I returned home with Tiara who was hanging on my arm and looking especially pleased with herself after I finished banging her, her mother and her father in that tea room for the entire day.

All of them wanted me to stay the night but I told them I couldn't do that since I still had my own harem to please tonight and they were definitely starving for attention since I haven't given them any love for at least a day by now.

I caught the faint trace of a smile appearing on Katsuki's face as she bowed one more time, "Welcome home, Mistress."

I turned to blink at her, "Eh? How did you know?"

I waited until Katsuki straightened herself before walking over to her to pull her close to me, surprising my cute Inugami maid.

As she opened her mouth to ask what was wrong, I leaned in and gave her a kiss on the lips, enjoying the taste of her tongue thoroughly before letting go.

My maid stared at me blankly but her tail was wagging so fast behind her that I could feel a gust of wind being blown around her.

The first thing I did after coming home was to take another bath before I joined the rest of my family for dinner.

I did the usual thing where I would take out the dragon egg that I had been carrying and start pouring my mana into it while I had my hands free so Mother noticed that immediately. Not that hard to notice considering I was seated on her lap so it literally appeared in front of her.

"Ara, ara? My little one still has the egg? Has it not hatched yet?" She asked, looking at the egg I was holding with interest.

I shook my head, "I have been pouring my mana into it religiously every day but… It hasn't shown any signs of hatching yet. At least there's some visible changes to it though. The number of stars floating on the egg's surface seemed to have increased."

"Ufufufu~ How interesting~ Mama can't wait for this little one to hatch~"

"What does Mama think it will hatch into?"

"Ara, ara? Who knows? But Mama knows that it will be my little one's child~ Isn't that just the cutest thing?"

I'm not too sure about that… But the fact that I have already put so much mana into the egg and it still showed no signs of hatching feels a little worrying for me.

Just what kind of being was this that it needed so much mana to even hatch?

The only good thing was that this exercise every night where I drained all my mana to fuel one single egg helped me in raising my mana capacity and my magic training greatly. Especially since I could only do the summoning of a new Shadow Guard every night before I go to bed.

As for the egg… I could also do it while travelling around so it was honestly pretty convenient.

I then looked up at Mother, "Oh right, Mommy, what is the event that the King will be organising about? Do I need a new dress as well?"

Mother giggled, "Ufufuf~ There's no need to worry, my little one~ Mama still has more than enough dresses for you to wear for any event~ As for what the event is… It's an annual event held by the Royal Family for the nobles and the influential people to mingle and form connections~"

I made a face at Mother, "In other words… It's just some exclusive party for the rich and important people, isn't it?"

"Ufufufu~ That assessment isn't wrong~ But it is quite important for people looking to form connections for their businesses and their family, my little one~"

"I assume we also attend it? I don't remember going to such a party though?"

Ah… In other words, my presence there would make it more difficult for Mother to conduct her business there so it was better that I stayed out of it. Got it.

As though reading my mind, Mother patted me on the head, "Ara? Don't ever think that Mama will think my little one is a burden, my sweetest child~ It's only because the people there are not the sort of company I would like to get close to my most precious, most beloved child~ Mama fears that if there was some idiot who dared to overstep their bounds during that event, Mama wouldn't be able to hold back and destroy the entire palace~"

Right… If it was anyone else telling me this, I would have seen it as a bad excuse.

But since this was Mother that we're talking about… I could definitely see that happening…

"In that case… Is it really alright for me to attend that event then?" I asked aloud, peeking at Tiara's direction.

Tiara tilted her head at me, "I already told Father about it, Aster. She said that you have her full support in dealing with this."

I blinked at her, "When did you even ask him about it? Didn't I just tell you about our plan for this today?"

"Ah… I suppose you were busy ploughing Mother on the couch when Father and I were taking a break from being fucked by you. That's when she asked if you had told me your plans for coming back to the capital and I told her what you told me. Should I not have?"

"Ah, that was actually really helpful for me, Tiara. Thank you~"

Lisa suddenly let out a gasp and stood up from her seat, "Aster!! You're telling me you have been going around showering people with your love and we weren't even invited?!"

I grimaced, already expecting such a reaction from my girls but I didn't get to explain to her as Mother hugged me to her chest while giving Lisa a coy look.

"Ara, ara? What's this? Does my little one's lovers think they own my cutest child now? Ufufufu~ All of you should remember that my little one does not belong to anyone here and you are the ones that belong to her~ Is that clear?"

I was a little surprised by Mother's words as she actually said that with a little force in her voice, indicating that she was actually being serious.

I cleared my throat, "Ahem… Mother… Please don't intimidate my lovers like that."

"Ara? Ufufufu~ Mother has to remind your little harem who is in charge after all~"

I smiled at her, "There's no need, Mommy. I am the one who will remind them of that. Lisa… You will be punished tonight, understood?"

My Infrid lover practically went weak at the knees and would have collapsed if she hadn't been leaning on the table for support.
