Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1251: Massacre (1)

Kent appeared behind the Root Immortal, a broad smile playing on his lips. Like he said, killing the 24 forsaken beings will be a pleasure.

His hatred for them is just too much that whenever a forsaken being dies, he feels some sense of accomplishment.

So with his soul map allowing him to teleport, he appeared behind the forsaken immortal without even disturbing the air. Even then, the world had no time to register his movement.

The only thing it captured was the aftermath of the devastating attack he had planned.

His claws gleam coldly, then they descend.

SHRRRKKK

A clean, merciless slice carved through the Root Immortal's spine. The poor loser didn't even scream or have the luxury of knowing what went wrong.

His upper body slid forward, lower half collapsing backwards. There was no resistance whatsoever. In an instant, he had a complete body; the next, he was cut in two.

Both halves hit the ground with wet thuds.

Even though he is a forsaken being and not a dragon, the fact that his body was severed in half so easily was just too shocking.

Immortals are meant to be fast and extremely strong in defence. However, Kent's speed was just too fast, and his attack was just too damaging.

"Like cutting a tofu."

A shockwave of silence rippled through the battlefield.

Only then did the others process what had happened.

Kent grinned, a mocking smile painting his face as he met the gaze of the second. His left claw moved and grabbed the second forsaken Root Immortal by the neck.

"Ssshhhhh, don't fight it. It will be over before you know."

The third forsaken immortal was on the move, attempting to stop Kent from choking the life out of his friend.

Even if the concept of friendship isn't something the forsaken race is capable of, the idea that a fellow forsaken being is about to have his neck snapped sure wasn't something he would accept.

They are fighting the same dragon after all.

So he lunged forward, spear trembling with condensed forsaken qi. He knew snapping the neck of a Root Immortal wasn't something that could be achieved easily—at least, by his standards.

So even for a second, he lunged forward to stop Kent. His movements were sharp, desperate, fueled by the sudden realisation that Kent was not prey—they were.

He had just killed one of them. Even if they aren't to the standards of Root Immortals in the Immortal Worlds, they are still Immortals. They have Immortal Platforms with their Immortal Cores hanging on them within their soul.

It is a clear sign that someone with the capabilities of splitting such an Immortal in half is no easy cookie to take for granted.

But Kent didn't even bother turning. Despite the danger aimed at his life, his smile lingered, and his hold on the forsaken Root Immortal remained firm.

Still gripping the second Immortal by the throat, he tightened his claws just slightly. Then, as if he didn't mean to, he heard a sound.

CRACK.

The neck snapped like brittle wood. The light vanished from the Root Immortal's eyes before he even realised he was dead. Kent dropped the limp corpse at his feet like discarded trash.

"Tch. Weak."

[Maybe the master should consider the fact that he is too strong for his own good.]

'I only used 20,000 Blood Runes (seals) out of the 50,600. That shouldn't be enough to snap his neck like a twig. I mean, he is an immortal...he should have at least suffered first'

[That would have been the case if the master were still a human. The master is now a dragon, and as such, his physical strength has already reached a much higher level.]

'I guess you have a point, Tower. But in any case, are Immortals supposed to be this weak?'

[These aren't exactly Immortals. They are yet to form their Immortal Qi. But even without that, they lack the vital essence in the air needed to harness their ability truly.

However, they are also way stronger than Death stage warriors. So the master should be proud of himself.]

Kent grin.

The third Immortal was nearly upon him now, spear inches from Kent's side. His eyes are bloodshot, and while still pale since all forsaken beings are naturally pale, his complexion has become even more pale, showing he meant to kill Kent.

But the Chaos Dragon is not about to stand idle and let him have his way.

The third forsaken Root Immortal stabbed forward with his spear. However, Kent lifted his right leg and stomped hard on the ground, causing it to shake violently.

It felt like a giant was the one who stomped on the ground.

A shockwave of glacial force erupted from beneath him, freezing space itself for an instant. The spear froze mid-air, its tip encased in a thick layer of jagged blue ice.

The Root Immortal gasped as frost crawled up his arms.

He tried to harness more energy to break free. However, no matter how hard he tried, Kent's ice seemed never to want to loosen its grip on him.

"Don't rush your death. Allow the coldness to seep into your body. Allow it to marinate your bones," Kent said, stepping forward.

His figure vanished again.

A heartbeat later, he appeared with murder in his eyes.

SHNNNNK.

His claw pierced through the third Immortal's chest from behind, the icy talons jutting out through bone and flesh. Because of the ice, no blood came out.

A whimper escaped the man's mouth as he looked down at the claw protruding from his sternum.

"Impossible…" he choked, blood freezing before it could spill from his mouth.

Kent leaned closer, whispering into his ear.

"Nothing is impossible, bastard."

He ripped his hand free, letting go of the body as it fell.

The body fell like a puppet whose strings had been cut.

Before the corpse hit the ground, Kent's eyes lifted to the sky where the fourth and fifth Root Immortals hovered, trembling in fury.

However, he had no time to focus on them since the thousands of dragons that he had scared with his dragon roar finally recovered and attacked in their numbers.

Kent had no idea why these flame dragons chose to side with the forsaken race. Dragons are prideful and arrogant. And from what he knew of them—since he himself is a dragon—the last thing they would want is bowing to another race.

They would never do that.

The only time a dragon bows is to another dragon.

So this peculiar occurrence is one he never saw coming. However, the fact that they picked an empty planet to lay out their ambush told him the dragons had no plans on backing down.

They are fully committed to the forsaken race.

So killing them is also justified. But even if it doesn't, the fact that they attacked him shows they meant business. So he responded accordingly.

The sky darkened under the shadows of thousands of dragons taking flight, their wings blotting out what little light remained. A deafening chorus of roars erupted, shaking the planet as a whole.

"I gaze upon the stars and see scums of society flying toward their death," Kent's claws shine brighter, coldness sipping out from them.
