Chapter 241: Dissecting the Dragon Corpse (Part 2)

"Mix this into the corpse fluid, divide it into ten parts."

Lomisa said leisurely, "Tell them, whoever sends the most reinforcements can get this life potion."

Hearing Lomisa's words, Osca's Adam's apple moved, unable to resist swallowing,

"What exactly is the effect of your potion?"

"Healing wounds and diseases."

Lomisa's face revealed a grim smile.

Obviously, the potion's effect wasn't as simple as she said.

Osca dared not ask more, receiving the glass bottle with both hands and putting it away,

"Alright, I'll arrange it now."

"Wait."

Lomisa stopped her subordinate who was about to leave, pointing to the silver skeleton monster in the corner,

"Hand him over to you, and then bring more corpses over, the more the better."

...

...

Luo De frowned, carefully scrutinizing the necromancer's notes in his hands.

If this wizard's notes truly were passed down from the Ancient Era, then the text should be in the wizard language of that era.

Rather than the common tongue of the entire continent, the so-called Empire language.

Now, this result can only prove one thing.

Someone has recopied these contents and then handed them to the Great Shaman of the Bloodscale Tribe.

Luo De furrowed his brow.

What is the other's motive?

Is it a trade?

Or assistance to the Bloodscale Tribe?

Or perhaps a powerful undead mage is still hidden in the Northern Wasteland?

Various possibilities churned in Luo De's mind.

Luo De couldn't help but start rubbing his temples.

"What's wrong?"

Vivian stepped forward proactively, imitating Avril in helping Luo De rub his head.

"Nothing, I just hate trouble coming after small matters."

"Ah?"

Luo De's words made Vivian a bit puzzled.

"It's nothing, bring Kael here."

The remaining items in the wooden box were just pieces of hide and bone.

Besides some hide scrolls recording arrays, the other hides had bizarre twisted writings.

Those symbols were crooked like worms, seemingly the exclusive text for the alien race in the Northern Territory.

"Alright."

Vivian immediately stood up to bring Kael over.

Kael quickly walked up, bowed low,

"Lord, what are your orders?"

"Give these things a careful look for me."

Luo De pointed to the haphazard pile of hide and bone pieces in the wooden box,

"Check what's inside, what they record."

"Yes, my lord."

Kael squatted down, beginning to check the items in the box one by one, browsing through them.

Then carefully sorted them and placed them accordingly.

After checking all the items in the box, Kael introduced them:

"I have sorted them, Lord."

Kael pointed to the first pile of hide,

"These three are the mineral veins discovered by the Bloodscale Tribe, and the last one is the location of the Bloodscale Tribe's treasure."

Luo De's eyes lit up, nodding "Continue."

"The second pile is some epics of the Lizardmen, also including the history of the Northern Wasteland."

Kael sneered, "I think it's mostly nonsense, cough..."

Kael quickly skipped his disdain for the Lizardmen, pointing to the third pile to introduce:

"Here are some spells, I don't understand, and there are some records, could be the Lizardman shaman's diary?"

"Diary?"

Luo De was evidently taken aback.

Someone actually kept a diary?

Not afraid of secrets being discovered by others?

Luo De thought it over, realizing the Great Shaman's position in the Bloodscale Tribe might mean nobody dared go through his things, right?

"Kael, take out that diary and translate it for me."

"Yes, my lord."

Kael promptly pulled out the bottom hide, began to read to Luo De.

Though called a diary, it's rather ramblings or even an autobiography?

Perhaps feeling lonely at the top, the Great Shaman couldn't share his troubles with others, only record them.

Kael didn't recognize some words, but it didn't hinder understanding the general idea.

Evidence shows it was a black-robed human who gave the necromancer's notes to the Great Shaman and aided the Great Shaman's enlightenment.

Then the Great Shaman rose, unifying all the Lizardmen, strengthening the Bloodscale Tribe.

And the black-robed man wanted the Lizardmen to unify the Northern Wasteland, then attack the Lords of the Broken Rock Empire's Northern Province.

"Seems there are truly some shady dealings behind this..."

Luo De's mind was full of thoughts, unexpectedly there were so many messy matters in the Northern Wasteland.

Luckily, the black-robed man should not be from the Northern Wasteland.

To be cautious, Luo De called Durant to his side, instructing him to secretly investigate in the Northern Wasteland for any rumors of necromancers.

Additionally, he asked Durant to lead a group to find out the mineral veins and the Lizardmen's treasure locations.

Luo De was unwilling to go personally.

"Have you figured out how to dissect the White Dragon?"

After arranging everything, Luo De queried Vivian.

Vivian had been well-prepared, presenting the hide document to Luo De, "These are the dissection steps and diagrams."

Luo De took it, looking at the diagrams couldn't help but laugh.

Messy lines, depicted a creature with wings, horns, and a tail—a pig.

"It's okay, although not quite, at least the essential structures are there."

Luo De reluctantly praised, Vivian proudly stood tall in cooperation.

Ugly as it is, it's enough for reference.

Luo De stood, hoisted the Ashbringer, and went straight for the White Dragon's corpse.

Handling the White Dragon's corpse, temporarily, only Luo De could do it.

Not because Luo De feared someone stealing, but because even with the White Dragon dead, others couldn't cut through its dragon skin.

It required the dual effect of Ashbringer and Luo De's blazing energy to barely slice through.

Upon reaching the White Dragon's body, Luo De involuntarily shivered.
