He Became A Monstrous Genius After Obtaining A Time Dilation Artifact

Chapter 374. The end of Samaron

"It's time."

Kailen's eyes glinted with calm ruthlessness.

If anyone close to him had been here, they'd realize he was about to do something extremely horrifying to someone who had crossed him.

After the society wars, Kailen had relaxed for a full three days.

He didn't do anything.

He just stayed inside… and relaxed.

He had spent most of the time painting.

He painted pictures of his friends, himself and Arrie, of beautiful landscapes and the like.

Finally… Kailen felt like it was time to resume his schedule.

He had to take care of the unnecessary enemies bugging him… and he was gonna start with Samaron.

Kailen observed Samaron through the eyes of the shadow hound that had been observing him.

Samaron had finally managed to find Arrie's spaceship headed for the Tian Xu Empire by making use of the intelligent networks of the dark web.

Samaron floated in outer space , clad in a depot blue battlesuit .

His gaze drifted towards Arrie Hall's spaceship , then he muttered with malicious intent.

"Kailen Darkhaven… it's time to give you a taste of your own medicine."

Little did Samaron know… that as he was headed towards Arrie's spaceship, there were extremely powerful individuals — four rank 7 beginner stage galactic level lifeforms — one each sent by the Long Hai Training Hall, the Alchemy Association, the Runesmith Association, and the Atrexia Conglomerate… guarding Arrie.

In fact, each of Kailen's loved ones were being guarded by four rank 7 beginner stage galactic level lifeforms from these powerhouses.

In fact, Kailen was aware of this joint arrangement by these powerhouses.

Turns out… he had underestimated his value as a Black Flask.

For these powerhouses to do this for his sake… meant they greatly valued him — and anyone connected to him.

Also, the protection levels of Earth were greatly enhanced by these powerhouses backing Kailen Darkhaven.

The powerhouses had anticipated that some clan or power Kailen had probably offended by killing their progeny in the society wars would probably attack Earth for some sort of revenge — and had done this as a prophylactic for them.

Anyway… as for the Rune Smith Association and the Alchemy Association, the high-end resources they'd decided to send to the earthlings to aid their cultivation… and the runesmiths and alchemists they had decided to send to Earth to train alchemists and runesmiths from amongst the earthlings, after Kailen participated in the Inter Empire Secondary Carrier Alliance Conference… had already been initiated.

Old Ha and Rin, the secretary of the Runesmith Association of the Empire, had assured Kailen that this was an act of sincerity by the two associations — to thank Kailen in advance for participating and winning the conference for them.

Kailen was initially shocked that these powerhouses had acted so decisively after finding out he was a Black Flask.

What was supposed to be initiated after he participated in, and won the conference for the Alchemy and Runesmith Associations of the Empire, had been initiated in advance because of his identity as a Black Flask.

He thought that he should have revealed his identity as a Black Flask earlier.

But it was all good.

It seemed he had to take part in the conference then.

Of course, his sole reason now was to sincerely secure better resources for the earthlings and to fulfill his end of the deal with the Alchemy and Runesmith Associations — as his additional reason for participating, because he wanted the attention of the royal family, had been shunned.

He was technically the enemy of the crown prince… and ultimately, the royal family now.

Anyway… Kailen observed as Samaron approached Arrie's spaceship.

The powerhouses guarding Arrie — who was currently seated in a meditative posture in the spaceship — remained calm, silently observing from the shadows.

They had received an order from Kailen — not to attack Samaron.

They were, however, curious about how the young monster would deal with the fool.

One of the powerhouses whispered to the other through thought transmission,

"I'm really curious about how he will handle this fellow."

The others nodded equally.

They knew firsthand how the young monster handled those that crossed him.

It was obvious that this Samaron would have an extremely bitter end today.

Samaron smiled wickedly, on seeing Arrie Hall with eyes closed, completely unguarded in the spaceship.

Just when he was about to draw closer to the spaceship and activate the self-detonation mechanism… he saw his daughter and his son standing in front of him.

They both had tears and blood in their eyes at that moment.

They started pointing their hands at him — accusing him of not being a responsible father… of watching them die such stupid and pitiful deaths.

"You want to kill yourself and make it easy for yourself after letting us go through all that pain and suffering?! Coward!" his daughter screamed.

"Do you think life can be that easy for you?! We are the ones who will kill you — stupid, timid, irresponsible old pile of shit!"

"No… no… no… forgive me,… I… I wanted to be reunited with you in the afterlife… I wanted to be gladly reunited with you after I take revenge for you… this is why I want to kill someone dear to Kailen Darkhaven!"

"Did Kailen Darkhaven kill me?!" his son bellowed.

"Was it not my mother that used me like a tool — which led to my death?!"

His daughter screamed, "So why are you going after Kailen Darkhaven?! Why are you not going after our mother?! Why are you leaving her to Kailen Darkhaven — when you should be the one to kill her?! For being such a cowardly pile of shit… you have to die by our hands!"

Samaron was going crazy at this point.

He held his head, rushing his hands through his hair in an extremely deranged manner.

Tears of frustration… confusion… despair… started streaming across his cheeks.

The powerhouses guarding Arrie didn't see anything else — apart from Samaron talking to himself and acting like a crazy maniac, with tears streaming down his face.

It was as if he had become some mad person.

"No… no… no… please… I can make it up to you… please give me a chance…"

Samaron muttered this nonsense to himself from time to time.

The powerhouses were shocked — observing the whole thing with curiosity on their faces.

As for Samaron… all he saw was his daughter and son shooting toward him like some sort of phantoms — with cold, hateful looks on their faces.

Their expressions broke him more than anything.

Samaron was too emotionally unstable to realize that his children were probably some sort of illusion.

The moment his son and daughter made contact with him… they reappeared right before him again.

However… Samaron suddenly felt extreme pain erupt from his innermost being.

Before he could do anything about the pain… his form started to shrivel.

He started growing extremely lean — the pain intensifying to unbearable heights.

In just a second… as he observed his children staring at him and laughing at him maniacally with coldness… he had turned into some sort of shriveled, dried-up person.

However… right before his vision faded and he died… the forms of his children shifted into someone else.

Smooth dark hair. Pale white skin.

A maniacal grin.

Calm… ruthless eyes.

Kailen Darkhaven.

Then… it hit him—
