Supreme Man

Chapter 477: Return to Hainan

But the unease in the ship captain's mind grew stronger...

The ship captain connected Ohta Jiro's call, anxiously saying, "General, I always feel uneasy about Miju Island, as if something major is about to happen."

Hearing this, Ohta Jiro roared, "Uneasy? What's so uneasy? Is your mind playing tricks on you? Are you planning to let those Huaxia pigs escape? Don't you want to avenge those twenty excellent air force warriors who died? Are you going to quit halfway and let people laugh at our Okinawa Island military base?"

Ohta Jiro fired off several questions in a row. In truth, he just hoped that the ship captain and other small ships could find Ye Hao and the others soon, so his chance at promotion wouldn't slip away quietly, especially since Shentian Jiuzi was watching. If the ship captain and his team withdrew now, it would leave a bad impression on Shentian Jiuzi's mind for poor oversight.

Especially since they were about to catch the terrorist group from Huaxia, but retreated at a critical moment; this would make him look small in Shentian Jiuzi's eyes.

"General, I wasn't thinking like that, but my intuition tells me we're in real danger here..." The ship captain's uneasy feeling kept growing stronger, and he even considered abandoning the ship to hide onshore.

His feeling of unease stemmed from his many years at sea; whenever a storm was coming or an incident was about to happen, there were always signs in advance.

Just like his current state of mind, always feeling uneasy, perhaps something would happen next.

At Tokyo Army Command Headquarters, Shentian Jiuzi saw more and more dead shrimp and fish, but still couldn't find Ye Hao and the others, and he was getting anxious.

"Himeko, have them dive and search; stop just using machines to brush it off." Shentian Jiuzi said.

"Okay!" Kawamoto Himeko relayed Shentian Jiuzi's orders.

Thousands of soldiers from the large warship jumped into the sea, then submerged, planning to use their eyes to observe where the people were.

When they dove to the seabed, some sharp-eyed ones noticed the twenty or so small black dots beneath the large warship.

The small black dots weren't big, but they could clearly see them; there were twenty black dots under the large warship that hadn't been there before.

So one of the ship captain's subordinates quickly went up to the warship to report to him.

The ship captain furrowed his brows, secretly thinking to himself, "Why does this feel so much like when the U.S. Navy was destroyed?"

Thinking of this, he suddenly realized that if those who came from Huaxia were God, does that mean God planned to blow up their warship as well?

After finishing his thoughts, sweat already poured down the ship captain's forehead.

The ship captain didn't explain anything; he immediately rushed out of the ship's prow, then jumped toward the distant shore...

Li Yi saw He Hua and the others return and glanced at his watch.

Ye Hao asked, "What time is it?"

"Exactly ten o'clock."

"Blow it up! After it's blown, we leave." Ye Hao ordered.

"Yes, boss!"

Li Yi took over a dozen remote controls from Ding Haoyun's hands.

Ye Lang and the others saw this and scrambled to grab a few remote controls.

Ye Lang and Fei Gou smirked and said, "Three, two, one, start the detonation, I'll count. Three, two, one..."

"Beep beep beep!"

The system of explosive boxes beeped several times, followed by an earth-shattering roar over the entire sea area, accompanied by a scene of a sea of fire.

"Boom boom boom!"

From the south came eighteen sounds, from the west came six sounds, and from the north came six sounds.

At headquarters, Shentian Jiuzi watched as the small warships suddenly exploded and anxiously asked, "What happened?"

Kawamoto Himeko, feeling a bit anxious herself, tapped on the keyboard and then called up satellite images.

The satellite images showed that the small warships near Miju Island were utterly destroyed, and the soldiers on them were entirely reduced to shark feed by this destructive force.

Even though it wasn't the end of it, after the small warships were destroyed, Li Yi pressed the last detonation button, which was the last remote to blow up the large Jiepeng warship.

"Beep beep beep beep beep!"

The explosive box systems under the large warship all started beeping, as if preparing for something.

When the time was right, the entire large warship was also completely blown apart.

At Tokyo Army Headquarters, Shentian Jiuzi saw the screen flicker a few times and then lost the signal. He loudly asked, "What's going on again? Why is there no signal now?"

Kawamoto Himeko tried to establish a connection, but all attempts failed. So she could only guess, "General, there are two possibilities; first, the large warship system failed, and I can't connect; second, the large warship refused access or has been blown up."

"Blown up? Blown up? Are you joking? Our Sun Country's newly developed large warships can't just be blown up! I don't believe it, I don't believe it." Shentian Jiuzi initially spoke calmly, but he became a bit worried and started to shout.

He couldn't bear the thought that all the small warships and one large warship around Okinawa Island might have been totally blown up; if that were the case, he'd also follow in Jin San's footsteps.

"General..."

"Give me the satellite images; I want to see everything with my own eyes." Shentian Jiuzi tried to suppress his anxiety and had Kawamoto Himeko pull up the satellite images for him to see what happened.

However, when he confirmed that the large warship indeed got blown up, his legs gave out suddenly.

"This can't be, this can't be! This isn't real, it really isn't." Shentian Jiuzi shouted loudly, his voice echoing throughout the army command headquarters.

Kawamoto Himeko could only express sympathy, as he wasn't a field operative and couldn't assist the needy troops on Okinawa Island.

Ye Hao paid no attention to the fate of the blown-up Jiepeng people and their grim expressions. After blowing up all the warships, he returned to Miju Island to take Luo Yingxue away.

Luo Yingxue was still out of sorts after boarding Ye Hao's Submarine No.2, because she had no idea how Ye Hao managed to blow up so many warships.

"You... how did you do it?" In Submarine No.2, Luo Yingxue asked Ye Hao, her face still filled with shock.

"What do you mean, how did I do it?" Ye Hao feigned ignorance and asked.

"Come on, stop pretending. How did you blow up dozens of their warships?" Luo Yingxue asked and then looked at He Hua and the others, secretly thinking maybe it was their help?

And what kind of ship was she on now? Some kind of enclosed ship? How strange!

"It wasn't me who blew them up; it was the elite who did it, look, it's them." Ye Hao passed the troubling questions to He Hua and the others.

Meanwhile, he moved to the front of Submarine No.2 to join Ding Haoyun and steered it toward the South Sea.

Ye Hao hadn't forgotten Qin Xiweng mentioning what the elites lacked. He planned to see if a substitute could work... (To be continued.
