Clara slowly rubbed the side of her head with a shaky hand.
"So… now that you feel better," she said carefully, peeking up, "you won't kill me, right?"
Dahlia didn't answer.
She just stepped forward and smacked Clara on the head.
SMACK!
Clara dropped flat.
"OW!! THAT HURTS!!"
She rolled on the ground, clutching her head.
"You awakened your own [Unique Physique], and the first thing you do is hit me?!"
Dahlia crossed her arms, wings still half-folded behind her back, and smirked.
"That one's for you running your mouth while I was being tortured inside that cocoon."
Clara groaned. "I was supporting you emotionally!"
"You were enjoying it."
"…Okay, maybe a little."
Eliza watched them quietly, then stepped closer, her eyes focused on Dahlia's changed body.
"By the way, Senior Sister," she said softly, "your [Unique Physique] feels… different."
Dahlia tilted her head. "Different?"
Eliza nodded. "Master, Arden, and the twins… Their bodies didn't change this much. But you…"
She gestured lightly.
"You turned into a semi-dragon."
The juniors nearby nodded quickly.
"That was terrifying."
"And awesome."
Dahlia looked down at herself. Her claws flexed once. Her wings twitched slightly.
"This…?" she muttered.
She focused inward.
Slowly, her dragon claws softened and reshaped, turning back into human hands.
Her wings dissolved into light and vanished.
The horns on her head faded until they were gone.
Gasps spread through the group.
"She changed back?!"
"So it's not permanent?!"
Dahlia shook her fingers, testing them, then rolled her shoulders.
"Yeah. It's just one of the abilities of my [Unique Physique]."
She looked at Eliza and smiled slightly.
"It's called [Sky Dragon]."
Clara popped back up instantly. "Of course it is."
Dahlia continued, more relaxed now.
"I can turn my body into that of a dragon… partially or fully. And I can revert it whenever I want."
She clenched her fist, feeling the strength still there.
"It's strong. Really strong."
Eliza nodded, eyes thoughtful. "It's different from elemental physiques. Yours changes your body directly."
Clara crossed her arms. "So instead of fire, ice, or thunder… you just became a dragon."
Dahlia grinned. "Pretty much."
Clara stared at her for a moment, then sighed dramatically.
"…Unfair."
Dahlia laughed softly, then looked toward the crater where the demonic drake lay dead.
"Master said it before," she said calmly.
"Everyone's [Unique Physique] is different. It depends on the body."
She glanced back at the others.
"So let's just wait and see what you all get."
Then she smirked, confidence radiating from her stance.
"But honestly?"
She tapped her chest lightly.
"I doubt anyone's getting something better than mine."
Clara groaned. "There it is. The bragging starts."
Eliza allowed herself a small smile.
The juniors looked at Dahlia with awe and a little fear.
A new monster had joined the God Gym.
---
Garion was walking around the God Gym when suddenly he stopped.
"...Oh?"
He could feel a familiar pressure from a certain direction.
He turned in that direction and smirked.
"Dahlia... finally she did it. She awakened her [Unique Physique]."
He then turned around and continued walking like nothing happened.
Knowing what happened was already enough for him.
Then back in his room, Garion sat down and looked at the system screen.
[Active Missions:]
[1. Turn All Direct Disciples into Mana Core Realm Cultivators.]
[2. Reach the Third Realm.]
Garion stared at the screen, hands on his hips.
"…Just two left."
He rubbed his chin slowly.
"The first one's easy."
He waved it off like it was nothing.
"They're all monsters. Give them time, training, and pain, and they'll reach the second realm sooner or later."
His eyes shifted to the second mission.
[Reach the Third Realm.]
Garion frowned.
"That one's annoying."
He lay down in the bed, groaning.
"Mana Pool to Mana Core… that part I understood. I copied the logic. Changed it. Turned it into Mana Cells."
But the third realm…
"…Domain Realm."
He stared at the ceiling...
"From what Raviel and Aveline said, a domain is just mana released outside the body to change the surroundings."
He lifted one hand and let a thin stream of mana leak out.
Then...
He clicked his tongue.
"I can do this," he said slowly. "But it feels wrong."
The mana dispersed on its own.
"Domain strengthens spells. It boosts control, range, and authority."
He clenched his fist.
"But my path doesn't focus on spells. It strengthens the body."
Garion sat up abruptly.
"If I just copy the Domain Realm… I'd be betraying my own cultivation path."
He fell silent for a moment, fingers tapping against his knee.
"…Yeah. No."
He stood up. "Let's go to the library."
---
The doors to the God Gym library opened smoothly as he approached.
Rows and rows of shelves stretched out before him, clean and perfectly arranged.
Garion whistled softly. "System-made library never disappoints."
He walked forward, hands behind his back, eyes scanning the titles.
First, he pulled out his own manual.
[God Physique Cultivation Path]
He flipped through it.
There were sections for the First Realm and the Second Realm.
Then... nothing.
Garion frowned. "So as long as I don't create the idea for the third realm, it won't even appear."
He closed the book and exhaled.
"Alright. Then let's borrow some wisdom."
He turned and reached for another book.
[Mana Cultivation Path]
"Let's see how normal cultivators think."
He opened it and skimmed through the structure.
There were three sections in total.
All of them were connected to the current three realms of mana cultivators.
He then focused on the first section.
[Mana Refinement Realm.]
Garion read slowly, eyebrows rising little by little.
"The first step is feeling mana… then absorbing it… then collecting it in the lower abdomen."
He paused.
"…Wait."
He read again.
"The reason mana is stored in the lower abdomen," he muttered, "is because mana naturally sinks downward inside the body."
He leaned closer.
"And because deep breathing naturally moves the belly, it helps circulate and stabilize mana."
Garion blinked.
"…Huh."
He leaned back, rubbing his chin.
"So it's not random."
He laughed quietly. "I honestly thought it was just tradition."
He nodded to himself.
"The lower abdomen is stable, efficient, and naturally supported by breathing."
Garion closed the book slowly.
"I never knew this."
