Ved appeared above the serpent dragon and spun, turning into a horizontal cyclone of colours.

He stabbed his claws at the dragon below him. Novak looked at Ved and sighed but pride could be seen in his eyes, " Enough to survive, but not win." He whispered.

Just as he said. The dragon flickered and disappeared. " Huh?" Ved was confused, his claws didn't feel like they hit anything, how would such a massive dragon just disappear.

The answer to his question was a burning slap to his face. The winged dragon attacked the moment the serpent dragon dodged.

He flew down like a streak of light, he looked up and saw them chasing after him. At his current level he can follow their movements to an extent but it appeared they were still faster.

Knowing he couldn't outrun them, he created thousands of fist sized nuclear bombs and left them in the air like air mines

The moment the dragons reached the area he detonated them. A blinding blue flash filled the sky.

The heat was so intense it reached the city below. The two dragons flew through the flames like red arrows and reached Ved in a blink.

Ved conjured dozens of shields Infront of him to block but they couldn't hold them even for a moment.

The winged dragon slashed his stomach open, Ved saw his intestines falling off. Strings grabbed them and pulled them back in.

He punched, a thunderous sound shook the sky as his fist met the lightning dragon's claw.

A shockwave blasted pushing him back, before he could adjust himself, his back was slashed open by the serpent dragon.

He slashed his tail behind him but the serpent dragon grabbed it with it mouth. A burning pain flooded his senses.

He gritted his teeth, the dragon spun and slammed him on the roof below. His bones cracked.

He turned trying to attack but the winged dragon appeared like a shadow and rammed his head back on the hard black roof cracking his skull.

' ENOUGH.' He screamed, blue flames exploded out of him pushing both dragons back, he flew up.

They chased after him, just as they drew close he spun like a tornado. His myriad colours sending blinding rays through the air.

' Eat this suckers.' what followed terrified everybody. Black mist that reeked of death spread out from him.

Black death spewed out of his body like fumes of smoke. The dragons had no time to react before they were drowned in the mist.

However the terrifying thing was, trees on the mountain started dying the moment the mist appeared even though they were far from it.

Seeing this, Nimue flew to the air, though there was a risk of her actions being perceived as interfering with the tribulation she still did it.

A blue barrier covered the entire mountain from the base to the top protecting all the herbs there while also preventing the aura of death from spreading to the city below.

Back on top of the tower. The two dragons trashed and tried shaking off the black death miasma.

Their bodies were burning themselves out trying to burn off the miasma. Ved grinned, this fight wasn't going to last much longer.

Which was great because his head felt like it was splitting apart from maintaining his image, soul force and dragon pride for so long.

Not to mention his ignition would also not last much longer. The dragons attacked him, their speed growing even faster.

It seemed they were getting more desperate. He smiled mockingly. Hundreds of weapons coated with gel appeared around him.

Although the dragons broke them with ease, they still managed to force them to expend their lightning even faster, or perhaps he should call it plasma now.

As the weapons spun around him trying to slow down the dragons, Ved retreated. Of course that was not enough to stop them.

They broke through the weapons and shields and punched him on the chest. His chest caved him and he coughed up blood.

His spikes glowed blue but instead of shooting nuclear energy attacks he punched the winged dragon on the face.

His fist burnt from the touch, exposing the bone. The serpent dragon slashed his throat with it claws.

His blood pooled out and evaporated. As he was dropping to the ground, he conjured up a shield and a massive sword, well not massive to him as it was only 50 metres long.

However he didn't use them immediately like the others. Instead he continued pouring more wax onto them and condensing them over and over again.

He also conjured smaller weapons to try and slow down the two dragons even though he knew it was useless.

His body kept being broken and mended over and over again. Even without the effect of the image, this alone was enough to temper anybody.

The fight continued for a few more minutes with Ved running around and being chased by the two plasma dragons.

His shield and sword were done, he had used all of his remaining web fluid on them. The dragons attacked him from two different sided.

He slammed his shield to the left and swung his sword right. The sound of a bell shook the air as they collided with the plasma dragons.

Ved's arms strained from the pressure but he managed to push them back. For the first time he actually won an exchange.

The entire world grew silent. Even the two mindless dragons stood still as if surprised then attacked him again.

As the fight continued the harder it got for Ved. Both his shield and sword broke in a few exchanges. His spikes stopped glowing having run out of nuclear energy.

When he thought things wouldn't get worse, his image disappeared, and his ignition followed.

He could no longer maintain his dragon pride as well. Without all of those enhancements, his strength dropped significantly.

Before he could react he got punched in the face, he could no longer follow their movement speed.

The world zipped past him as he dropped to the ground. Halfway down an invisible string connected to him broke.

The dragons chased after him, when they reached the place where the string broke, Ved grinned.

' Mega Boom.' he whispered.
