Raito flipped backward and landed in a low stance.

The dragon smirked. "Wow. You are truly fast. I was not planning on using this. But I will. So die."

Raito did not hesitate.

"Blood Manipulation."

He stretched his hand forward, his aura surged. His thoughts sharpened. His skill attempted to seize the dragon's blood.

Raito gritted his teeth. "How did you know?"

"Oh, I knew the moment you lifted your hand," the dragon said, smiling. "And right now, I can see all of your skills. All of them. I can read everything about you."

"What?" Raito's expression hardened. "How is my level smaller than yours? Why doesn't it work? Explain."

"Well," the dragon said, raising a finger. "You can use Blood Manipulation on monsters whose level is lower than yours. You can kill them instantly, control their body, destroy their hearts. But I am above you. Far above you. Trying to dominate my blood is impossible."

Raito clenched his fists. "Even if it doesn't work, I won't need it. I will kill you with my own strength. It is either you kill me, or I kill you."

"Good," the dragon roared. "You are going to get killed. But right now I am having fun. Real fun."

Its aura surged, crushing the air. "It has been thousands of years since I fought anyone. I have been bored in this dungeon, sealed away, waiting. When I sensed this portal open in your land, I also sensed you. Someone strong enough to entertain me. Someone strong enough to feed my hunger."

Raito was blasted backward, soaring through the air. His magic shield activated automatically, clashing with the dungeon walls. Stones shattered, dust and debris filled the air.

The dragon landed with a ground-shaking thud, coughing blood. Even with the shield, Raito could feel the damage inflicted.

Raito tapped Accept.

Green energy surged around him, wrapping his body in a controlled, steady flow. His injuries began closing rapidly, stitching themselves with precision. From a distance, the World Eater Dragon in human form raised its hand, wiping blood from its mouth. It teleported directly in front of Raito.

"I'll give you credit. You are strong. Your raw strength is beyond most. I realized something from your last strike. You have unlimited strength and were holding back. Do not hold back again," Raito said. His aura flared even higher, pressing against the air.

The dragon smiled, radiating confidence. "You are funny. I was not going all out. Yet you survived my attack. Impressive."

Raito jumped back, keeping his distance. His System voice activated. "Yes, Raito?"

"Use any injury I sustain. Kill me if necessary. No LP limit," Raito commanded.

"Done," the System voice replied and vanished.

Raito rolled forward.

The two clashed. BOOM. BOOM. BOOM.

Punches collided faster than the eye could track. The impacts were deafening. The dungeon shook violently. Even the walls, made of the hardest dungeon rock, began cracking. Shards flew as the air pressure from their strikes tore through the stone.

Every hit was not just a strike; it was a force capable of reshaping the battlefield.
