I decided to visit someone that I hadn't been able to see for a long time the next day.

I didn't get to see her yesterday because apparently she had gone home for the last few days to visit her own family.

Instead of waiting for her to come back, I went over to the palace to find her instead.

The maid led me to the tea room and I found the person in question sitting at the tea table with tea and sweets already laid out in front of her.

Right now she was being served by another maid who was pouring her tea so she didn't see me immediately when I came in.

She smiled at the maid serenely, "Thank you, Aria. The tea you make for me is as delicious as always."

Just by looking at her you could see the grace, purity and dignity that you might expect to see from someone of noble birth. Even the way she lifted the cup to her lips to take a sip looked incredibly graceful and I'm sure if Minnera was here, she would have also wanted to paint a scene of this as well.

She has already grown to become a fine woman in the short time I have left the capital it seems.

Aria noticed me and a smile graced her face.

She moved towards the door and took a moment to bow in greeting before continuing the rest of the way to the door where the other maid that had guided me here was waiting.

Both of them left the room together, leaving me alone with the person in question.

When the door closed behind me, the room's occupant finally noticed me smiling at her from the entrance of the room.

In an instant, her demeanour suddenly changed and she dropped her cup back into its saucer to leap up to her feet to rush towards me.

"Waaahhh!! You came, Big Sister!!!" Tiara squealed, looking like a little girl who saw her favourite sister after a long time.

There was no sign of the previous dignified princess that I saw earlier, the princess rubbing her face in my bosoms while making happy noises.

"Wheee~ Wheee~~ Big Sister! Big Sister!! I missed you!! Ehehehe~" She giggled.

I couldn't help but pat her head, making her squeal cutely even more.

"It has been quite a while hasn't it, Princess Tiara?"

She looked up and puffed her cheeks at me cutely, "Mouuuu… Why are you being so formal, Big Sister? Didn't we already agree that you don't need to be formal with me?"

I giggled, "Ehehe~ Then I won't hold back here, Tiara! Tickle tickle~"

I started tickling the princess's sides, making her laugh out loud and squirm cutely.

"Ahahahaha! Big Sister! Ahahaha! Ehehehe! That tickles!! Ahahaha!"

So cute~

I let her go after a while and she looked up at me before stretching out her arms, "Big Sister? Carry?"

Awww~ 'Little' Tiara wants to be carried?

I picked her up in my arms and the princess giggled as I carried her over to the table.

At first I wanted to lower her back into her seat but she immediately hugged me even tighter and let out a squeal, "Noooo! I don't wanna!"

I blinked at her, "Eh? You want me to carry you the entire time?"

"Mouuu… I wanna sit on Big Sister's lap…"

Right.

I took a seat in the chair that she vacated and let her sit on my lap, the princess kicking her legs happily when she settled herself on my lap.

I then turned my attention to the table to see what she was having for tea and I found a variety of cakes, cookies and other sweets laid out with the tea set beside them.

Though it was quite obvious that there were way more cookies as compared to all the other sweets for a good reason.

I turned back to Tiara, "Are you still eating cookies while I'm not around, Tiara?"

She suddenly returned back to her serious persona again when she answered me, "Mmm… When Big Sister isn't here… I don't feel like eating them either… I do eat a few since the chefs already made them for me and it would be wasteful just to leave them untouched."

I then picked up one of the cookies of the table and brought it over to her mouth, "Do you still want this then?"

Her persona instantly switched again, "Waaaaa!! Me want, Big Sister!! Nom~"

I let her take a bite out of the cookie before letting her grab it from me so that she could start nibbling on it like a cute hamster.

Ahhhh~ She's so cute~ I wanna cuddle her so much~

I also took one cookie for myself and started munching on it alongside Tiara.

Mmmmm!! It's so good!! So crunchy, so sweet, so yummy!!

Both Tiara and I then started enjoying the sweets that were on the table and sometimes I would feed her and sometimes she would feed me.

Of course, I made sure that I was feeding her the cookies since those were the ones that she really wanted while she would feed me the cakes and puddings that were leftover.

Soon enough, the entire table was wiped clean of any sweets and we laid back to let out a sigh of content.

"Ahhhh~ I wuv you Big Sister~" Tiara giggled.

"Ehehe~ I love you too, Tiara~"

She let out a sigh of content before she nestled herself against my shoulder, snuggling herself closer to get more comfortable.

"Big Sister smells nice~" She sighed contentedly.

I didn't get to answer her before she actually started sniffing me and then pulled back to give me a serious look.

"You had sex before you came here, didn't you, Aster?"

I blinked at her, "I should be surprised that you could tell but… I think it's expected at this point, right? I mean… You know what it's like back at my home and I had been away from here for a long time already."

She smiled, once again reverting back to her mature persona despite the fact that she was still seated on my lap.

"Fufu~ I suppose I do. How is your journey so far?"

"We just reached the city of Emmeflero but I'm not sure if you are aware about the problem that is happening there?"

She blinked at me, shifting her weight slightly to sit more comfortably on my lap, "There's something happening there? I'm afraid I'm not aware of it…"

I waved my hand, "It's no big deal. There's just some people who were trying to destroy the Tree of Life and we tracked down the mastermind to a group of wealthy individuals that are living here."

Tiara sighed, "Let me guess… They wanted to remove the protections that the Tree of Life has so that they can have illegal slavers catch more Trasif slaves for them?"

I'm not surprised that she already figured out because it's easy to forget that this girl actually lived through multiple lives in multiple different parallel realities so she actually has a lot more experience than she looks.

I would even bet that in one of the lives she lived through, they actually succeeded in draining the Tree of Life and she got to witness the fallout of it.

I nodded, "That's right. We're here to round the masterminds up to make sure they can't do it again."

The Comissar who was the one trying to drain the divinity from the Tree of Life was still at large but I wasn't really worried about him since he has already lost all his support.

Additionally, our maid network was also keeping an eye on him so if he does try it again, we'll be there to deal with him.

The only reason why we weren't hunting him down was because of the fact that he was a Comissar and I don't really know how the god he serves will react if we killed him.

Maybe they wouldn't care, maybe they would and I wasn't going to take that risk.

True, I could always just ask the other gods for help but I would want to solve this myself if I could.

Tiara hummed, "Hmmm~ I assume that they are participating in the event that Father will be hosting in the palace in a few days time? That would make the most sense for you to go ahead and get them all in just one day."

"That is the plan, yes."

"Oh! Doesn't that mean you would be staying here until that event, Aster?"

"Of course."

"Does that mean… We can have more tea parties together?"

"Why else do you think I'm here?"

Unexpectedly, she suddenly got a little bit shy and I wondered what was wrong until she looked up at me and licked her lips.

"Big Sister? Umm… I'm still a little bit hungry and I want something sweet…"

"Oh, I do have some cookies left in--"

She placed a finger on my lips and I noticed her look was one of sultriness, not innocence.

"I want some honey, Big Sister…"
