"All of the examination papers have been graded, so we're releasing the scores, along with your current rankings," Cross, the examiner, announced.

In order to guarantee fairness and impartiality, the examiners had not touched the examination papers. Also, before the results were announced, no one knew the scores.

An electronic light screen flew out from the podium. All the scores were displayed on the screen and everyone was eager to check their results.

"I saw it. I scored 312 points and ranked 200th!"

"Haha, I scored 483 and am in the top 100."

Suddenly, the scene became very noisy. Some people were laughing excitedly, while others were crying in frustration. There were all kinds of reactions.

"What? 58th place and 524 points! I managed to make it in the top 50!" Clay was all smiles. "Theon, what about you?"

Theon looked calm. Then, Mayor came over and said with surprise, "I've just noticed the bottom three in the ranking. They are still Daniel, Aamir and Hawking. Those three idiots. They have been at the bottom for so many consecutive examinations!"

"Theon unexpectedly is not in the last place! How many points did he score, and where did he place?" Gordon asked excitedly.

"First place, 1,000 points. That's a perfect score," Theon calmly said.

"Brother Theon, this joke is not funny at all!" Mayor smiled, not at all believing what Theon had said. "Let's look from the bottom up. Then, we will find his name soon."

Gordon and the others also did not believe what Theon had said. This was because Theon was still just calmly sitting in his seat, not even bothering to look at the list.

"Theon's name is not below the rankings of the top 100. He surely wouldn't be in the top 100, right?" Gordon asked, surprised. However, they kept looking upward along the list, until they saw the very first three names and were stunned.

"The first... First place, Theon.. 1,000 points!" Gordon stammered as read the results aloud. Everyone present was stunned and felt that the results were unbelievable!

"He really got first place..."

"Impossible! Absolutely impossible! His first round of elemental talent only earned him 5 points, so how could he get such a high score?" At this point, Osborn's facial expressions were changing constantly, going from shock to anger, then turning ghostly pale.

Klein also had a confused look on his face. They had previously thought that Theon had given up on the second round of the certification examination, perhaps not even bothering to check his results, as he knew that his results would be very bad.

None of them thought that Theon could get a perfect score! Suddenly, the crowd recalled that Theon had gained access to the certification examination directly via a letter of recommendation.

Osborn had been born into a noble family, as the Helius family was one of the top families in this continent and while not amongst the Top nine, they were still prestigious.

In comparison, Theon was just an ordinary person, which made it even more shocking that he dared to provoke Osborn. This behavior was equivalent to Theon's having a death wish!

Osborn's face was gloomy and his eyes changed again and again. He didn't care about money or his possessions, but he could not stand losing face or being embarrassed in public.

"You... Very well! Very well!" Osborn pointed at Theon with a grim smile and said, "It's only money, so I'll give it to you!"

With that, Osborn used his electronic watch to transfer all of the money in his account to Theon. When the crowd saw the amount shown, they could not help but gulp and exclaim among themselves.

"More than 1.7 million! He is indeed a member of the Helius family!"

"That is the total income of a small business for one entire year!"

They looked at Theon with envy in their eyes, as a single bet had actually won him more than 1.7 million!

"Theon, you better not get too proud, because we still have a third certification test," Osborn said, grimly.

"Wait, you haven't given me all of your belongings yet!" Theon said suddenly.

"I have given you all of the money in my account. What else do you want?" Osborn was furious.

Theon smiled and said, "The contracts we signed say that everything you own, beyond the money, is mine. That includes your watch, serums, weapons, and even the clothes on your body!"

"I can give you everything, the watch, the serum, but the clothes can't be taken off!" Osborn said angrily.

"You must be willing to concede defeat, since you wished to gamble! The young master of the Helius family seems to lack the spirit to uphold a contract! I wonder what effect this will have on the reputation of the Helius family, should word of this get out?" Theon sneered, then added, "Moreover, we signed the contract under the witness of the Geneticist Guild!"

Theon suddenly looked at Aaron and the others, then asked, "Examiners, as the notaries of the Geneticist Guild, you wouldn't sit back and not care about this, right?"

All of their expressions changed, as the Geneticist Guild wanted to keep its righteous image in the eyes of the people.

"We will not ignore this matter," Aaron asserted. He wanted to be silent and not interfere in this matter, but everyone was looking to the guild to see their reaction.

Osborn was furious. While looking at Theon, he spat out the words, "Wow. You're good!"

For the sake of the credibility of the Helius family, coupled with the Geneticist Guild as the notaries, he had no choice but to fulfil the contract. So, Osborn took the watch, the ring, the necklace, the weapons, then finally his clothes, removing them all one by one.

"Ah!" The women in the crowd screamed, most of them running away, but there were some who were brave enough to stay and keep watching. After all, this was indeed a curious scene!

In the end, Osborn was standing in front of everyone in only his underwear. He then shouted at Theon. "Are you satisfied now?"

"Those need to be taken off too." Theon pointed to Osborn's underwear.

Osborn's face turned a little pale, but he gritted his teeth hard and took off his underwear.

"Master Osborn, I have a set of advanced apprentice clothes that have not been worn here. Please put them on quickly." The young fellow, who often followed Osborn around, took out the clothes in a hurry.

"Theon, I'll remember this!" Osborn's eyes filled with resentment and anger. He quickly picked up the clothes and ran to the back of the hall to put them on.
