My College Teacher is My Children's Mom

Chapter 502 You're Different from Other Girls

Just after the younger children were asleep, Dabao and Erbao had already finished school for the day.

They understood everything the teacher taught, which seemed quite simple to them. Perhaps it was due to it being a prestigious school, but the campus had everything, giving students plenty of space for activities.

Dabao could conduct interesting experiments and work on his inventions here.

Erbao, on the other hand, could join various school clubs.

For instance, she signed up for Taekwondo. Having come abroad, she wanted to try something new, so she had temporarily set aside her crafting hobbies.

In her very first club meeting, she completely crushed everyone.

"Seriously? They're this weak? Isn't there a single person here who can put up a fight?" she muttered. "Forget it, I'm not playing anymore. This is boring."

What she wanted was a challenge; without a strong opponent, there was no point.

Erbao checked the time. It was almost when she was supposed to meet Dabao, so she grabbed her clothes and got ready to leave.

"Wait, you still have me!"

Judging by the astonished looks from the others, Erbao guessed this person must be very skilled. However, what she said was, "You're pretty handsome!"

It was rare for Erbao to compliment someone on their looks. This boy was clearly of mixed heritage and incredibly handsome.

Still, he's a little lacking compared to my father and brothers.

Dressed in a dobok, the boy glanced at the students sprawled on the floor. "You're very strong!"

Erbao replied humbly, "I'm just so-so. What, you want to spar?"

Are you kidding me? I'm a taekwondo champion, okay?

Even though she hadn't competed recently, she had never slacked off in her training.

One of the defeated students struggled to his feet, clutching his waist. "Charlie, go for it! Take this girl down, she's way too arrogant."

Erbao rolled her eyes. Arrogant, my ass. It's because I have the skill and they're just too weak, okay? Calling someone arrogant just because you can't beat them. What is wrong with these people?

Charlie nodded. "Alright, let's have a match."

Erbao raised an eyebrow. "Good, bring it on."

Five minutes later, her opponent was lying on the floor. Erbao slowly retracted her foot and gave a faint smile. "Thanks for the match."

With that, she picked up her clothes and swept out of the room.

Sigh, it's so lonely at the top. Not a single person who can fight. How boring.

Watching Erbao's arrogant departure, Charlie felt like he was falling in love. No woman has ever defeated me before. She's the first one. So impressive! My heart is completely captured.

"Charlie, you okay?" His friend noticed Charlie's strange expression and tried to console him. "I just looked her up. That girl is a taekwondo champion. It's normal to lose to her."

Charlie was taken aback. "She's that strong?"

I'm falling for her even more! What a powerful woman.

His friend nodded. "Yeah, she's a gold medalist. One of her younger brothers won a silver medal, and an older brother won bronze."

"What does that mean?" Charlie asked, stunned.

Erbao met up with Dabao, her backpack slung over her shoulder. "Big Brother!"

Seeing her flushed face and sweaty forehead, Dabao asked, "What have you been up to?"

"Oh, I went to the Taekwondo club and sparred with everyone."

"Did you get hurt?"

"Brother, asking that means you're underestimating me. Who do you think your sister is? An invincible fighting machine."

Dabao breathed a sigh of relief. "Let's go."

They took the school bus home, where their housekeeper, Auntie, had already prepared dinner. It was, once again, food they didn't like. Still, she had made it with good intentions.

Dabao spoke up. "Auntie, we can cook for ourselves from now on. You don't need to prepare breakfast and dinner for us."

"Is it not to your liking?"

"Something like that."

"I can buy takeout. There are some restaurants around here that I'm sure you'll like."

Dabao smiled. "No, that's okay. The food they make isn't authentic anyway. We're better off doing it ourselves."

The housekeeper considered this for a moment and didn't insist. "Alright, then."

After dinner, the two of them started their homework.

What should we do with all this free time?

Just then, a text message arrived. "Hey, it's Charlie. Remember me?"

Erbao found the message boring and turned to her brother. "Big Brother, are you free?"

"Yeah, what's up?" Dabao asked.

"There's a basketball court nearby. How about we go play?"

Dabao had no objections. "Let's go."

At home, the three of them would often practice when they had free time. Having been inactive all day, they felt like something was missing.

When they arrived at the basketball court, they found it was already occupied, so the siblings decided to head back. Suddenly, a basketball rolled to Erbao's feet.

"Hey, beautiful, toss the ball over here."

Erbao raised an eyebrow, then jumped and sank a perfect shot. The guys on the court stared, wide-eyed.

Dabao was unfazed, looking as if this were completely normal. "Let's go. We can check for another spot, and if not, we'll just go to the gym."

In truth, Li Long's house had a gym, a basketball court, and even a golf course. Li Long's parents had told them to use anything they wanted, just like at home, and not to be reserved. However, the siblings figured since there was a public court nearby, they might as well use that one.

Leaving the dumbfounded crowd behind, the siblings found a nearby gym and bought passes for the day. They had a gym at home, so they'd never needed to go to a public one before. This was their first time. It was quite spacious and even had boxing coaches for sparring.

The siblings exchanged a smile.

The boxing coach stood nearly 1.9 meters tall, with an imposing, muscular physique. He paid the two siblings no mind. Dabao had trained in boxing and Erbao in self-defense, but each knew a bit of the other's discipline.

Dabao put on a helmet and boxing gloves, assuming an offensive stance.

"Big Brother, I'm going to warm up on the treadmill. Call me when you're done," Erbao said from the side of the ring.

Dabao nodded.

Erbao started jogging on a treadmill. The handsome guy running on the machine next to her kept glancing over. She paid him no mind, having grown used to such stares, and turned on the small TV in front of her. Oh, a food show. Skip. Let's find a drama instead.

Meanwhile, in the ring, the sparring coach was stunned by Dabao's skill. He immediately realized he had underestimated his opponent and got serious.

Half an hour later, Dabao's session was over, and the coach was clearly exhausted. "Kid, you're pretty good. You've trained before?"

Dabao wiped his sweat. "Yeah, a little."

Erbao stood below the ring. "My turn now?"

Dabao asked the coach, "Are you still good to go?"

The coach felt his pride was wounded. "Of course I am."

Just then, Charlie and another boy entered the gym.

"That girl is so cool. Not only that, she's pretty, and she's a foreigner…"

Charlie couldn't help but think of Erbao, and at that very moment, he saw her leaning against the ring, smiling as she said something.

"Ah, that's her! The cool girl," his friend exclaimed.

Charlie just said, "Oh," then smiled. "She's an exchange student at our school. That's her brother." He had already found out about Erbao and Dabao's relationship.

Charlie walked over quickly. "Hey, we meet again."

Erbao turned her head. "Oh, it's you. Finished your homework?"

Charlie was caught off guard by her question and hesitated before answering, "Yeah, I finished it."

Erbao said nothing more, executing a graceful vault into the ring and picking up the helmet. As she nonchalantly pulled on her gloves, she asked the coach, "I've learned some women's self-defense. I'll be using those techniques."

The coach, no longer underestimating her, replied, "Fine by me."

Erbao smiled faintly. "Then I won't hold back!"

As soon as the words left her mouth, Erbao launched a flying kick that struck the coach squarely in the chest.

She paused and quickly apologized, "Sorry about that. I forgot to mention I've also learned Taekwondo…"

The coach shook his head, insisting he was fine and could handle it.

Since he said so, she didn't hold back. With her strength, speed, and cleverness, the coach didn't stand a chance.

Charlie and his friend were stunned.

"So cool! Damn, I want a girl like that. She's amazing," his friend gushed.

Charlie glanced at his buddy, who immediately got the hint. "Okay, she's all yours, all yours!"

After twenty minutes, Erbao was tired. She smiled at the sparring coach. "Let's call it a day here. Thanks for the session!"

The coach was actually dog-tired but managed to prop himself up. "No trouble at all. I'm just going to get some water."

The siblings headed off to shower, and as they left, Charlie followed.

"Shall I walk you home?"

Erbao smiled slightly. "No need, but thanks!"

His friend found it unbelievable that such a handsome guy had been rejected.

But Charlie seemed to have expected it. I knew she was different from other girls!
