The four plants were staying in Kael's subspace. The divine grain had also been added. Now the whole of Kael's subspace is 8 times fertile than before. But funnily, Kael being Kael, he was able to steal more than 50,000 tonnes of the grain. The grain is not different to a fertile loamy soil physically so people don't recognise it. Only with a high spiritual energy can one recognise it. Now, his subspace is more than 30 times fertile. Now, rare plants and minerals can be produced. Only a core is remaining.
So far the journey out of sector 4 have been smooth, apart from picking rare plants and minerals, the rest was boring. But the whole of origin zone had been lively. Different people had been making names for themselves. Even Auden had been fearsome. Auden and his group had been looking for Kael since they heard he was in the zone.
As he stepped out of sector 4 into 3, the pressure of gravity here was increased several times that he was a bit strained, and he was ambushed by 5 people, four men and a woman.....the people wanting to catch Kael, Auden's group.
"Haish, here we go." Kael sighed. "You little boy, you came to ambush me again."
"Yes I did. You are not from this universe are you?"
"Nah."
Kael was looking at a clean stone skinned guy. He was feeling a kind of extreme hatred towards.
The stone guy suddenly asked Kael. "You are a speedling?"
"I see, you are an earth angel." Kael said as if he discovered something.
An angel is some who cultivated light energy and was able to cultivate angelic soul. Depending of the power of element the person is wielding, that will be the prefix i.e, an angel with earth powers, will be earth angel. He will be able to use both light and earth energy.
"Leave this guy to me." The stone skinned guy said. "I will make him drop his weapons and treasures he have."
"Nope, that's not good. It's not good to covet other people things." Kael responded.
Auden shut him up. "Shut up, you imposter. You came to our galaxy to use our treasures and even cause troubles in our domain."
The one always in red spoke. "Hand over your treasures and your spirit shard weapon and we will grant you a quick painless death."
"Haish, greed his real. So with my fight with James, you came to know 'bout my X-shard. If that's the case, angel, let's fight." Kael said calmly.
The only girl among the group telepathically spoke to her group. "How can he be so calm? It's dangerous to fight this guy. We should fight him all together."
The last guy responded. "Once he is getting an upper hand against Grey, we attack."
As Grey, the earth angel, walked forward, a sword shone and manifested on his hand. This sword, is befitting an angel. The sword was beautiful carved, with an angel wings at the hilt.
"Let's begin." Grey, said to Kael. Kael tilted his head and smiled, then disappeared. Appearing before grey, he struck out a punch, but angels are known to be as fast as speedlings. He blocked the punch with his sword and attacked at the same time with the sword. This little exchange caused a shockwave that did not affect not even a little grass in sector 3.
To make up for the increased gravity, a mechanical white suit with angelic wings covered grey, so his speed could not be too strained. With that suit, his combat power increased a notch. He attacked Kael but Kael dodged it. His X-shards flew out each of them attacking Grey alongside with his own punches but Grey was able to block everything.
Grey's wings flared, scattering motes of golden light as he pushed forward. Kael slid back, boots grinding small grooves into the dense earth of Sector 3. The increased gravity prevented him from reaching his usual absurd speed, but the pressure also sharpened his focus. Every muscle felt heavier, but every reaction felt clearer.
Grey swung the angelic sword in a smooth arc. Kael's X-shards intercepted, clashing with a ringing tone — but instead of breaking, the sword released a burst of earth-light resonance that pushed the shards back.
Kael blinked.
"So your sword can talk back. Cute."
Grey didn't respond. He stomped the ground, and it erupted like a living beast — jagged pillars of stone shooting up toward Kael's ribs, spine, and throat. Kael twisted, flickering sideways with a burst of yellow lightning, but the gravity fought him, forcing him down a fraction of a second slower than usual.
That fraction of a second was enough.
Grey appeared beside him, wings crackling with light-energy, and slashed.
Kael blocked with an arm coated in speedforce, but the impact sent him tumbling across the ground. He skidded to a stop, dust swirling.
Auden's group jolted in shock.
"He pushed Kael back—? Grey, don't get cocky," Auden warned.
Grey shot forward again.
Kael grinned.
"You hit hard. Good. Let me hit back."
He vanished — then reappeared behind Grey, then in front, then to the left, then the right. Four afterimages solidified, all of them punching simultaneously. Grey blocked the first, parried the second, absorbed the third with a burst of earth armor—
—but the fourth hit his chestplate dead-on, sending cracks of golden light across it.
Grey staggered back half a step.
"You're… not simple," Grey muttered, steadying his breathing.
Kael cracked his neck.
"And you're not hollow. For an angel, you actually fight."
Grey raised his sword. "Then stop holding back."
The ground trembled.
Kael's smile sharpened, speedforce dancing around him like hungry lightning.
"Alright. Let's see whose element screams louder."
Both moved at the same time.
Kael's fist blurred with yellow arcs, Grey's sword roared with two elements — the grounded weight of earth and the blinding purity of light. Each collision detonated with a compressed thud, shockwaves bound tightly by the natural laws of Sector 3.
Kael kneed Grey in the stomach.
Grey elbowed Kael in the jaw.
Kael's shard stabbed from behind—
Grey flared his wings, deflecting it with a spiral of holy force.
They flew apart, landing several meters away, chests rising and falling in perfect synchrony.
Auden whispered to his group, nervous now,
"They're too evenly matched…"
The girl added,
"Grey's armor is cracking… but Kael's energy output is unstable under this gravity."
The last man nodded.
"If either slips for a moment, we strike."
But neither slipped.
Grey lifted his sword once more, eyes glowing with twin energies. "Next exchange decides who kneels."
Kael smirked.
"I don't kneel."
They vanished again.
Their next collision ripped a crater into the ground so deep that glowing magma could be glimpsed far, far below — yet not a single blade of grass outside the crater bent.
Sector 3's laws held strong.
Inside that crater, Kael and Grey pushed against each other — fist to sword — both smiling, both bleeding, both refusing to move even an inch back.
Equal.
Perfectly equal.
Balanced on the knife-edge of victory.
Grey's wings flared open, the metal feathers rearranging themselves like shifting plates. Symbolic runes lit up on the hilt of his angelblade, and his eyes turned into a deep golden glow.
"Earth-Lit Covenant: First Sermon." Grey's voice boomed, layered with spiritual resonance.
The ground beneath them rippled. Sector 3's reinforced earth hardened into a celestial-grade mineral, forming pillars that shot upward like jet-black obelisks. Each one locked onto Kael's position with terrifying precision.
Kael skidded backward, speedforce crackling around him like a violent storm.
He smirked. "Not bad. Okay, angel boy… let's see something real."
He slammed his heel into the ground—
BOOM!
Voidstream and speedforce fused, swirling around him like a black-and-yellow tornado.
"Speedforce Technique: Mirror-Breaker Steps."
Kael vanished.
No afterimage. No blur.
Just… gone.
Grey's blade twisted mid-air, reacting on its own. The angelic suit's halo rotated fast enough to distort space, granting him perception almost parallel to Kael's.
Grey whispered, "Found you."
He slashed.
Kael reappeared behind him, fist cocked—
Grey pivoted, meeting the punch with his blade point.
Shockwave!
Both slid backward, boots carving trenches in the hardened ground.
Grey raised a hand.
"Earth Domain: Gravity Sanctum."
A dome of shimmering brown-gold energy expanded outward.
Kael felt it immediately—
Gravity x50. Then x100. Then x300.
His knees folded slightly. Even his speedforce sputtered.
Kael clicked his tongue. "You angels cheat too much."
Grey smirked. "You're the one who stole from our galaxy."
The gravity surged again.
Kael's X-shards trembled in mid-air like they were being welded in place.
"Kneel." Grey commanded, voice thick with angelic authority.
Kael looked up with glowing yellow eyes.
"No."
Speedforce detonated outward, blowing cracks through the Gravity Sanctum.
Then Kael whispered a phrase he rarely used:
"Velocity Art: Quantum Sever."
The world stilled for a heartbeat.
The next moment—
Grey's entire domain split like paper.
The gravity vanished.
Even the air seemed sliced.
Grey's eyes widened. "What—?!"
Kael shot forward, knee smashing Grey's chestplate, denting the supposedly divine armor.
Grey was blasted through three mineral pillars, crashing into a shallow crater.
Auden and the others trembled.
"That… that move broke an angel domain…"
The girl swallowed hard.
"We attack him the moment Grey signals. Anything else is suicide."
Grey rose slowly.
Cracks ran down his armor…
Then healed.
He wiped the corner of his lip.
"Very well. You want skills? I'll give you skills."
The angelblade floated into the air.
His wings expanded until they pierced the clouds.
"Earth Elemental Sermon — Second Seal: Terra Incarnate."
The ground trembled like a waking god.
A humanoid colossus of pure celestial earth formed behind Grey, mirroring every movement he made.
Kael grinned like a devil.
"Ohhh… now we're talking."
He flicked his fingers.
All eight of his X-shards vibrated, aligning around him like a rotating star.
"X-Array: Starfall Assault."
The X-shards shot toward Grey from eight directions—just as the Terra Incarnate swung its gigantic arm, shattering the incoming shards into wild ricochets.
Grey charged at the same time.
Kael met him head-on.
Punch.
Slash.
Kick.
Shockw
ave.
Kael's speedforce cracked boulders into dust.
Grey's angelic-light-infused earth techniques turned the air into molten sparks.
Every collision made Sector 3 tremble.
Neither gained ground.
Neither slowed.
Neither backed down.
Both were smiling now—
Two monsters finally having fun.
Auden's group stared in horror.
"This… this isn't a fight between geniuses…"
The girl whispered, hand trembling.
"This is a fight between things that shouldn't exist."
