It appeared right in front of the frightened Julian and Jock. It was drooling, and then, it lowered its head to look straight at Julian.

Julian's face was pale.

He imagined himself getting devoured by the massive wolf and then dying horribly in its stomach acid.

At that moment, the massive wolf's face looked happy. It lay flat on its stomach and licked Julian with its massive tongue.
