voco exclaimed, staring at the two, who stopped silently behind Sunny.
"What do you say? One hundred billion, and these two. They're both skilled in countless styles and positions," Sunny sneered, fully embracing the role of the depraved owner. "You have ten seconds to decide."
"Yes. Yes! I accept!!" Voco shouted, his hands itching to touch the women.
"Calm down, Mr. Voco... Information first," Sunny said, staring him down.
"Yes. Yes... Just promise me no one will ever know I told you this," Voco pleaded, sweat beading on his brow.
"Don't worry, no one will know what happened here. Not even your name will be mentioned," Sunny nodded.
Voco, momentarily satisfied, pulled a comm-device from his pocket, switched it on, and after some rapid tapping, stretched it to Sunny.
"That's the coordinate. The one who has the kid is known as Viper. He is a hidden master in the God Rank himself," Voco explained, betraying his powerful associate for quick pleasure.
Sunny took the device, noted the coordinate, and stored the information in his Cosmic Brain. "Okay... But why is this Viper after a mere kid?"
"That kid seems to have a powerful Bloodline... a very rare one. And Viper plans to drain it out of him for his own cultivation," Voco explained the grim reality of the high-tier black market.
"What type of bloodline?" Sunny asked, a deep frown finally crossing his features.
"That I don't know... Now, can I have—" Voco gestured frantically toward the two ladies.
"It's all yours." Sunny threw a black card—loaded with the colossal sum—at him, which Voco eagerly caught.
"Take very good care of him, girls. Don't fail me."
Sunny stood up, turned, and walked toward the door, leaving the three behind.
"Hehehe! Come on, girls! Let's have some fun," Voco purred, rubbing his hands together. He walked toward the two ladies, who stood utterly still, radiating a cold, deadly aura he was too blind to see.
"Let's have a fun night." He lunged toward them with lustful eyes and wide-open arms.
BAM!!!
A sudden, overwhelming force—a blast of compressed energy—struck him instantly, throwing him violently across the room. Voco smashed into the solid stone wall, collapsing to the floor. He vomited a mouthful of blood, staring up at the two women in utter disbelief.
"What just happened?" he asked in a daze, the pain finally cutting through his lust.
