Transmigration After Becoming Love Saint

Chapter 124: Whose Figure is in His Eyes?_4

The mysterious person muttered to himself.

When Wang Mu awoke, he felt refreshed and clear-headed; only then did he realize he had mastered the Divine Skill.

Several days later, Wang Mu's Cultivation Technique became even more exquisite, and the poisonous creatures in the dungeon had dissipated completely.

During these few days, You Ruhua learned through casual conversation that the mysterious person was a renowned hero from Shu City, Hongwu Tyrant Fist. He had infiltrated the Qi Prince Mansion to investigate the plague but was unfortunately discovered and thrown into the dungeon. Daily, he suffered from a poison that consumed his heart. As a result, his power had dramatically weakened, his meridians were shattered, and he had become a cripple.

After learning this, You Ruhua proposed a deal: she would help the mysterious person escape if he taught Wang Mu his supreme Martial Arts.

"I've heard that the Overlord Fist of Hongwu Tyrant Fist is an extremely powerful, peerless Martial Art," You Ruhua said respectfully. "Senior, how about this: I help you escape, and in return, you teach my Brother Mu this Martial Art?"

"If you can save me from here..." The mysterious person was startled, speaking in a hoarse voice. "There's no need to wait. I will teach him this Martial Art and my Divine Breath Skill right now, provided he can learn it."

Hearing this, You Ruhua immediately smiled.

Thus, the mysterious person began teaching him the secrets and mental method of the Overlord Fist, as well as the Divine Breath Skill, personally guiding him.

Several more days passed, and Wang Mu mastered another such Martial Art—one that was supremely yang and unyieldingly firm.

Every day, when the Qi Prince Mansion sent people to inspect the dungeon, You Ruhua would use her power to make many poisonous creatures crawl over both their bodies. This served as a disguise to deceive the inspectors.

Two months later, Wang Mu had achieved small success with his Divine Skill. During an inspection, he killed the spy sent by the Qi Prince Mansion. Then, taking the mysterious person with him, he broke out of the dungeon.

On their way, they encountered several experts from the Qi Prince Mansion. Wang Mu defeated them with his Divine Skill. With You Ruhua's help, they then foiled the various dark conspiracies and schemes of the mansion.

After that, Wang Mu and You Ruhua traveled together for half a year.

Until one day.

"Brother Mu, I... have something urgent at home; I might need to go back for a while," You Ruhua said, her expression gloomy.

"Is it important? Then I will go with you!" Wang Mu said.

"No... it's not that important. You have other matters to attend to now; you don't need to go with me..." You Ruhua thought for a moment, then said, "Wait for a while. After I've tended to my family affairs, I'll come find you!"

Wang Mu nodded.

At that moment, You Ruhua bit her lip softly. As if struck by a thought, she said, "Brother Mu, if I can't come back..."

"Then I will come to find you," Wang Mu said without hesitation.

"Hee hee... you promised, alright!" You Ruhua's eyes curved like crescent moons, full of joy. "But my home is very difficult to reach. Are you sure you want to come?"

"Of course!" Wang Mu declared firmly.

"Alright then. If I don't return by the agreed-upon time, you come find me!" You Ruhua whispered the address in Wang Mu's ear.

"Brother Mu, do you think I look unattractive this way?" You Ruhua suddenly lowered her head, gazing at her toes.

"Not at all," Wang Mu said, reminiscing about their journey. "You are kind-hearted and astute. In my eyes, you are the most beautiful and intelligent woman."

A blush crept onto You Ruhua's face, and she glanced at Wang Mu with a mix of feigned annoyance and shyness. "Brother Mu, I didn't realize you knew how to say such sweet things..." You Ruhua pursed her lips into a smile, then suddenly tiptoed and pecked Wang Mu on the face. "Then you absolutely must come when the time comes!"

"I'll be waiting. And when that time comes, I'll let you see my true face..."

With that said, You Ruhua departed with light, quick steps, vanishing from Wang Mu's sight.

"Hmph..." In a certain space, a woman watched this scene, her face warming slightly. "You're rather quick to agree now," she muttered. "Whether you've lost your memory or it's reincarnation, every step is still the same as before... What more do you have to say? I'm eager to see how this ends... to see what you'll have to say for yourself then..."

The scenes in the Rebirth Mirror continued to shift, though they grew slightly blurry. One could only see the man experiencing various tribulations; it also seemed he had become acquainted with several other women.

This sight made the woman gnash her teeth. "It's during these few years when I'm not by your side that you go flirting and sowing your wild oats!" she seethed. "And to think I pined and yearned for you day and night within the Sacred Land, never forgetting for a moment..."

Perhaps it was because there wasn't much karma between them in those years, so the images of the Three-Life Illusion Realm within the Rebirth Mirror were somewhat vague. Even so, she could still infer a few things...

The woman clenched her fists, wishing she could charge into the scene right then and slay Wang Mu with her own hands!

"I'm so angry!"

The woman struck out at the empty air.

Years later, a scene appeared in the Rebirth Mirror.

"An earthquake?" Wang Mu wondered, startled, as he looked at the great mountain before him.

He was currently on his way to the Wa Clan Sacred Land.

This was a legendary place.

After extensive investigation, all clues had led him to this place.

Furthermore, upon arriving, Wang Mu realized this was the exact place You Ruhua had told him about.

"Miss You didn't meet me at the agreed-upon time. I wonder if something happened to her... In that case, I'm coming to find you!" Wang Mu declared, looking at the distant mountain.

The Wa Clan Sacred Land lay deeply hidden within Immortal Mountain, filled with countless miasmas, formations, poisonous insects, and toxic plants.

Ordinary people would die from the external dangers long before even reaching the entrance.

Wielding the Heavenly Poison Scripture, Wang Mu braved the dangers and made his way into the Sacred Land. This alarmed countless members of the Wa Clan.

He then battled numerous powerful Wa Clan warriors.

Deep within the Sacred Land, inside a lavish, flower-adorned wooden hut:

"Sister Biyou, it's terrible! Someone has broken in!"

"This is the first time an outsider has ever entered our Wa Clan Sacred Land!"

A little girl dressed in peculiar attire burst into the wooden hut, shouting at the top of her lungs.

"An outsider?"
