My College Teacher is My Children's Mom

Chapter 181: The Price Can't Go Any Lower Than 10000000!

「The next day.」

Lin Feng drove the RV, continuing their journey. By four in the afternoon, they finally arrived in Qiong Zhou Province. Another hour's drive and they would reach Sanya.

Just past five, the vehicle pulled into a villa community. Lin Feng parked the RV in the garage.

"We're here."

Everyone got out of the vehicle with the babies in tow.

Exiting the garage, they found themselves in a small courtyard with a room on the opposite side. To their left was the main entrance. Lin Feng took a key from his pocket and pushed the door open.

Inside was a combined living and dining room decorated primarily in white. There was a white, Instagram-worthy sofa paired with a wooden coffee table, a cream-colored side table, and a snow-white carpet. Above them hung two beautiful and stylish pendant lights, which also cast a snow-white glow.

Adjacent to the dining area was a bedroom with its door ajar. The living room featured floor-to-ceiling windows that could be opened, leading directly out to the swimming pool. By the pool were lounge chairs and a hammock; the cushions on the hammock and the accompanying rattan chairs were also white.

Each bedroom was equipped with a ceiling fan. Maybe it's because of the climate that there's no air conditioning?

This private beach villa had a building area of 400 square meters on a plot of land totaling 550 square meters. It featured three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The villa faced south, ensuring plenty of sunlight. The outdoor swimming pool was 40 square meters.

"The villa is only a few hundred meters from the beach, so it's very close," Lin Feng said. "Let's rest for a bit. We can go for a stroll on the beach tonight."

Everyone absolutely loved the place. They had expected to stay in a hotel, so they were amazed to find it was a private villa.

Seeing how immaculate everything was, Zhou Cuilan felt a little anxious, worried she might get something dirty and have to pay a fine after inspection. Lin Feng noticed her cautious demeanor and knew what she was thinking.

"Mom, don't worry about making a mess. I've already bought this place."

HISS!

Everyone present gasped in shock at his words.

Lin Feng explained, "In the future, when we bring the kids to the seaside, we won't have to stay in a hotel or eat out. This house only cost a few million, but its potential for appreciation is huge. We can come here whenever we want."

"A few million probably wouldn't be enough for this," Zhou Cuilan speculated. Even without knowing the market, she understood that a beautifully decorated villa this close to the beach was probably already valued in the tens of millions!

Lin Feng smiled reassuringly. "Mom, don't worry. Your son isn't someone who spends money recklessly. I know what I'm doing."

Lin Jie was ecstatic. "So we can come here to play anytime we want? This is amazing!"

Meicheng wasn't right on the coast, but technically, it was on the very fringes of the coastal region—the tiniest tip of the tail, so to speak. In recent years, Sanya's development had surged, with many new initiatives to attract tourists. Besides the famous Sanya, Qiong Zhou Province had another well-known island. With today's advanced information networks, more and more people were learning to enjoy life. Thanks to the province's vigorous promotion of tourism, coupled with Sanya's heavenly beaches, the area had quickly become a premier tourist destination—an essential stop for any traveler. And it was only going to get better in the future. It went without saying that the value of beachfront properties would naturally continue to rise.

Once they were set free, the babies scampered around like little ducklings. Zhang Yuxi had bought them children's swimsuits, along with properly fitting life jackets and floaties. She had also brought inflatable toys like little ducks and boats that were ready for play as soon as they were blown up.

Lin Feng smiled. "Let's put our things away first. There's a supermarket nearby. Yu Xi and I will go buy some groceries. After dinner, we can all go out and have some fun."

No one disagreed with the plan.

Zhou Cuilan closed the patio doors and motioned for Lin Jie to help her watch the children.

"Mom, wait a second! Let me look around first! I'll be right back!"

Following behind him, Chen Miaomiao and the others couldn't help but marvel. "Brother Feng is so rich. My dad only ever takes me to stay in hotels. I can't believe he just bought a villa outright."

"He says a few million? I don't buy it! My dad wanted to buy one before, and it was at least ten million."

Meng Liang and Yang Zheng came from modest backgrounds. They weren't wealthy by any means, but they were more than comfortable. In the past, their travels were limited to nearby cities; they had never even been on an airplane. Following Lin Jie had truly opened their eyes to the world.

Lin Jie was surprised too, but he trusted his older brother's judgment. He had been immature before, but now he understood how much Lin Feng cared for and protected him. He was like a real brother to him. No, he *was* his real brother.

After finishing their tour, the friends came over and started playing with the babies and their toys.

Fourth Treasure was pressed against the glass of the patio door, wanting to play in the water.

"Should we take Fourth Treasure out for a bit?" one of them asked.

Before they could move, Zhou Cuilan intervened. "Don't. Fourth Treasure is the most mischievous, and besides, we don't know how long that water has been sitting there or if it's clean." Adults might be fine, but a baby's skin is delicate. They had to be more careful.

Lin Feng took Zhang Yuxi to the supermarket. The smile never left her face; she was completely in love with the seaside villa. Both the decor and the environment were perfect in her eyes.

When they got to the supermarket, they found it was packed with people. As expected of a coastal town, the seafood was incredibly fresh and cost less than half of what it did in Meicheng. Lin Feng filled a cart with ingredients, and he and Zhang Yuxi returned with their car fully loaded.

Back at the villa, Lin Feng smiled, seeing how happily the babies were playing. Zhang Yuxi began arranging the rooms. She and Lin Feng would take the largest bedroom, the one next to the dining room. She also checked with Zhou Cuilan about the babies' needs and, realizing it was about time, took them to their little potties she'd placed in the bathroom.

Lin Feng started cooking, and Lin Jie and his friends came to help. By the time they finished dinner, it was already past seven in the evening.

Lin Feng flicked on the rows of lights along the corridors. Instantly, a warm mix of apricot-yellow and white light beautifully illuminated the villa's exterior. There were lights under the bushes, as well as in and around the swimming pool.

Just then, Lin Daan and Lin Dahu sent voice messages asking Lin Dashan if he had arrived.

Lin Dashan started a video call, his tone not boastful, but purely happy. What parent wouldn't be proud to see their child succeed? With Lin Jie also doing so well, the smile never left his face.

"Second Brother, Third Brother… we've arrived…" Lin Dashan held up his phone, giving them a full 360-degree tour.

Lin Daan and Lin Dahu had just stepped away from a card table. The moment they saw the beautiful accommodations, they felt as if they had completely wasted their day.

"Are you staying at a hotel?"

"Or a B&B?"

Lin Dashan chuckled. "Lin Feng bought a seaside villa. From now on, we can come visit whenever we want."

The two were instantly green with envy. Good heavens, his son was so successful that Lin Dashan could comfortably retire without having to lift another finger. The contrast with their own lives was immense. What did they have? A dimly lit street outside…

"We're heading to the beach in a bit, so I'll hang up now. Talk to you later."

The two brothers stared at the phone and sighed at the sky.

Lin Dahu pulled out a cigarette. "Want one?"

Lin Daan took a deep drag. "Our youngest brother is really living the good life. His son thinks of his old folks wherever he goes and brings them along. That's true happiness."

Lin Dahu felt even worse. "Don't even start. I'm in a worse spot than you. At least your son has found a path forward, so your future won't be too bad. Look at me… I'm on the verge of cutting ties with my own." He shook his head. "It's all pointless. In the end, you can't rely on anyone. It's just pointless."

Lin Daan actually felt a little better hearing that. If he were in Lin Dahu's shoes, he'd have a splitting headache.

"Did Xiao Lan and Feng Yong get divorced?"

"They did," Lin Dahu scoffed. "She wanted to live in our apartment, but I sent her packing." If she moved in, trying to get the place back would be nothing but a dream!

Lin Daan frowned. "She's really regressing."

"For the children's sake, Du Yan finally gave in. Lin Rui swore he wouldn't contact that woman again, but who knows if he'll keep his word." Just thinking about it was so infuriating!
