The morning sunlight streamed through the skylight of the manor, spilling onto the dining table, where the porridge of lean meat and wild vegetables in the wooden bowl was still steaming.
Luo De put down his spoon and wiped the corner of his mouth.
After drinking the hot porridge, his stomach felt warm, dispelling the fatigue of the previous night.
Luo De stretched lazily, got up, and walked out of the manor, ready to continue with his work.
As soon as Luo De stepped out the door, Rein hurried over.
"Good morning, my lord."
Rein knelt on one knee, bowing his head in salute.
"Rein, what brings you here so early?"
Luo De looked at Rein with some surprise.
It was clear that Rein had been waiting here for a while, unsure of when he would wake up and not daring to disturb him.
Rein took a deep breath and spoke cautiously: "My lord, I… I would like to request two vials of Knight Roar Potion."
"Knight Roar Potion?"
Luo De smiled, looking at Rein, "What, are you planning to start cultivating the Breathing Technique?"
"Yes, my lord, if possible."
Rein paused, explaining, "I didn't think there was much hope before, but now seeing… Gang Le, I want to give it a try."
"And Alya, if she has the talent, I want her to learn the Breathing Technique too."
"No problem for Alya, even if you didn't mention it, I think she should give it a try."
Luo De nodded slightly.
Alya was two years older than Luo De, a bit late, but if she was willing to work hard, it should be possible.
No problem with the Knight Roar Potion either.
Rein's family all contributed to his efforts, and they were considered the backbone of Frost Leaf Town.
If Rein and Alya were stronger, it would undoubtedly be a good thing.
"But have you thought it through?"
Luo De said, "The Knight Roar Potion can unlock potential, but it's extremely dangerous, and the process will bring despair and pain."
"I know, Lord Durant has described it to me already."
Rein looked resolute, "I've made up my mind."
"All right, then have Durant guide you in the basics. If you successfully cultivate the Breathing Technique, I'll make you the Knight Roar Potion."
"Thank you for your generosity!"
Rein's face was full of joy, and he solemnly promised in a loud voice, "I will not disappoint your expectations!"
Rein bowed respectfully and withdrew.
Luo De watched Rein's departing figure, unable to suppress his thoughts about what had suddenly changed in this man in his thirties.
But this thought only flashed briefly in his mind, before Luo De got up and headed toward the Blacksmith Shop.

Ten days later.
Blade Mountain Range, within the Sea Pattern Magic Iron Mine.
The walls of the cave were damp, with drops of water trickling down the rocks, echoing in the darkness.
The flame from torches flickered on the rock walls, highlighting rough chisel marks and illuminating the cave brightly.
Alya lowered her head, respectfully reporting to Luo De:
"My lord, you were right."
"We have explored the east end of the dark river and saw light."
She paused, recalling the scene she witnessed, with amazement in her eyes.
"It is a vast lake, deep blue, as you said, the sea!"
Luo De sat on a stone platform covered in animal pelts, nodding in satisfaction.
"That's good."
It wasn't an underground channel, and Luo De felt relieved.
"Did you encounter the giant crab?"
"Not just the giant crab, my lord."
Alya swallowed, her expression a bit grave,
"There were swarms of crabs, both big and small, some the size of hyenas, others as big as calves!"
"We encountered ones three to four meters long, and we saw two of them!"
Alya reported seriously, "It seems to be their feeding ground, they leave at night and return during the day."
"No, it's the opposite."
Luo De smiled, explaining, "They rest during the day and hunt at night."
"Looks like this place is their nest for the crabs."
Alya was a bit surprised, "No wonder they're so docile during the day."
"Any other discoveries?" Luo De asked.
"Nothing else, my lord."
Alya shook her head slightly, "As you instructed, we didn't dare get too close."
"Hmm."
Luo De straightened up, his gaze sweeping over the Hunting Team behind him.
"All right, proceed according to the plan."
"Everyone get ready, Alya, you're in charge of luring that giant crab to the cave entrance."
"Try it first, if the situation is unfavorable, retreat quickly."
Luo De instructed solemnly.
The cave had already been prepared with boulders, ready to block it off if things went wrong.
Alya tightened her grip on the Longbow, nodding, "Yes, my lord!"
There was a hint of excitement in her eyes.
This was the first time hunting such a Sea Magical Beast, and the quiver was filled with Armor-Piercing Arrows forged from Sea Pattern Magic Steel.
However, Alya remained cautious, carefully asking,
"My lord, what if it doesn't enter the cave?"
Luo De smiled, "That's even better."
"If it pursues you, retreat; if it leaves, shoot."
"Unless it completely leaves the dark river, let it die here."
"Understood!"
Alya stood tall, her voice strong.
Alya bowed and turned to the four hunters behind her,
"Let's go, move out!"
"Yes, Lady Alya!"
The five of them, carrying torches, quickly headed toward the dark river.
These five were all hunters with skilled archery from the Hunting Team, and with Luo De's enhancement, they were unmatched, hitting their targets without fail.
In the past few days, the Hunting Team had carved grooves in the cave walls, placing torches.
The firelight didn't illuminate the entire dark river but made the tunnel less dark.
Alya led the team forward, the hunters moving lightly, cautiously searching for traces of the giant crab.
About five hundred meters ahead, the river channel of the dark river reflected a dim light.
Under the water, a massive shadow moved slowly.
