"So, are you still going to address me as your father now, Bing'er?" Ling Yun teased.

Feng Bing'er was momentarily stunned. Even though she had regained her past memories, she still remembered her new memories after her rebirth. "Haha! I find it funny and weird remembering that! I can't remember anything before, and you were there when I hatched, so I've considered you my father for over two decades. Since I've regained my past memories, I won't call you that anymore, and I will always address you as my husband, just like in the past."

"Haha." Ling Yun laughed softly in response. "Qiu'er will probably be disappointed after learning this, especially since you've always addressed her as your big sister for over two decades."

Feng Bing'er smiled bitterly upon hearing that. "It's okay, I'll talk to Qiu'er later; I'm sure she'll understand the situation."

"Okay." Ling Yun agreed with that. "Qiu'er is all grown up and mature now, so I'm sure she'll understand your changes. She might be disappointed for a while, but she'll definitely be able to accept everything."

"Big Sis." Feng Bing'er looked at Feng Yujie, who approached them with her dress already messy. "Big Sis, I missed you so much."

"Yujie." Feng Bing'er glanced at Ling Yun, who carefully sat her on his lap, facing Feng Yujie. "I missed you too, Yujie."

Regardless of the circumstances, Feng Yujie hugged her big sister tightly, as if she feared losing her again. She truly missed the person Feng Bing'er used to be, and joyful tears flowed down from her eyes. "Big Sis, I was terrified of losing you back then."

Although Feng Bing'er had been back for more than two decades, she was no different from another person before, as she couldn't recall all of their memories. However, she was different now because she had regained her past memories.

"It's okay, I'm back now." Feng Bing'er let out a soft sigh and hugged Feng Yujie back. "My death was unexpected because we always thought the target of the three prophecies was Xiao Xiao, but it turned out I was the one who died to fulfill them. Even so, everything is back to normal now, and we will never be apart again."

Upon hearing that, Feng Yujie hugged Feng Bing'er tighter. "Please don't ever leave me again, Big Sis."

Feng Bing'er released her embrace from Feng Yujie, pushed her back a little, and rubbed her face and tears. "Don't worry, I will never leave you again. Moreover, my husband has promised to protect me better, and I believe he will never break his promise."

"Naturally, I will never break my promise, and I will protect you forever, Bing'er." Ling Yun spoke while kissing Feng Bing'er's nape.

"I believe in you, husband." Feng Bing'er swiftly pulled the cloth around her little sister's waist, causing Feng Yuejie's messy dress to fall to the floor and expose her naked body.

Feng Yujie covered her private parts with her hands, but she realized it was too late because Ling Yun had already seen everything from the start. "Big Sis, I—"

"Gaoxin is dead, Yujie." Feng Yujie's face turned sad after Feng Bing'er mentioned her husband. "If only he hadn't protected Feng Tian's egg and handed it over to my husband directly at that time, he and the other phoenixes would have never died, and the two of you would have been together again. I know he will return after being reborn, and he might regain his old memories after recultivating like me."

Feng Yujie's heart ached every time she recalled the events of that day. She didn't even have a chance to say goodbye to her husband because Feng Ling'er knocked her unconscious at that time, and she was already in the Sky Cloud Realm when she opened her eyes again.

Since that day, Feng Yujie never stopped thinking about her husband, and she considered going to the Mysterious Tower to see Feng Gaoxin's egg, but no one was willing to help her go there, including her daughter, Feng Ling'er.

Feng Yujie felt even more miserable after Ling Yun decided to bring them to the Supreme Realm, especially since the distance between the two realms was simply too far. With her cultivation, she couldn't even go to the Mysterious Tower by herself, let alone go to another realm that was so far away. Back then, Feng Ling'er gave her the choice to forget her and Feng Bing'er or forget Feng Gaoxin, which put her in a dilemma.

Although she always missed Feng Gaoxin and wanted to be with him, they had been separated for more than a thousand years before their reunion in the Mysterious Tower. On the other hand, Feng Ling'er and Feng Bing'er have always been by her side during all that time. After much consideration, she decided to go with them, as she would rather not separate from her big sister and daughter.

Even so, Feng Yujie harbored hopes of meeting Feng Gaoxin once again, and she wanted to live with him like before he disappeared in the past.

"Yujie, I understand your feelings, but you must forget Gaoxin." Feng Bing'er pulled and grabbed Feng Yujie's hand. "Feng Gaoxin and Feng Tian were once our husbands, but they chose to leave us for their personal ambitions rather than the well-being of our family. They abandoned us when we were still pregnant with Ruxue and Ling'er, and we had to raise them ourselves. So, why do you keep thinking about the man who abandoned you for the sake of his ambitions?"

"Big Sis." Feng Yujie clenched her fists without being able to refute Feng Bing'er because all her words were true.

"Look at us now." Feng Bing'er looked at the closed window. "We're in the Supreme Realm now, and the flow of time in this residence is ten times faster than in the outside world, which causes us to age rapidly. If I'm not mistaken, almost three years have passed since we left the Upper Realm, but I doubt Feng Gaoxin has hatched from his egg yet. After all, my egg took a long time to hatch, even though the qi in the Supreme Realm is much stronger than in the Upper Realm."

Feng Yujie nodded at her. "Your egg took more than eight years to hatch."

"That's right." Feng Bing'er looked at her sister again. "Feng Gaoxin's egg is in the upper realms now, and he will need a much longer time for it to hatch.
