I AM A MAGE BUT WITH MILF SYSTEM

Chapter 609: The Four Family Head

The entire complex could hold thousands of creatures at the same time.

But even with all these improvements, problems still occurred. Not all arrivals could be contained by the suppression materials—those at Demi-God level or above retained their full power and could cause serious damage if they chose to be hostile.

Which was why Julian established the Bureau of Punishment.

The Bureau occupied the left wing of the castle. It was where beings who violated the rules, who attacked without provocation, and who refused to cooperate after being given multiple chances were taken for judgment and punishment.

Julian personally oversaw the Bureau, making it clear that he was the final authority on discipline within his realm.

Three months later...

Julian sat on his throne, his eyes roaming around the massive chamber. The room was enormous—easily big enough to house five mansions comfortably—with a golden ceiling that shimmered from the light of massive chandeliers.

To his left and right, his wives occupied equally lavish thrones, arranged in a semicircle. Regina sat closest to his right, Eleanor to his left, and beyond them sat Gregoria, Lisa, Isabel, and others—each radiating their own charm and beauty.

On a slightly lower platform before them, his three daughters occupied their own thrones. Seraphine sat in the center, with Lyanna and Cassandra flanking her. All three had grown even more powerful in recent months.

Julian's eyes roamed over the assembled family before settling on the five figures kneeling before them on the polished marble floor below.

"Rise," he commanded, his voice carrying easily through the vast space.

The five stood in unison, their movements coordinated and respectful. They slowly raised their eyes, and for a moment, they all stood in silent wonder at the sight before them—their Creator surrounded by the goddesses who ruled this massive realm.

These five were the heads of the families that Seraphine and her sisters had elevated to the Rulers Section over the centuries—families who had proven exceptional worth, loyalty, and capability. Today was the first time any of them would meet Julian personally.

"Introduce yourselves," Seraphine said from her throne. "One at a time. State your name, your family, and your position."

The figure on the far left stepped forward—a tall man with bronze skin and features that suggested both human and draconic bloodlines. Small scales covered his neck, and his eyes held vertical pupils.

"I am Thaldrin of House Emberscale, Lord Creator," he said, bowing deeply. "I lead the Dragonborn families of the Eastern Reaches. We number three hundred and forty-seven souls, and we have served the order of this realm for two centuries. Our family specializes in fire cultivation. I am at the Peak of Grand Mage, and my eldest son has recently achieved Arch Mage."

He stepped back, and the next figure moved forward—a woman with pale blue skin and hair that seemed to flow like water even when still. Her eyes were completely silver, without visible pupils.

"I am Nerida of House Deepcurrent, Lord Creator," she said, her voice melodious. "I lead the Undine families of the Northern Lakes. We number two hundred and ninety-three souls. Our family has maintained the water purification systems and managed the fishing industries for one hundred and seventy years. I have reached Early Grand Mage, and we have produced twelve Arch Mages in my generation alone."

The third figure stepped forward—a massive man, easily seven feet tall, with gray skin that looked like stone. His arms were as thick as tree trunks, and his presence radiated solid strength.

"I am Korvus of House Ironroot, Lord Creator," his voice rumbled like thunder. "I lead the Stone Giant clans of the Mountain Holds. We are four hundred and twelve strong. We have built half the structures in the major cities and maintain the roads throughout the realm. I have achieved Early Demi-God, and my people are the backbone of construction and defense."

The fourth figure was noticeably smaller—a dwarf man.

"I am Zephael of House Whisperwind, Lord Creator," he said, his voice soft but clear. "I lead the Sylph families of the Sky Gardens. We are one hundred and eighty-one, the smallest of the ruling families, but we serve as messengers, scouts, and information gatherers throughout the realm. I have reached Peak Arch Mage, and my family's network covers every major settlement."

Finally, the fifth figure stepped forward, and Julian's attention focused more intently.

She was stunning. Her skin was deep crimson, smooth, and flawless. Two small, elegant horns rose from her forehead, and a slender tail swayed behind her with a mind of its own. Her figure was voluptuous—generous curves that her black and red dress emphasized. The dress had a low neckline and high slits on both sides, revealing long, perfectly shaped legs.

But it was her eyes that truly captured attention—deep purple with flecks of gold.

"I am Lilithara of House Crimson Desire, Lord Creator," she said, her voice like silk. She didn't bow as deeply as the others—her posture remained proud, almost challenging.

"I lead the Succubus clans of the Twilight Valleys. We number three hundred and sixty-eight souls. My family manages the pleasure houses, entertainment districts, and diplomatic relations with newly arrived beings. We specialize in emotional cultivation, dream magic, and social manipulation—not through force, but through desire."

She paused, her purple eyes meeting Julian's directly without flinching.

"I have reached Early Demi-God. We are the ones who make your realm not just orderly, Lord Creator, but desirable. A place beings want to stay, not just a place they're forced to remain."

Her tail swayed slowly behind her as she finished.

The other heads glanced at each other nervously, their eyes widening at Lilithara's bold manner of speaking. Thaldrin's scales seemed to darken slightly, while Nerida's water-like hair rippled with tension. Even Korvus, the massive stone giant, shifted uncomfortably.

Meanwhile, Julian's wives smiled knowingly. They recognized someone cut from similar cloth—bold, confident, and unafraid to speak their mind.

Julian studied Lilithara for a few moments longer. Then his gaze returned to address them all collectively.

"You are the ones my daughters have trusted with ruling the Throne of Gods," he said, his voice carrying through the chamber. "And it seems you are doing the right thing as well."
