"We had brought some of the golem remains for you to confirm it." – said the soldier as a cart that carries a golem remains approached the man.

"Loses?" – asked nobleman.

"The small squad that was sent inside the forest didn't came back…. Something must had happened inside of the forest." – replied soldier.

"They were warned of anything that resembles an ambush, but by the looks of things enemy either managed to avoid the detection or they were taken down before they could run."

"As for the soldiers that were outside the forest…. They managed to get away, thanks to the warning that you sir gave us before."

"And you are not mistaken, is that correct?" – asked nobleman as he grabbed his head.

"No sir. Unfortunately, all evidence points out to our current theorizes being correct." – replied soldier.

"…And the golems, how strong are they?" – asked nobleman as he just stared at the remains of the hound golem.

"There is also a good chance that there were some monsters with C rank."

"D rank monsters are a real monster that can truly cause some chaos…. And C rank monsters are something that can terrify the people."

(Using large number of regular soldiers or a group of elite soldiers won't be possible…. We also need to keep illusion of our kingdom only dealing with the "aftermath" of the war and not the financial crisis.)
