After Biereth Doubled Monaco's lead, carving open Paris FC was very easy. Before the goal, even though Monaco were creating chances, they still found it a little bit difficult to carve open Paris FC's defense as their players were quite resilient despite the difference in quality between the two teams.

Now, it was a different matter altogether. It was like they just stopped trying at all. They weren't as compact as they used to be, their players didn't pressure them like they did, even Tyler was given a little bit of freedom on the wings to take on his man and send some crosses into the penalty box. It was basically Monaco's dream scenario.

Unfortunately though, Monaco were unable to take advantage of it. Even though they did test the Paris FC goalkeeper a few times, they were unable to break down their defense and the first half ended with the same scoreline.

Tyler, along with the rest of the players on the field, walked into the tunnel and back to their locker room to have a rest before they would come back out and the second half would begin.

"Alright boys, you've done well. I didn't like how you went down by a goal in the first half, but you've played better since then". Adi Hutter started addressing his team as soon as he entered the locker room. "And I like that. Every single one of you have been electric on the pitch and you seem to have broken them down mentally, I like that. But unfortunately, they're not going to stay broken and you couldn't take advantage of that period to kill the game".

"I expect that their coach is going to motivate them, get them fired up again so the first five to ten minutes of the first half, they're going to come out firing, guns blazing and everything and they're going to press you, they're going to look around for that equalizer but that press is going to be gone as suddenly as it came as soon as you grow into the game so you're going to have to adjust very quickly".

"Because of that..."

Adi Hutter continued talking, and making tactical changes. Eventually, a match official came along and called them out for the second half, causing Adi Hutter to cut his talk short. He made a change for the second half, Ben Seghir was coming in for Mika Biereth in the second half. There was going to be a lot of positional change because of it.

George was going to play alongside Folarin Balogun in the front two, but unlike the first half, Folarin was the one that would have to play the role of a second striker while George would play as a proper traditional nine. Tyler would finally move to his preferred position on the left wing while Ben Sehgir was to play on the right flank.

After hearing the changes that were being made, Tyler started to get excited. He already had a very good game when he was being played in a position that he didn't really enjoy, so he was really excited to see how he would do in his natural position.

The two teams walked out of the tunnel at the same time, though they were not as organized as they were in the first half. The Monaco players walked to their side of the pitch, which was now where the away end was located so they didn't particularly feel any love from the fans in that area.

Tyler walked over to the left side of the pitch and stared down the flank, his legs twitching in anticipation. At that moment, all he wanted was the ball to be at his feet as he ran down the flank, taking on his man, perhaps doing a cut in and shoot to the top corner. But he would have to wait for that.

Eventually, the referee blew his whistle and the second half commenced.

["Well, it's been a very interesting game so far. Credit to Paris FC, this match has not been as one sided as everyone thought it would be. They've really fought Monaco, even sucker punched them in the nose at the beginning of the match but as one would expect of a side with as much quality as Monaco, they have recovered and are now in the lead"] The commentator started talking as Monaco kicked things off in the second half.

["Well, now the second half as kicked off and Paris FC are playing really daring football. We're seeing a serious gen gen press from them so far. They're running around right out of the gates and are really giving the Monaco players serious headaches right now. Twice now Monaco have tried to advance the ball forward and twice now they've forced it back to their goalkeeper which results into a long pass. It's a very good strategy, but will it be sustainable on the long run?"] The co-commentator added.

The Monaco players managed to remain calm despite the press that they were facing. If Adi Hutter didn't give the warning that he did during the first half break they might've panicked a little bit and made some sort of a mistake but he did warn them and as such they knew that this high gen gen press was nothing but a storm that they would just have to wait out.

As time passed in the second half, Paris FC's press became a lot more disorganized, as there were a lot of gaping holes that could be exploited by a sudden transition. The only problem Monaco had was actually getting on that transition as they usually couldn't even get the ball outside of their final third.

Their prayers were soon answered though. As usual, their back four were recycling possession and Henrique had the ball on the left flank. As he was faced with an onslaught of Paris FC players, he managed to play a pass through them to Tyler who dropped deep to receive the ball.

Tyler managed to get rid of the person pressing him from behind through a beautifully executed turn and started running down the abundance of space left behind. Soon enough he was inside the penalty box and found himself facing the only two Paris FC players left out of the gen gen press, their two center backs.

Tyler's legs flashed over the ball as he took on their right center back. He used a bit of a feint to get himself to cut inside but he still didn't have enough space to shoot as the Paris FC left center back was still blocking the path that the ball would've taken.

Another thing that he had to take into consideration was that he had to shoot very quickly, before the rest of the Paris FC calvary managed to catch up and organize themselves into a defense. He then decided to use a trick that he already used in the second half, but in a different context.

His stronger right foot moved as if he was about to curl a shot towards the far post but ended up kicking nothing. In the same moment, his left foot moved the ball back to the width a bit. His bit of trickery caused the two center backs present to slide in front of him, hoping to block the shot that never came.

Tyler then recovered the ball with his left foot and played a shot, taking advantage of the one on one chance he architected for himself. The Paris FC goalkeeper rushed out, hoping to narrow down the angle that Tyler had to shoot.

Unfortunately for Paris FC, even though it was with his weak foot, Tyler's finishing was good enough to put the ball into the back of the net. He scored. 3-1.

As soon as Tyler saw the ball go into the back of the net, Tyler lost his mind. He immediately took off to where the supporters were and did a knee slide while pumping his fists. He eventually got to where the corner flag was and then punched it down. While he was going mad with his celebrations, he managed to spot his grandmother in the stands, watching him and he immediately bolted towards her, easily jumping over the barricade and hugging her, before planting a kiss on her cheek.

Some of the fans nearby also tried to touch Tyler, but he didn't mind. He raised his fists, shaking it in the air, celebrating with them while the stewards tried to get him out of the area. As he was being escorted out, he sported Jasmine who smiled and turned around. She was wearing a Monaco jersey that had the number nineteen printed at the back with the words "I Love Tyler Wilson" printed where the name was.

It was the promise she made to him when they went to the amusement park together to get him to ride on the roller coaster. Tyler laughed when he saw it and blew a kiss at her.
