My soul world had been destroyed and remade so many times, that it seemed kind of pointless to try to grow things, but I did find that I could grow them faster in my world. Alchemic ingredients that might take years to grow could be done in weeks as long as I dedicated a little bit of energy to it. The ability to move life energy throughout the soul world was something I was underutilizing for certain.

I wasn't worried about the soul world though. My focus was on Terra instead. She wasn't saying anything and her face gave no expression, but the way her shoulders were slouched seemed to exude the feeling of giving up. Terra looked up at me reluctantly. "Master, I'm not like Lydia, or Miki… or any of them."

"I know that," I responded, feeling a bit confused.
