But, their movements were like that of a trained warrior, so I couldn't help but stay weary as I let them take me out of the establishment.
"You have to be careful in there… nasty people are always going around," A girl with locked black hair explained.
She was about my physical age, maybe around twelve to thirteen years old, yet her mental age and the way she observed her surroundings made me feel as if she was much more mature than she looked.
Her skin had a light tan, and her eyes were pitch black, but the thing that really caught my eye was the golden tattoos shimmering across the side of her neck.
"Oh, you're here," I muttered, slowly looking up at the woman standing behind the little girl.
"Hi, sweetie… I didn't expect us to meet so soon again," Auntie Celestine smiled while placing her hands on the little girl's shoulders.
"Is this your daughter?" I immediately began to question.
"Indeed… Ilias, say hi to your cousin," Auntie muttered, but the little girl just continued to stare me down with an intense glare.
"I don't like her," The girl pouted while looking up at her mother, completely ignoring my presence as she just began to insult me. "She reeks of miasma and… she looks weird,"
"Ilias, apologize… now."
Even with Auntie's demand, the little girl did nothing and just turned around before running off into the distance.
"What's wrong with her?" I muttered under my breath before turning around to go find Auntie Ethel again, but just as I did, a brown hand reached out from behind me.
It grabbed my shoulder and made sure I couldn't proceed further without giving attention to the woman behind me.
"You still have the sword, right?" Auntie Celestine asked, her face a bit rugged as she squeezed out those words.
"Yes? If you want it back, I can give it to you,"
"Nah… just… protect it with your life. You're the only one worthy to wield it… in fact, you're the only one whose hands it is safest in,"
"Then, I'll get going now. I'm sure Auntie Ethel is looking for me," I waved the woman goodbye before quickly turning around and running into the massive bouncer in front of the club.
I fell to my ass as I was knocked down, my nose almost bleeding since it felt like I had collided with a beam of steel.
"Tch… Let me back in," I glared at the man, but he didn't respond as he just continued to look forward.
I looked back to Auntie Celestine, but she had already disappeared without a trace, so I had no choice but to just sit to the side and wait for Auntie Ethel to come back out.
I could probably defeat this guy in a fight, but causing chaos and problems just doesn't help anybody out.
…
(Ethel POV)
The sound of lips smacking resounded through the backroom as I straddled Athena's hips, and she cupped my chin with her fingers.
Her soft lips continued to control me, attempting to slip past my consciousness and control my entire being with just that lewd tongue of hers.
Each time it penetrated my lips, I felt myself growing hotter and hotter and felt my mind slowly fog.
My eyes were glazed over, even underneath the closed lids separating a potentially awkward situation.
"Huff… huff… huff… more… Athena… I want more…." I begged, my tongue limply hanging out as the woman retreated.
"Honey, just a second," She muttered, shifting her eyes to the several cloaked figures that had infiltrated the room without any prior notice.
As I turned towards them, still straddling Athena's hips, I went to go and get off so I could beat their asses for disrupting my fun time, but Athena's hand kept me pressed against her.
Her hand crawled underneath the back of the sweatshirt I had changed into and pressed me against her chest, preventing me from seeing what was happening behind.
"We have come to retrieve what belongs to us," A voice slithered out from behind me.
It was raspy and full of gunk as if the man hadn't cleared his throat in years, but it made his words seem more threatening as he elaborated on his topic.
"To be specific, we want the shard back…."
"Oho… you mean the shard of that one overpowered sword?" Athena smirked, trailing her hand up my neck and then inserting two fingers into my mouth. "Lick," She ordered, so I immediately got to work.
"You what it is, yet you dare to keep it hidden? Our queen will be displeased,"
"Here on this mortal plane, you have no power. Don't think you can make demands with that mortal status of yours," Athena responded firmly, and I could audibly hear the men gritting their teeth with anger.
"Then let's make a trade,"
"And what might that be?" Athena smirked, taking her fingers out of my mouth and working their way down my stomach, slightly teasing my sensitive belly.
"The girl for a divine piece of metal. It's the same metal that was used to craft such a sword… and we'll, of course, offer a divine blacksmith if this disgusting world doesn't have one,"
"Don't worry… we do… but unfortunately, we cannot let you have the girl for multiple reasons… and maybe you should ask one of your senior gods…."
"What do you mean?"
"Ever thought how you could sense her…? Well, isn't it obvious?" Athena smirked, but even though I couldn't see the men behind me, I just knew they were confused.
"Elaborate,"
"If you want me to spell it out for you… then go fuck yourself,"
"Y-You-!"
Just as the man was about to lash out an attack, Athena held out her hand, creating a large barrier made from the telekinetic force.
After everything she had been through, she ended up choosing a telekinesis stone which then transferred to her status after I invited her to my own family.
She's loved it ever since, and with the knowledge gathering of Tolf… she's become quite the powerful ruler.
Though, just not stronger than me.
